Supply chain system is an integrated production system of a product. In the past researches, this system was often assumed to be an equilibrium structure, but in real production process, some members in this system usually cannot effectively complete their production task because of the losses of production, which will reduce the performance of the whole supply chain production system. This supply chain with the losses of production is called the defective supply chain (DSC) system. This research will discuss the partner selection and the production–distribution planning in this DSC network system. Besides the cost of production and transportation, the reliability of the structure and the unbalance of this system caused by the losses of production are considered. Then a germane mathematical programming model is developed for solving this problem. Due to the complex problem and in order to get a satisfactory near-optimal solution with great speed, this research proposes seeking the solution with the solving model based on ant colony algorithm. The application results in real cases show that the solving model presented by this research can quickly and effectively plan the most suitable type of the DSC network and decision-making of the production–distribution. Finally, a comparative numerical experiment is performed by using the proposed approach and the common single-phase ant colony algorithm (SAC) to demonstrate the performance of the proposed approach. The analysis results show that the proposed approach can outperform the SAC in partner selection and production–distribution planning for DSC network design. 相似文献

This study proposes an improved solution algorithm using ant colony optimization (ACO) for finding global optimum for any given test functions. The procedure of the ACO algorithms simulates the decision-making processes of ant colonies as they forage for food and is similar to other artificial intelligent techniques such as Tabu search, Simulated Annealing and Genetic Algorithms. ACO algorithms can be used as a tool for optimizing continuous and discrete mathematical functions. The proposed algorithm is based on each ant searches only around the best solution of the previous iteration with β. The proposed algorithm is called as ACORSES, an abbreviation of ACO Reduced SEarch Space. β is proposed for improving ACO’s solution performance to reach global optimum fairly quickly. The ACORSES is tested on fourteen mathematical test functions taken from literature and encouraging results were obtained. The performance of ACORSES is compared with other optimization methods. The results showed that the ACORSES performs better than other optimization algorithms, available in literature in terms of minimum values of objective functions and number of iterations. 相似文献

The formation of deep eutectic solvents (DES) is tied to negative deviations to ideality caused by the establishment of stronger interactions in the mixture than in the pure DES precursors. This work tested thymol and menthol as hydrogen bond donors when combined with different flavonoids. Negative deviations from ideality were observed upon mixing thymol with either flavone or flavanone, two parent flavonoids that only have hydrogen bond acceptor (HBA) groups, thus forming non-ionic DES (Type V). On the other hand, the menthol systems with the same compounds generally showed positive deviations from ideality. That was also the case with the mixtures containing the more complex hydroxylated flavonoid, hesperetin, which resulted in positive deviations when mixed with either thymol or menthol. COSMO-RS successfully predicted the behavior of the solid-liquid phase diagram of the studied systems, allowing for evaluation of the impact of the different contributions to the intermolecular interactions, and proving to be a good tool for the design of DES. 相似文献

Deep eutectic solvents (DES), compared to classic ones, have interesting properties, such as the ability to solubilize compounds differing in polarity or increased dissolution of selected chemical compounds. They also offer specific interactions between the mobile and stationary phases. Those features make them promising solvents in chromatographic techniques, including the use in the separation of complicated samples. The first quantitative analysis with eutectic thin-layer chromatography (TLC) is presented in the paper. As a case study, five alkaloids from Chelidonium maius were selected as target compounds. A wide range of terpene-based DESs was investigated to develop the chromatographic system, both pure and after dilution. Moreover, a novel approach was employed to adjust polarity, involving mixing DESs differing in chromatographic properties. This procedure has proved to be effective. The best results were obtained with a 2:1 (wt/wt) mixture of DESs: camphor + phenol and menthol + limonene, with a 20% addition of methanol. The chromatographic system was validated and checked on the real sample, which made it the first applicable and operational quantitative eutectic TLC system. 相似文献

In the present study, subcritical water extraction (SWE) assisted with deep eutectic solvent (DES) is used to extract Lentinus edodes polysaccharides (LEP). In addition, the antioxidant activity of the polysaccharide samples was also investigated. Based on a single factor test and response surface test, the optimal extraction factors were a liquid–solid solvent of 40:1 mL/g, extraction temperature of 147.23 °C, water content of 39.76% and extraction time of 17.58 min. Under these extraction conditions, the yield of LEP was 6.26 ± 0.08%. Compared with the SWE and hot water extraction (HWE), it improved by 19.24% and 17.01%, respectively. In addition, the results of monosaccharide composition, molecular weight, FT-IR, UV and SEM confirmed that the extracts had the features of polysaccharides. Interestingly, the polysaccharides obtained with the SWE assisted with the DES procedure showed a higher DPPH scavenging activity, hydroxyl radical scavenging activity and hydrogen peroxide scavenging activity, which indicated that the polysaccharides with this method had a stronger antioxidant activity. These findings demonstrated that the SWE-assisted DES is a strong method to obtain polysaccharides from Lentinus edodes for food, biopharmaceutical and other industrial production. 相似文献

The separation of benzene and cyclohexane is a challenging process in the petrochemical industry, mainly because of their close boiling points. Extractive separation of the benzene-cyclohexane mixture has been shown to be feasible, but it is important to find solvents with good extractive performance. In this work, 23 eutectic solvents (ESs) containing aromatic components were screened using the predictive COSMO-RS and their respective performance was compared with other solvents. The screening results were validated with experimental work in which the liquid–liquid equilibria of the three preselected ESs were studied with benzene and cyclohexane at 298.5 K and 101.325 kPa, with benzene concentrations in the feed ranging from 10 to 60 wt%. The performance of the ESs studied was compared with organic solvents, ionic liquids, and other ESs reported in the literature. This work demonstrates the potential for improved extractive separation of the benzene-cyclohexane mixture by using ESs with aromatic moieties. 相似文献
