酞菁铜固态薄膜的红外光谱

利用红外透射光谱，偏振透射光谱、掠角反射光谱研究了三－２，４－二特戊基苯氧基８－喹啉氧基酞菁铜ＬＢ膜和蒸镀膜的结构。确认在ＬＢ膜中，（１）取代基的碳链是以六方晶系或假六方晶系方式堆积的；（２）用偏振红外可以区别苯环上的两个ＣＨ２的伸缩振动带。在蒸镀膜中分子基本呈现无序状态。     

NMR Experiments on Ion Permeation in Irradiated Model Membranes

In aqueous solutions of sonicated egg-lecithin vesicles (5 weight-%) the ¹H-NMR parameters line width, area, and chemical shift of the signal of the (CH₃)₃N⁺ group were determined in dependence on the dose of gamma radiation (0 … 12 kGy). The application of curopium ions made it possible, by means of a line shape analysis, to calculate these parameters for the inside as well as for the outside lipid layer.

With increasing ⁶⁰Co-radiation dose the line widths increase linearly. The line width for the outside lipid layer increases significantly more rapidly than for the inside layer. This fact allows us to conclude that there exists a preferred radiation damage of the outside lipid layer. The asymmetry may he a consequence of an indirect radiation action mediated by the radicals of the water radiolysis.

From the temporal change of the NMR parameters information can be obtained about the radiation action on transport processes in the vesicles. Beginning at a threshold value (approx. 5 kGy) the permeation of the En^{+ ++} ions to the (CH₃)₃N⁺ head groups previously not accessible increases significantly.     

Isotopenverdünnungsanalytische Multielementanalyse mit der Funkenquellen-Massenspektrographie

Es wird ein Verfahren zur Isotopenverdünnungsanalyse mit stabilen Isotopen unter Verwendung einer Funkenionenquelle und einem doppelfokussierenden Massenspektrographen beschrieben, welches die gleichzeitige Analyse mehrerer Elemente in pulverförmigen Feststoffen erlaubt.

Die Leistungsfähigkeit des Analysenverfahrens wild am Beispiel der Spurenanalyse geologischer Standardproben demonstriert.

Das Analysenverfahren erlaubt die Bestimmung von Spurenkonzentrationen bis in den ppb-Bereich mit Standardabweichungen zwischen 2 und 10%.     

Rapid detection of doxycycline content in duck meat by using silver nanoparticles and alkylphenols polyoxyethylene enhanced fluorescence of europium complex

Doxycycline can coordinate with europium (III) to form europium (III)-doxycycline complex, which can emit the fluorescence characteristic peak of europium (III) at 617 nm in alkaline solution, and the experiment proved that the fluorescence intensity could be further enhanced in the presence of silver nanoparticles and surfactant alkylphenols polyoxyethylene. So this method was applied to detect doxycycline content in duck meat in this research. First, 390 and 617 nm were selected as the optimum excitation wavelength and optimum emission wavelength by three-dimensional fluorescence spectrometry, respectively. Second, the experimental conditions were optimized through single factor experiment. Lastly, the samples of doxycycline concentration range of 0.05–12 mg/L were analyzed under the optimum experimental conditions. A good linear relationship between the doxycycline concentration and the fluorescence intensity was obtained, and the determination coefficient and the root mean squared error of prediction were 0.9982 and 0.4363 mg/L, respectively. This research showed that it was feasible to achieve the rapid detection of doxycycline content in duck meat by using silver nanoparticles and alkylphenols polyoxyethylene enhanced the fluorescence of europium complex.     

Relationship between the ligand structure and the luminescent properties of water-soluble lanthanide complexes containing bis(bipyridine) anionic arms

A series of six new ligands (L(1)-L(6)) suitable for the formation of luminescent lanthanide complexes in water is described. Ligands L(1)-L(4) are constructed from two 6'-carboxy-6-methylene-2,2'-bipyridine chromophoric arms bonded to the amino function of a 2-aminomethylene-6-carboxy-pyridine (L(1)), an N,N-diacetate-ethylene diamine (L(2)), a serine (L(3)), or an aminomalonic acid (L(4)). For ligands L(5) and L(6), the linking amino function is provided by a glutamic acid, and the anionic functions at the 6'-position of the bipyridyl arms are made of the sodium salts of monoethylphosphonic ester (L(5)) and phosphonic acid (L(6)). The synthesis and characterisation of the ligands are described, together with the study of the formation of lanthanide complexes with europium and terbium. In the case of L(3), the europium complex obtained in acidic conditions was crystallised and the X-ray crystal structure is depicted. Photophysical properties of the complexes were studied by means of UV-visible absorption, and steady-state and time-resolved luminescence spectroscopy. Excited-state luminescence lifetimes of the complexes were determined in water and deuterated water to gain insight into the number of water molecules directly coordinated in the first coordination sphere of the complexes. The coordination behaviour of the series of ligands is questioned in the light of the spectroscopic data and discussed in terms of protection of the cation towards water molecules and their impact on the luminescence efficiency.

LaPO₄:Eu³⁺的发射光谱包含较强的Eu³⁺⁵D_o→⁷F₁跃迁发射和较弱的⁶D₁→⁷F₁跃迁发射。主发射峰583nm,对应于Eu³⁺5D_o→⁷F₁跃迁.通过对Eu³⁺的两种跃迁发射强度及荧光寿命和Eu³⁺浓度关系的测定和理论分析,探讨了发光中心Eu³⁺离子同的交叉弛豫和能量迁移机理。     

铽铕-水杨基羟肟酸配合物的合成及发光性质

应用光谱技术研究铽及铕与水杨基羟肟酸所形成的配合物的发光性能,并探讨配合物的形成,以及溶剂、pH值及稀土含量对发光强度和能量传递的影响。     

Electron spectra of Me7Eu2UO2(PO4)5 crystals

Absorption and luminescence spectra of Me₇Eu₂UO₂(PO₄)₅ crystals (Me represents Na, Rb, or Cs) are investigated. It is established that the luminescence of Eu³⁺ ions in these crystals is sensitized by uranyl. The effect of the outer-sphere cation Me⁺ on the spectroscopic properties and structural features of the compounds under study is considered. Electron excitation energy transfer in Me7Eu2UO2(PO4)5 (Me — Na, Rb, Cs) crystals

The article considers the luminescence-kinetics properties of crystals of ternary uranyl orthephosphates Me₇Eu₂UO₂(PO₄)₅ (Me — Na, Rb, Cs) obtained by the methods of solid-phase synthesis. The main parameters of conversion of the electron excitation energy in the donor-acceptor UO ₂ ²⁺ —Ln³⁺ system are determined. The competition between the processes of nonradiative dissipation and energy transfer from UO ₂ ²⁺ to Eu³⁺ has been revealed. It is shown that the rate of the processes of nonradiative transitions in the uranyl complex is determined by the degree of distortion of its local field, while the luminescence lifetime of the acceptors depends on the energy of electrostatic interaction between Eu³⁺ and oxygen atoms of its first coordination sphere.
