Molecular and electronic structures of 1,2-dihydropyridine, 1,2- and 1,6-dihydropyrimidine, and their oxo, imino, and methylene derivatives were studied by the semiempirical quantum-chemical AM1 method. In all compounds, the heterocycle exhibits a high conformational flexibility. The transition from a planar equilibrium conformation to a distorted sofa conformation with the =C-NH-C-C(N)= torsion angle of ±20° causes an increase in the energy by less than 1.7 kcal mol–1. All molecules have similar -electronic structures, which, apparently, determines the similarity in their conformational behavior. The bending strain and the nonaromatic character of the cyclic -system are the factors that stabilize the nonplanar conformation of the ring in unsubstituted dihydroazines and ylide derivatives, respectively.Translated fromIzvestiva Akademii Nauk. Summary A reversed-phase HPLC method has been developed for the urinary determination of mutagenic 2,4- and 2,6-toluendiamines. These amines are degradation products of polyurethane, a material used to cover textured silicone breast implants. FMOC-Cl was used as fluorescent derivatising agent in order to obtain a limit of detection of 15 ng/ml in urine. Pre-treatment of urine samples was by liquid/liquid extraction and urine specimens of patients after surgury were analysed.  相似文献

It follows from an analysis of the error levels of TG evaluation methods that it is a conceptual error to disregard the analogies of mass, energy and momentum streams of subordinate partial processes. This error is bypassed by means of the introduced method of dimensionless analysis and by determining the characteristic, constants-like data of thermal processes by using the measured data directly. These methods are very suitable for increasing the consistency of the calculated results by seeking for similarity, even in comparisons of measurements made under very different conditions and for emphasizing the differences too, quantitatively. With this new interpretation of TG processes, the idea of the kinetic compensation effect becomes only a consequence of the discussed conceptual error. Short-term solid-phase microextraction (SPME) was performed to test a recently proposed semi-empirical model for the prediction of concentrations of analyte in water samples from the fibre-extracted mass without further calibration. The mass uptake rates obtained for benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene and p-xylene (BTEX) differ considerably from the before published, showing that interfibre comparability is a serious issue. The relative prediction errors are between -55% for benzene and +82% for p-dichlorobenzene under optimal conditions, i.e. they are by an order of magnitude higher than originally published. A sensitivity analysis shows the dominant influence of the estimated thickness of the diffusional boundary layer around the fibre on the concentration predicted. Empirical modification of the model equation for this parameter yields satisfactory results under the conditions tested for both BTEX and the selected chlorobenzenes.  相似文献

Summary Five plant oils (peanut, pumpkin seed, sesame seed, soybean, and wheat germ) have been analyzed by high-performance liquid chromatography-atmospheric pressure chemical ionization-mass spectrometry (HPLC-APCI-MS). Gradient elution was performed with acetone-acetonitrile mobile phases on a short monolithic silica column (SilicaROD, RP-18e, 50 mm×4.6 mm). Identification of plant oil triacylglycerols (TAG) was based on the pseudomolecular ion [M+H]+ and the diacylglycerol [M−RCO2]+ fragments. Positional isomers of triacylglycerols were identified from the relative intensities of the [M-RCO2]+ fragments. Principal-component analysis, used to find similarities and differences between the different oils, indicated that the different plant oils could be clearly differentiated according to their triacylglycerol composition. Measurements of real and imaginary capacitance (C andC) have been made during the drying of a film-forming latex. In one experiment dielectric measurements at frequencies between 1 Hz and 100 kHz were made simultaneously with gravimetric measurements on a microbalance. It was found that both the rate of water evaporation and the a.c. conductance decrease sharply at high polymer volume fraction. These results are discussed qualitatively in terms of a model for the film-forming process. In another experimentC andC were recorded at 10 Hz along with automatic measurements of the build-up of the scratch resistance of the film. It was found that the mechanical response to film-formation appears significantly earlier than the dielectric response. The influence of surface structure of technical materials on results and statements of surface analytical methods has been investigated. Especially surface roughness as a typical property of rolled products has been observed. For this purpose samples of steel (technical surface, roughness up to 5 m) and silicon wafers (polished surface) have been analyzed by SNMS and GDOS in order to get information about changes of the surface roughness as function of the sputtering time and their influence on the statements about the depth profiles obtained.  相似文献

2-Polyfluoroalkylchromones reacted with diethylenetriamine at 20 °C to form the corresponding 1,4,8-triazabicyclo[5.3.0]dec-4-ene derivatives. The crystal structures of 5-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-7-trifluoromethyl-1,4,8-triazabicyclo[5.3.0]dec-4-ene and 1-(2-aminoethyl)-7-(2-hydroxy-5-methoxyphenyl)-5-(1,1,2,2-tetrafluoroethyl)-2,3-dihydro-1H-1,4-diazepine were established by X-ray diffraction analysis.  相似文献

GC headspace analyses of various aromatizing herbs have been compared with those relating to the essential oils, obtained by steam distillation, of the same plants. In this way it was possible to establish the most significant differences between the composition of a herb flavor and that of its essential oil. In particular, we observed some very volatile compounds in the headspace samples which were absent from the essential oil; these components may make an important contribution to the herb flavor.
