Resistivity－temperature characteristics of sol gel YBa2Cu3Oy samples synthesized in flowing oxygen atmosphere

The relationship of resistivity versus synthesizing temperature of sol gel YBa_2Cu_3O_y samples was studied when prepared under flowing oxygen conditions. A set of high-temperature ρ－T curves was obtained for the whole process. After the sample finished the test measuring, its resistivity was ρ_{300}=9.83×10^{-3 }Ω·cm at room temperature. The ρ－T curve also showed that the orthorhombic－tetragonal phase transformation of sol-gel YBa_2Cu_3O_y sample occurred at 581℃ for the sample in the rising temperature process, but at 613℃ in the cooling process, lower than that of the samples made by using the conventional powder metallurgy methods.     

Development of the mechanics of underground and special structures in Kazakhstan over the last 40 years

Polymerization behaviors of racemic and chiral amphiphilic monomers in organized bilayer membranes of lamellar liquid crystalline phase

A racemic amphiphilic monomer, n‐dodecyl glyceryl itaconate (DGI), forms bilayer membranes in water in the presence of small amount of ionic cosurfactant and shows iridescent color. A chiral DGI, S‐DGI, also shows an iridescent property, but with a rather red shift in the color, which can be ascribed to the increased packing density of the monomer in the bilayer membranes. Chrial DGI has a more compact packing density than racemic one owing to closer distance between the monomer molecules; the conversion rate, however, is slower than that of racemic one when H₂O₂ is used as an initiator. When the initiator is changed to an amphiphilic one, 4‐(2‐hydroxyethoxy) phenyl‐(2‐hydroxy‐2‐propyl) ketone (Irgacure 2959), the chiral DGI shows even a little faster conversion rate than that of racemic one. The NMR chemical shift results of protons in benzene ring show that the molecules of Irgacure 2959 insert into the bilayer membranes. The molecular weights of the corresponding polymers prove that the initiation by H₂O₂ is restricted compared to that by Irgacure 2959. It is concluded that the decelerated polymerization behavior of chiral DGI initiated by H₂O₂ is a result of limited diffusion of the initiator into the lamellar bilayer structures. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Evidences of phase separation in moisture‐cured poly(urethane urea)s by means of temperature modulated differential scanning calorimetry

The degree of phase separation in several moisture‐cured poly(urethane urea)s (PUUs) was studied by FTIR spectroscopy, wide angle X‐ray diffraction (WAXD), and temperature‐modulated differential scanning calorimetry (TMDSC). This latter technique was shown to be particularly useful in analysing the degree of phase separation in PUU polymers. Both phase mixing and phase segregation coexisted in the PUUs and the degree of phase separation increased as the urea hard segment (HS) content in the PUU increased. The maximum solubility of urea HSs into the polyol soft segments (SSs) was achieved for 50 wt % urea HS content in diol‐based PUUs, whereas for triol‐based PUUs the highest solubility between HS and SS was reached for lower urea HS amount. 计算了在不同对流混合参数下,8M⊙和1.3M⊙恒星由主序阶段到红巨星阶段的演化.得出以下主要结论:不同大小的混合参数导致了恒星在HR图中的演化轨迹、对流外壳的第2次向内延伸深度和回退程度、氢壳层源的温度和产能率,以及氦燃烧核的寿命等有显著差别,还注意到8M⊙恒星混合参数α≥2.2时会出现第2次蓝拐.     

The asymptotic behaviors of a stage-structured autonomous predator-prey system with time delay

In this paper, we consider an autonomous predator-prey Lotka-Volterra system in which individuals in the population may belong to one of two classes: the immatures and the matures, the age to maturity is represented by a time delay. By using eigenvalue analysis, principal term analyze method, reduction to absurdity, and iterative method, we obtain some simple conditions for global asymptotic stability of the unique positive equilibrium point. Moreover, a condition that the prey population in the system get extinction and the predator population in the system get permanence will be obtained. Meanwhile the theorems extend the corresponding conclusions in which there have no two stage structures.     

Rhythmic growth of ring‐banded spherulites in blends of liquid crystalline methoxy‐poly(aryl ether ketone) and poly(aryl ether ether ketone)

Rhythmic growth of ring‐banded spherulites in blends of liquid crystalline methoxy‐poly(aryl ether ketone) (M‐PAEK) and poly(aryl ether ether ketone) (PEEK) has been investigated by means of differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), polarized light microscopy (PLM), and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) techniques. The measurements reveal that the formation of the rhythmically grown ring‐banded spherulites in the M‐PAEK/PEEK blends is strongly dependent on the blend composition. In the M‐PAEK‐rich blends, upon cooling, an unusual ring‐banded spherulite is formed, which is ascribed to structural discontinuity caused by a rhythmic radial growth. For the 50:50 M‐PAEK/PEEK blend, ring‐banded spherulites and individual PEEK spherulites coexist in the system. In the blends with PEEK as the predominant component, M‐PAEK is rejected into the boundary of PEEK spherulites. The cooling rate and crystallization temperature have great effect on the phase behavior, especially the ring‐banded spherulite formation in the blends. In addition, the effects of M‐PAEK phase transition rate and phase separation rate on banded spherulite formation is discussed. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 西藏区域经济系统的灰色关联分析

区域经济的发展受许多不同因素的影响，本结合西藏社会经济发展的特点，选取了总产值指标、第一产业指标、第二产业指标和第三产业指标等四大类指标体系，采用灰色关联分析法对西藏的区域经济系统进行了简要的分析评价，以研究西藏区域经济的发展状况，从社会经济的角度探讨西藏经济发展落后的原因，以期能为西藏经济发展政策提供参考依据。     

M/G/1非空竭服务休假排队系统随机分解的简化算法

本文根据M／G／1非空竭服务休假排队系统稳态队长随机分解的结构特征提出一种统一算法，该方法简洁高效，避免了再生循环方法繁杂的运算。运用该方法得出的结果与已知的用再生循环方法得出的结论一致。并且修正了Levy(1989)关于Bernoulli闸门服务休假排队系统随机分解的一个错误。
