采用Instron3211型毛细管流变仪研究了PEA/PET共混物的流变性能,据此探讨共混物熔体的可纺性,讨论了共混物配比与复合纤维力学性能的关系,并且偏光显微镜,扫描电镜研究纤维的结构。结果表明,共混物的表观粘度低于PET的粘度,当PEA为10%,共混物的表观粘度达到最小值;且PEA含量低于10%时,共混物的可纺性即,表现出良好的原位增强效果。  相似文献

本文用DSC、WAXD及偏光显微镜(PLM)方法,研究了化学反应法催化剂合成的乙烯-α-烯烃共聚物的结晶性能及其临界序列结晶长度。结果表明,随共聚物中α-烯烃含量增大,共聚物的微晶尺寸、结晶度及熔点均逐渐减小,而晶胞参数增大。变化的辐度戊烯>辛烯。共聚物的临界结晶序列长度(n)和k值均戊烯<辛烯。上述结果表明影响支链进入晶格的主要因素是α-烯烃支链长度和结构。  相似文献

The crystal structures of the 2,2-di(p-hydroxyphenyl)propane host and its 1:1 adducts withm-andp-cresol guests have been studied. The preferential complexation of this host withp-cresol overm-cresol is related to the opposite trend exhibited by 1,1-di(p-hydroxyphenyl)cyclohexane; both hosts can separate effectively the two cresols from their liquid mixture by crystalline inclusion. A plausible explanation of the different inclusion features is provided by examining the intermolecular association in the corresponding solids. The analysed structures are stabilized by strong and continuous H-bonding between the constituent entities along two dimensions, and by weak van der Waals forces along the third axis. The p-cresol complex of the title host reveals a unique arrangement within and a more efficient packing of the layered structure, and thus represents a more stable and less soluble crystal lattice than itsm-cresol analog. A series of fully aromatic thermotropic polyesters based on mono-, di-, and tetra-substituted biphenols was prepared by the melt polycondensation method and examined for their thermotropic behavior by a variety of experimental techniques. The homopolyesters obtained from substituted biphenols containing either one phenyl or two phenyl groups as substituent(s) and TA formed nematic melts, but the homopolymers of the substituted biphenols containing either four sec-butyl groups or two tert-butyl groups with TA had melting transitions, Tm, above 400°C. Thus, it was not possible to determine whether they formed nematic melts. On copolymerization with 30 mol % HBA most of the resulting copolyesters had much lower Tm values, compared to those of respective homopolyesters, and the copolymers of the biphenol monomer containing the tert-butyl groups formed a nematic melt at an observable temperature. However, the copolymer of the biphenol with sec-butyl groups still had a Tm above 400°C. © 1993 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献

The morphology and the crystallization behavior of blends of linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) with an experimental sample of a semiflexible liquid crystalline polymer (SBH 112 by Eniricerche, Italy) have been studied by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), polarized optical microscopy (POM) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). 3,3-Dimethyl-1-(3-methyl-1-phenylpyrazol-5-onylidene-4)-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquinoline has been synthesized and its crystalline and molecular structures determined. We performed the crosslinking of vinyl‐terminated biphenyl and naphthalene side‐chain liquid‐crystalline polyethers using peroxide‐type initiators with and without the addition of tertiary amine promoters. The crosslinking temperatures were chosen in the range of mesophase stability to allow the mesophase order to be frozen. The biphenyl derivatives, with a high isotropization temperature, were crosslinked to a large extent. This led to anisotropic thermosets. To crosslink naphthalene derivatives, amine promoters were needed, but degrees of crosslinking were lower, and anisotropic elastomers were obtained. Crosslinking processes were studied by differential scanning calorimetry, polarized optical microscopy, and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The nature of the frozen mesophase was confirmed by X‐ray diffraction studies on mechanically oriented samples. © 2002 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A series of crosslinkable thermotropic liquid crystalline poly(ether-ester)s and copoly(ether-ester)s was prepared. All of the polymers were crosslinked by thermal treatment or photo-irradiation upon heating. The thermal stability and thermal crosslinking reaction of these polymers were investigated. These polymers also could be crosslinked by copolymerization with vinyl monomers, such as styrene or methyl methacrylate. The crosslinked polymers exhibited thermotropic liquid crystalline behavior after softening by heating. The phase behavior of linear polymers and crosslinked polymers was studied by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and an optical polarizing microscope equipped with a heating stage. © 1995 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献
