Positive ground state of coupled systems of Schrödinger equations in involving critical exponential growth

In this paper, we study the existence of a positive ground state solution to the following coupled system of nonlinear Schrödinger equations: where the nonlinearities f₁(x,s) and f₂(x,s) are superlinear at infinity and have exponential critical growth of the Trudinger‐Moser type. The potentials V₁(x) and V₂(x) are nonnegative and satisfy a condition involving the coupling term λ(x), namely, λ(x)²<δ²V₁(x)V₂(x) for some 0<δ<1. For this purpose, we use the minimization technique over the Nehari manifold and strong maximum principle to get a positive ground state solution. Moreover, by using a bootstrap argument and L^q‐estimates, we get regularity and asymptotic behavior.     

Torsions of 3-Dimensional Small Covers

In this paper,it is shown that for a 3-dimensional small cover M over a polytope P,there are only 2-torsions in H1(M;Z).Moreover,the mod 2 Betti number growth of finite covers of M is studied.     

Numerical solution of a singular integral equation arising in a cruciform crack problem

A singular integral equation arising in a cruciform crack problem is investigated in the present paper. Based on the convex technique, the piecewise Taylor-series expansion method is extended by introducing a weight parameter. An approximate solution of the singular integral equation is constructed and its convergence and error estimate are made. The variations of the approximate solutions associating with stress intensity factors are analyzed by considering internal pressures of power and sine functions, respectively. By comparing with the known methods, the observations reveal that a good approximation can be achieved using less derivative times, less discretization points, and a suitable weight parameter. The obtained results show that the crack growth is dependent on applied mechanical loadings.     

Positions of characters in finite groups and the Taketa inequality

We define the position of an irreducible complex character of a finite group as an alternative to the degree. We then use this to define three classes of groups: position reducible (PR)-groups, inductively position reducible (IPR)-groups and weak IPR-groups. We show that IPR-groups and weak IPR-groups are solvable and satisfy the Taketa inequality (ie, that the derived length of the group is at most the number of degrees of irreducible complex characters of the group), and we show that any M-group is a weak IPR-group. We also show that even though PR-groups need not be solvable, they cannot be perfect.     

可修复人机系统的指数稳定性

研究了两相同部件温储备可修的人机系统,运用C_0半群的相关理论,对系统主算子的谱界进行估值.估算系统的算子产生的半群的增长界,然后运用了共尾的概念及相关的理论,得到了系统算子A+B的谱界与系统算子产生的半群的增长界相同.进而运用相关代数知识证得,0为系统算子的简单本征值,并分析了系统算子的谱分布,得到系统的指数稳定性.并研究了系统算子预解式的特性.对任意给定的δ0,γ=a+bi,-μ+δa_1≤a≤a_2,得到lim|b|→∞‖R(γ;A+B)‖=0.进而得到在~sRγ≥a_1的右半平面内相应于系统算子A+B的谱点由有限个本征值组成.     

考虑损伤的修正梯度弹性理论

梯度弹性理论在描述材料微结构起主导作用的力学行为时具有显著优势,将其与损伤理论相结合,可在材料破坏研究中考虑微结构的影响.基于修正梯度弹性理论,将应变张量、应变梯度张量和损伤变量作为Helmholtz自由能函数的状态变量,并在自然状态附近对自由能函数作Taylor展开,进而由热力学基本定律,推导出修正梯度弹性损伤理论本构方程的一般形式.编制有限元程序,模拟土样损伤局部化带的发展演化过程.结果表明,修正梯度弹性损伤理论消除了网格依赖性;损伤局部化带不是与损伤同时发生,而是在损伤发展到一定程度后再逐渐显现出来.     

一维六方准晶压电材料中幂函数型曲线裂纹的反平面问题

依据一维六方准晶压电材料反平面问题的基本方程,利用复变函数方法,通过引入适当的保角映射,研究了一维六方准晶压电材料中幂函数型曲线裂纹的反平面问题,并利用Cauchy积分理论,得到电不可通和电可通边界条件下的应力场和位移场的复表示以及裂纹尖端场强度因子的解析表达式.     

A DECAGONAL QUASICRYSTAL WITH AN ARC-SHAPED CRACK

A decagonal quasicrystal,which is weakened by an arc-shaped crack penetratingthrough the solid in the period direction,and which is subjected to remote uniform phonon stresses,is investigated by applying the complex variable method which is just developed by the authors.It is found that the phonon and phason stresses near the crack tips exhibit inverse square rootsingularities.The four complex stress functions characterizing the phonon and phason fields arederived.Explicit expressions for the phonon and phason stress intensity factors,crack openingdisplacements and energy release rate are also presented.     

Three-Dimensional Dynamic Contact Problem for an Elliptic Crack Interacting with a Normally Incident Harmonic Compression–Expansion Wave

The paper deals with the three-dimensional dynamic problem for an elliptic crack interacting with a normally incident harmonic compression–expansion wave, considering the contact interaction of the crack faces. An asymmetric solution is obtained using an iteration algorithm developed earlier. Numerical results are presented     

软夹硬力学不均匀焊接接头疲劳裂纹闭合行为的实验研究

力学性能不均匀是焊接接头的三大待征之一，本文采用柔度法研究了不同硬夹层宽度的软夹硬力学不均匀焊接接头疲劳裂纹的闭俣行为。研究结果表明，裂纹尖端附近软区的局部屈服在疲劳载荷卸载过程中促使裂纹闭合。随着硬夹层宽度的减小，这一影响越来越明显。
