对循环硬化的316L不锈钢提出了一个考虑非比例循环加载下流动和硬化特性的粘塑性本构模型。模型中,通过随动硬化的背应力演化以各向同性阻力演化非比例循环路径及其历史的依赖关系来表征材料的非比例循环附加硬化和非比例循环流动特性,将模型用于预测316L不锈钢的圆形,正菱形应变路径的复杂循环变形行为,其预言结果与实验结果吻合很好。  相似文献

A reduction method is worked out for determining a class of exact solutions with inherent wave features to quasilinear hyperbolic homogeneous systems of N>2 first-order autonomous PDEs. A crucial point of the present approach is that in the process the original set of field equations induces the hyperbolicity of an auxiliary 2×2 subsystem and connection between the respective characteristic velocities can be established. The integration of this auxiliary subsystem via the hodograph method and through the use of the Riemann invariants provides the searched solutions to the full governing system. These solutions also represent invariant solutions associated with groups of translation of space/time coordinates and involving arbitrary functions that can be used for studying non-linear wave interaction. Within such a theoretical framework the two-dimensional motion of an adiabatic fluid is considered. For appropriate model pressure-entropy-density laws, we determine a solution to the governing system of equations which describes in the 2+1 space two non-linear waves which were initiated as plane waves, interact strongly on colliding but emerge with unaffected profile from the interaction region. These model material laws include the classical pressure-entropy-density law which is usually adopted for a polytropic fluid.  相似文献

The study on property degradation of damaged composite laminates is extendedto anisotropic laminates with matrix cracking. In (I) of the paper, an idea of "stiffnesspatition" is proposed to deal with the puzzle that the in-plane normal response iscoupled with the shear response of the laminates. 本文根据在MTS电液伺服试验系统上完成的不同应变控制加载工况的循环受压砼应力—应变全过程试验及相应声发射检测结果分析了受压砼全过程的声发射特性,然后利用损伤力学的等效应变假定建立了考虑不可逆效应的循环受压砼本构关系,该模型兼容理想弹性损伤本构模型和一般弹塑性本构模型。经比较,本文所建模型与实验结果吻合较好。  相似文献

The growth and relaxation of shear and normal stresses have been investigated for glass and carbon fiber-filled polyethylene melts over a wide range of shear rates and temperatures by means of a cone-and-plate rheogoniometer. Flow parameters and flow curves characterizing the stress overshoot and relaxation phenomena of the fiber-filled systems were determined experimentally. The influence of fiber loading, fiber size and temperature on the transient flow parameters are discussed.Predictions by the Meister and Bogue constitutive equations were compared with the experimental data for the transient shear and normal stresses. These equations predict satisfactorily the non-linear transient shear flow of polymer melts and its fiber-filled systems.  相似文献

Using thermodynamic principles, the general relationship describing the equilibrium vapor content in the gas phase above a saline liquid and across a curved liquid–gas interface is developed. Since high salt concentration affects the intensive and extensive liquid properties, it is also necessary to account for these effects in liquid water content/liquid water pressure relationship curves so that experimentally derived curves for pure water may be useful for elevated salt concentrations. The appropriate thermodynamic relationships are derived to describe the salt effects on liquid and vapor properties. The resulting equations are valid for salt concentrations between zero and saturation, and for any temperatures that nominally occur in nearsurface geologic materials.  相似文献

The uniaxial ratcheting of SS304 stainless steel at high temperatures (300, 600 and 700 °C) were analyzed experimentally, and described by a cyclic constitutive visco-plasticity model. The rate dependence of the material was accounted for by introducing a viscous term. The cyclic hardening and cyclic flow behavior of the material under asymmetrical stress-controlled cycling were described by the evolution rules of kinematic hardening back stress and isotropic deforming resistance. Under the isothermal condition, temperature effect was included by terms involving temperature in the evolution equations of isotropic deforming resistance. The effect of load history on ratcheting was also considered by introducing a fading memory function of the maximum inelastic strain amplitude and isotropic deformation resistance. After the material constants were determined from the experimental data, the uniaxial ratcheting of SS304 stainless steel was numerically simulated and compared with the corresponding experimental results at high temperatures. The predicted results agree well with the experimental ones.  相似文献

采用有限元方法分析K-BKZ本构方程描述的聚合物熔体的三维挤出胀大.对于本构方程中偏应力张量的计算,首先给出质点的运动轨迹,分段求出局部的变形梯度张量,再求出整体的变形梯度、Cauchy-Green应变张量和 Finger应变张量,沿轨迹采用分段高斯积分计算应力.把应力作为方程的右端项,给出迭代方法,求解非线性方程组.并根据自由面处的边界条件,迭代得出出口处自由面的最终位置.对轴对称流道和矩形流道进行分析计算,并把结果与二维分析和实验结果进行了比较,显示方法是可行的.  相似文献
