为掌握纳子峡纤维混凝土面板砂砾石坝在服役期间的抗渗情况,在纳子峡水利枢纽布置了较全面的渗流监测设备,根据纳子峡面板砂砾石坝在2016年至2018年间的渗流监测结果,对大坝坝基、坝体、周边缝、绕坝渗流及大坝渗漏量的渗流变化规律及分布特征进行了分析和评价。分析结果表明:坝基、坝体、周边缝等重点部位防渗系统工作正常,渗流量趋于稳定;绕坝渗流及大坝渗漏量符合实际渗流规律,纳子峡水利枢纽工程大坝渗流监测设计合理,能充分反映大坝不同部位的渗流情况。大坝在地震时期的渗流形态稳定,地震对面板损坏程度影响较小,面板裂缝在控制范围之内,纤维素纤维混凝土服役性能稳定,在面板混凝土中添加纤维素纤维有利于面板防渗。 相似文献

Modern agricultural production requires research for new design and layout plans of the track-chained mover, providing a reduction in soil compaction. One of many ways to improve the efficiency of machine-tractor aggregate (MTA) use is to improve the geometry of the support part of the chain-track tractor. Flat geometry of the support part of a chain-track tractor with a semi-rigid suspension creates maximum pressure on soil with the first and last track rollers, which causes increased soil compaction. Research objective is to ensure the uniform pressure on soil from the tractor with a semi-rigid suspension by justifying the geometry of the supporting part of the track-chained mover.Based on experimental and theoretical studies a model of pressure distribution along the length of the support part was developed. Thus, the geometry of the support part of a track-chained tractor with a semi-rigid suspension was substantiated. Pressure decrease on soil and compaction reduction are achieved by changing the geometry of the support part and rational location of the tractor mass center. To achieve the elliptical geometry of the support part of a track-chained tractor with a semi-rigid suspension lower track rollers were placed at different heights.To test the formulas and to study the influence of the support part geometry, of the hitch height and the force on the hook of a track-chained tractor on soil compaction, experiments were conducted. As a model for experiment, the tractor actively used in agriculture was modernized; chain-track tractor T-170M1.03-55 with flat and elliptical caterpillar bypasses. The pressure was measured directly by pressure sensors that were placed into the ground. Soil density in the track left by a track-chained tractor mainly depends on mover pressure and the number of impacts per pass. Track-chained mover makes two impacts on soil with the flat support part. If the support part geometry is changed, the number of impacts on soil is reduced to one. To create typical working conditions for T-170M1.03-55 track-chained tractor the third and fourth support rollers should be lowered by 9.5 ± 1.5 mm, the second and fifth-by 4.5 ± 0.5 mm relatively, which leads to a decrease in the maximum pressure on soil and reduces its compaction in the track left by the mover by 15–25%. 相似文献

断裂能是定量表征混凝土断裂韧性的重要指标,但其实验结果显著依赖于混凝土试件断面面积评价方法的有效性和准确性。因测定困难,通常情况下只能由截面面积代替,造成断裂能计算结果存在较大误差。本文以碳纤维混凝土为研究对象,采用数字处理技术对混凝土断面形貌进行量化分析、重构,结合分形计算方法得到混凝土的真实断面面积,并将其用于碳纤维混凝土的断裂能计算,分析讨论了纤维掺量和长度对混凝土断裂能的影响规律。实验结果表明:碳纤维的引入显著提高了混凝土断面的粗糙度,表现为断裂面分形维度的明显提高,实际断面面积随之增大,以此为依据计算出的混凝土断裂能及其增益比随碳纤维掺量和长度的变化规律与韧度系数测试数据(按ASTM C1018)的一致性良好。 相似文献

The mechanical response of a thermoplastic elastomer synthetic ballistic gel is studied over a range of strain-rates. Experiments were conducted at room temperature under uniaxial stress compression at rates ranging from 0.001 to 500/s. Low-rate experiments (<1/s) were conducted with a servo-hydraulic load frame. High-rate experiments (>100/s) were conducted with a polymeric Kolsky bar, along with several modifications to improve data quality. These modifications include the use of a commercial force transducer, a normal displacement interferometer, and a line laser extensometer. Because of the low shear strength and comparatively high compressibility of these materials, inertial effects are very pronounced. Specimen size is varied in an effort to study inertial effects at various loading rates. High speed photography is also used to demonstrate the presence of non-uniform deformation, due to both inertia and friction between the specimen and the loading surfaces. Finally, numerical simulation is used to verify trends observed in the experiments and further validate the data. It is concluded that this material is rate sensitive, with an almost three-fold increase in stiffness over the range of strain-rates studied. 相似文献

For convenience, a two-node conventional elastic beam element (C beam element) with the displacements of its 2nd node replaced by those of center of gravity (c.g.) of the joined rigid bar is called the modified beam element (M beam element). The objective of this paper is to present a modified finite element method (modified FEM) such that the free vibration characteristics of a rigid bar supported by a number of elastic beams can be easily determined. First of all, the displacements for the 2nd node of a C beam element joined with the rigid bar are determined in terms of those for the c.g. of the joined rigid bar to establish the M beam element. Next, the mass and stiffness matrices for the M beam element are derived based on the displacements for the 1st node of the C beam element and those for the c.g. of the joined rigid bar. Then, the overall property matrices of the entire unconstrained vibrating system (i.e. a rigid bar supported by a number of elastic beams) can be determined by using the assembly technique of the conventional FEM and considering the effects of lumped mass and rotary inertia of the rigid bar. Finally, the boundary (supporting) conditions are imposed to produce the effective property matrices of the constrained vibrating system and then the free vibration characteristics are determined with the standard approach. In order to confirm the presented theory and the developed computer program, the rigid bar is modeled by a number of C beam elements with bigger Young’s modulus (ER) and the conventional FEM is used to determine the natural frequencies and associated mode shapes of the vibrating system. It is found that the latter will converge to the corresponding ones obtained from the presented modified FEM when the magnitude of ER increases to certain values. 相似文献

AbstractPolymeric sulfur generated from thermal ROP forms a semi crystalline, intractable solid with poor mechanical properties and is not easy to melt and resists solid processing. Stabilization of diradical polymeric sulfur form can be achieved by reaction with dienes which stabilizes the polymeric sulfur (depolymerization of polymeric sulfur by polymerization with diene co-monomer). The present work demonstrates how the physical properties of the sulfur based copolymer can be tuned by varying the vinylic and allylic modifier. 为了提高计算效率以及更好展现爆炸荷载下混凝土破坏过程,采用SPH-FEM耦合法对混凝土爆破成坑进行模拟。首先结合前人给出的C30混凝土Holmquist-Johnson-Cook(HJC)部分本构参数,通过理论推导等方法确定出剩余的参数;然后代入模型中计算,将数值解与实测数据进行对比;最后以峰值压力和峰值加速度作为考察对象,对HJC模型中21个参数敏感性进行分析。结果表明:SPH-FEM耦合法能直观地模拟爆炸荷载作用下爆坑的发展全过程,且能够较好地处理SPH边界问题;基于所给出的C30混凝土HJC本构参数,采用SPH-FEM耦合法对混凝土爆破破坏进行模拟,计算结果与实测数据吻合度高,表明HJC本构参数的确定具有合理性。此外,还发现HJC本构参数对爆破问题结果的敏感度各不相同,指出对峰值压力和峰值加速度均有较大影响的参数在确定的时候需引起足够的重视。

钢混结构分离式有限元建模方法由于考虑了钢筋的实际分布,其计算精度较高,但建模过程复杂繁琐。开展了基于动刚度等效的钢混结构简化建模研究,该方法将钢筋和混凝土考虑为一种等效材料。研究中首先以典型钢混组合结构为例,以等效模型与分离式模型的模态特性等效为目标,建立了分部件的动刚度等效模型,然后将各部件等效模型组合成整体结构等效模型,数值仿真结果显示在相同载荷作用下,整体参考模型与整体等效模型的响应分布非常接近,而等效模型的规模远小于参考模型,说明了该等效建模方式的有效性。进一步将该等效建模方法应用于神光Ⅲ主机靶室钢混结构的动力学分析中,并计算了该巨型光机结构等效模型在实测基础加速度激励下的随机振动响应,靶球上各方向的响应实测结果与计算结果较为吻合。所采用的动刚度等效建模方法可应用在巨型光机结构动力学稳定性的进一步研究中。 相似文献
