Effect of conditions of deposition of palladium onto a composite polymeric film Nafion—polyaniline on the properties of the system thus obtained is studied. Ionic substances with melting points close to room temperature are referred to as ionic liquids. Because ionic liquids are environmentally benign and are good solvents for a wide range of both organic and inorganic materials, interest for their potential uses in different chemical processes is increasing. In this paper, a capillary electrophoretic method for the analysis of basic proteins including lysozyme, cytochrome c, trypsinoge, and α-chymotyypsinogen A is reported. The method, in which 1-alkyl-3-methylimidazolium-based ionic liquids are used as the running electrolytes, leads to a surface charge reversal on the capillary wall. The effects of the alkyl group, imidazolium counterion, and the concentration of the ionic liquids were discussed. The optimum buffer system was a 90 mM 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate (1E-3MI-TFB) solution. The applied voltage was −15 kV and detection was performed by monitoring absorbance at 240 nm. Baseline separation, high efficiencies, and symmetrical peaks of four proteins were obtained. The R.S.D. values of migration times and peak areas were <0.68 and <3.0%, respectively. The separation mechanism seems to involve association between the imidazolium cations and the proteins.  相似文献

在PH4.0醋酸-醋酸钠介质中,甲苯胺蓝在600nm处有一个吸收峰,随着四苯硼钠浓度的增大甲苯胺蓝在600nm处吸收峰降低,颜色减弱,这是由于甲苯胺蓝-四苯硼钠缔合物分子间存在较强的疏水作用及分子间作用力,聚集形成纳米微粒所致,甲苯胺蓝-四苯硼钠纳米微粒体系亦在600mm处有1个吸收峰,在400mm、470mm和580mm处产生3共振散射峰,其中400mm和580mm为甲苯胺蓝-四苯硼钠复合纳米微粒产生的特征共振散射峰,这也表明有纳米微粒存在,丙酮浓度的影响实验结果等表明,纳米微粒的形成是产生其减色效应的原因。  相似文献

The impedance of zinc-rich polymer coatings on steel in a 3-% NaCl solution is studied. The electrochemical behavior of the electrode is satisfactorily described by an equivalent circuit that contains a constant-phase element, which reflects fractal properties of the zinc surface in the binder. From the results of calculations of the circuit elements for metal-rich electrodes with different zinc contents computed are fractions of the active area of the surface of the coating and its fractal dimensionality.  相似文献

Mixtures of several basic proteins have been used to test CZE capillaries with surfaces modified by new pretreatment procedures; the performance obtained has been compared with that achieved using capillaries treated by procedures described in the literature. It has been shown that addition of non-ionic polyvinylalcohols (PVA) to CZE buffer solutions deactivates even bare, i.e. untreated, fused silica surfaces and renders them suitable for separations of basic proteins. The performance obtained from such surfaces was comparable with that of capillaries modified by the more elaborate procedures of etching, silanol derivatization, and/or adsorptive coating (again with polymers). A home-made device is described which enables derivatization and coating reactions to be performed on fused silica capillaries under an inert atmosphere, i.e. one free from oxygen and water.  相似文献

In this third work, we evaluated the degree of conversion (DC) versus depth of dental filling composite named Prodigy Condensable™ using infrared spectroscopy. Confirming previous results, there was a gradual reduction of DC with increasing depth but the composite exhibited extreme values of DC, an upper value (45.9%) on the surface and a lower one (6.1%) at a depth of 5 mm. The composite presented the worst performance among materials studied. The composite formulation was 80% of inorganic fillers and BisfenolA/dimethacrylate (BisGMA) (18%)/triethyleneglycoldimethacrylate (TEGDMA) (2.0%) as monomers. As stated before, type/ratio/viscosity of monomers and type, amount, size and size distribution of fillers all together had an important role in the cure reaction contributing to the final performance of the composite.  相似文献

制备了适于配制紫外光固化涂料的环氧丙烯酸酯,研究了反应温度、阻聚剂、催化剂等因素对环氧树脂与丙烯酸反应的影响;讨论了反应机理和动力学;并利用红外光谱观察了产物的紫外光固化行为。季铵盐能有效地催化环氧树脂和丙烯酸的反应,当其用量为0.6%~1.2%时,在90~110℃反应4.5~8小时后,环氧基转化率大于97%。由此配制的光固化涂料经紫外光辐照能快速固化。  相似文献

Carbon film coatings have been produced by a hot‐wall chemical vapor deposition (CVD) method under moderate conditions from pyrolysis of a mixture of propane and argon on an Fe(110) substrate at temperatures of 800–900 °C for different deposition times. The effects of temperature and reaction time on the growth of the carbon films were studied. Field‐emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), Raman microscopy, Auger electron spectroscopy (AES) and x‐ray diffraction methods have been performed to study the surface morphologies, growth features and microstructures of the carbon film coatings. The FESEM analyses indicated that carbon films on an Fe substrate consisted of flat‐layer and filamentous morphologies. Raman and AES analyses showed that the carbon initially was crystalline but the degree of disorder in the top layer of the carbon film increased with increasing deposition temperature. High‐resolution transmission electron microscopy studies are also in agreement with Raman results. The same trend was observed when the deposition time was increased from 5 to 30 min. 以ZnO纳米柱阵列为模板, 采用溶胶-凝胶法制备出TiO2/ZnO和N掺杂TiO2/ZnO的复合纳米管阵列. 扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)和紫外-可见漫反射吸收光谱(UV-Vis)的结果表明: 两种阵列的纳米管均为六角形结构, 直径约为100 nm, 壁厚约为20 nm; 在N-TiO2/ZnO复合纳米管阵列中, 掺入的N离子主要是以N-Ox、N-C和N-N的形式化学吸附在纳米管表面, 仅有少量的N离子以取代式掺杂的方式占据TiO2晶格O的位置; 表面N物种形成的表面态能级和取代式掺杂导致带隙的窄化, 增强了纳米管阵列的光吸收效率, 促进了光生载流子的分离. 光催化实验结果表明, N离子的掺杂有利于N-TiO2/ZnO复合纳米管阵列光催化活性的提高.  相似文献

The effects of thermal treatment on composite materials prepared by the gelation of sols comprising large concentrations of metal oxide precursor salts have been investigated, in order to determine the compositional and thermal requirements for forming spinel magnesium manganates in such systems. The preparative technique has been found to give rise to derived gel materials in which the metal oxide phase, in the form of regular spherical particles, is dispersed throughout a continuous silica matrix. Silica-supported mixed magnesium and manganese spinel oxide phases were obtained for systems comprising at least 30 wt% metal nitrate after heating to temperatures between 700 and 850°C, but not without concomitant formation of Mn2O3 and modification of the silica network by magnesium.  相似文献
