By using a sol-gel clue, a set of polycrystalline perovskite samples La$_{1 - x}$Ag$_{x}$MnO$_{3}$ with a nominal doping level $x$ ranging from 0.05 to 0.45 has been synthesized. The chemical composition and the magnetism of the samples were investigated. A little Ag was found seeping from the samples in the sintering process when the doping level exceeded 0.05 and the sintering temperature was higher than 700\du\, resulting in the samples being in multiphase. The magnetic transition points of the samples have been found to decrease with increasing sintering temperature. A concentration-dependent $T_{\rm c}$ similar to that of bivalent metal ion doped perovskite, has been obtained. We believe that the Ag seeping in the sintering process is responsible for those magnetic characteristics.  相似文献

提出了一种改进型光可分突发交换性能分析模型(Modified Optical Composite Burst Switching,MOCBS).该模型考虑了截断剩余造成的影响,通过分析截断概率、平均截断剩余长度,得到截断剩余造成的分组丢弃概率,从而更准确地估计分组丢失率.在此基础上,推导出支持区分服务的POCBS(Prioritized OCBS)性能分析公式.仿真验证了MOCBS的准确性以及POCBS分析公式的有效性.  相似文献

采用溶胶-凝胶技术与化学修饰相结合的方法,制备了具有紫外感光特性的SiO2/Al2O3溶胶及其凝胶薄膜,并通过在溶胶中加入聚乙二醇使其形成有机-无机复合结构,经一次提拉制膜就可获得18 μm厚的感光性凝胶薄膜.利用薄膜自身的感光性,使紫外光通过掩模照射薄膜,再经过溶洗和200℃、1 h的热处理,就可获得厚度达到15 μm、线宽约为100 μm的波导阵列.对这种波导薄膜的折射率和的透射率进行了研究.  相似文献

Nowadays, nanostructures have been given significant attention in medical and biological fields. Among these nanostructures, graphene oxide (GO) has been widely used in drug delivery systems, because of its unique properties, and the ability to connect to other nanostructures such as magnetic nanoparticles (NPs) as well as polymers by its functional groups. In this research, first, GO was prepared by exfoliating graphite according to the modified Hummer’s method, and then the Fe3O4 NPs were synthesized by a simple co-precipitation method on GO nanosheets. In the next step, with the help of the ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl) carbodiimide/N-hydroxysuccinimide coupling reagents, the polyethylene glycol (PEG) polymer was bonded to the GO-Fe3O4 nanocomposite. Finally, anti-cancer drug, curcumin (Cur) was loaded onto the nanocomposite and the Cur loading ratio was measured at about 8%. The samples were evaluated using Fourier transform-infrared, differential scanning calorimtery, vibrating-sample magnetometry, atomic force microscopy and dynamic light scattering techniques. The results show that the prepared nanocomposite is an appropriate candidate for biomedical applications.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

We investigate the pressure-induced structural phase transformation of amorphous silicon hexaboride (a-SiB6) using a constant pressure first principles approach. a-SiB6 is found to undergo a gradual phase transformation to a high-density amorphous phase (HDA) in which the average coordination number of both B and Si atoms is about 6. The HDA phase consists of differently coordinated motifs ranging from 4 to 8. B12 icosahedra are found to persist during compression of a-SiB6 and the structural modifications primarily occur around Si atoms and in the regions linking pentagonal pyramid-like configurations to each other. Upon pressure release, an amorphous structure, similar to the uncompressed one, is recovered, indicating a reversible amorphous-to-amorphous phase change in a-SiB6. When the electronic structure is considered, the HDA phase is perceived to have a wider forbidden band gap than the uncompressed one.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

TiC-MgO composite was developed as a heating element for X-ray study in the multi-anvil high pressure apparatus. We synthesized TiC-MgO blocks (50–70 wt.% of TiC) by compression in a cold isostatic press followed by baking in a gas flow furnace. Heaters of tubular shape were manufactured from the synthesized blocks either by lathe or numerically controlled milling machine. The so-produced heating elements have been proved to generate temperatures up to 2250?K at 10?GPa, condition where classical graphite heaters are not suitable anymore due to graphite-diamond transition. These new heaters have been successfully used for in situ X-ray radiography and diffraction measurements on liquid Fe alloys, exploiting excellent X-ray transparency.  相似文献

Investigations of nanocomposite thin films based on polyarylene- phthalide, single-walled carbon nanotubes and graphene oxide have been carried out. Using these films as a transport layer, field-effect transistors were assembled and their output and transfer characteristics were measured. The mobility of charge carriers was estimated and the obtained values are as follows: μPAP/GO = 0.020 cm2 V?1 s?1 and μPAP/SWCNT = 0.071 cm2 V?1 s?1.  相似文献

The carbon composite materials have been a research hotspot in the fields of catalysis, energy conversion and so on, because of their features of large structure and morphology variety, good chemical and electrochemical stability, and high electronic conductivity, large specific surface area and rich active sites. This paper summarizes some research progress of carbon composite materials, including assembly methodologies, their structure regulation, properties, and related applications. A series of Pd–Ag mixed‐metal nanocatalysts were prepared by reduction of Pd–Ag salts in the presence of poly(propylene imine) dendrimers, which were covalently bound to the surface of a silica polyamine composite, BP‐1 (polyallylamine covalently bound to a silanized amorphous silica gel). Three different Pd‐to‐Ag ratios were evaluated (50:50, catalyst 1 ; 40:60, catalyst 2 ; 60:40, catalyst 3 ) with the goal of determining how the amount of Ag effects selectivity, rate and conversion in the selective reduction of alkynes, such as phenylacetylene and 1‐ or 4‐octyne, to the corresponding alkenes. Conditions for the catalysis are reported where there is improved selectivity without a serious reduction in rate when compared with the analogous Pd‐only catalysts. Catalyst 2 worked best for phenylacetylene and catalyst 3 worked best for the octynes. The catalysts could be reused seven times without loss of activity.
