以稀土金属Nd,Ce或La的氧化物为助剂,采用β-环糊精浸渍法对Ni/SBA-15催化剂进行了改性,并运用X射线衍射、N2吸附-脱附、程序升温还原和热重等手段考察了改性的催化剂在CO2重整CH4制合成气反应中的催化性能. 结果表明,Nd等稀土金属氧化物的添加对催化剂孔结构和晶相结构等性质影响不大,但可影响NiO的还原; Nd的添加使NiO与载体之间以Ni-Nd-O形式相互作用,促进了活性组分NiO的还原. 其中,Nd的添加量为5-10 wt%时所制备的催化剂在重整反应中的催化活性最高,且具有很强的抗积碳性能. La和Ce氧化物促进的Ni催化剂也表现出类似的性质和催化性能.  相似文献

The catalytic activity of copper zirconium phosphate(ZPCu) in the selective oxidation of alcohols to their corresponding ketones or aldehydes, using H2O2 as an oxidizing agent, was studied. The oxida‐tion reaction was performed without any organic solvent, phase‐transfer catalyst, or additive. Steric factors associated with the substrates influenced the reaction. The catalyst was characterized using X‐ray diffraction, inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy, energy‐dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy, and scanning electron microscopy. It was shown that the interlayer distance increased from 0.74 to 0.80 nm and the crystallinity was reduced after Cu2+ intercalation into the layers. This catalyst can be recovered and reused three times without significant loss of activity and selectivity.  相似文献

在常压固定床反应器中,考察1.0%NiO/0.1%MgO-Al2O3催化剂的稳定性和原位再生性能,并在进料中引入粉尘以模拟真实的煤与生物质热解气化的含尘环境。结果表明,随着反应温度的升高,催化剂的活性提高,寿命缩短。该催化剂在循环再生实验中表现出良好的耐久性,再生温度为800℃时水热失活现象显著,优选的再生温度为600~700℃,再生时间20 min。随着再生剂中水蒸气比例的增加,催化剂的比表面积和孔结构逐渐发生变化。EPMA和XRD表征结果表明,引入粉尘后并未改变催化剂的组成,引入MgO后会形成(Mg0.4Al0.6)Al1.8O4晶相。SiO2具有促进积炭产生的作用,MgO则对积炭的产生具有一定的阻滞作用。适当降低空速可减弱SiO2等惰性粉尘对催化剂活性的负面作用。  相似文献

Exploring materials with regulated local structures and understanding how the atomic motifs govern the reactivity and durability of catalysts are a critical challenge for designing advanced catalysts. Herein we report the tuning of the local atomic structure of nickel–iron layered double hydroxides (NiFe‐LDHs) by partially substituting Ni2+ with Fe2+ to introduce Fe‐O‐Fe moieties. These Fe2+‐containing NiFe‐LDHs exhibit enhanced oxygen evolution reaction (OER) activity with an ultralow overpotential of 195 mV at the current density of 10 mA cm?2, which is among the best OER catalytic performance to date. In‐situ X‐ray absorption, Raman, and electrochemical analysis jointly reveal that the Fe‐O‐Fe motifs could stabilize high‐valent metal sites at low overpotentials, thereby enhancing the OER activity. These results reveal the importance of tuning the local atomic structure for designing high efficiency electrocatalysts.  相似文献

A solvent-free, eco-friendly and facile approach for the synthesis of highly functionalized tetrasubstituted pyrroles has been reported through one-pot four-component reaction of aldehyde, amine, nitroalkane and 1,3-diketone using silica gel supported polyphosphoric acid (PPA–SiO2) under microwave condition. The reaction occured through the in situ formation of β-keto enamine and nitrostyrene analog following Michael addition and finally intramolecular annulation affording the products in good yields. The key features of the present method include clean reaction, mild conditions, low catalyst loading, straightforward, high to excellent yields, short reaction time, avoiding use of harmful metal catalyst and organic solvent, environmentally friendly compared to the existing methods, recovery and reusability of catalyst and easy workup procedure.  相似文献

A highly efficient catalyst Fe–Co/sulfonated polystyrene (Fe–Co/SPS) was introduced and synthesized, which catalyzed BV oxidation of ketones with aqueous hydrogen peroxide to give the corresponding lactones in high yield and selectivity. Solid acid catalyst of Fe–Co/SPS has been prepared by using the 98-wt% sulfuric acid as the sulfonating agent and CoCl2 combined FeCl3 as sources of metal ions. Various physical–chemical characterizations including FT-IR, XRD, SEM and TGA, revealed that bimetallic ions Fe3+–Co2+ species in the sulfonated polystyrene framework were responsible for the catalytic activities. The BV reaction catalyzed by Fe–Co/SPS highlighted the special effects between metal ions and protonic acids as well as solvent-free heterogeneous catalytic oxidation with excellent conversion.  相似文献

An amorphous CoSnO3@rGO nanocomposite fabricated using a surfactant-assisted assembly method combined with thermal treatment served as a catalyst for non-aqueous lithium-oxygen (Li-O2) batteries. In contrast to the specific surface area of the bare CoSnO3 nanoboxes (104.3 m2 g–1), the specific surface area of the CoSnO3@rGO nanocomposite increased to approximately 195.8 m2 g–1 and the electronic conductivity also improved. The increased specific surface area provided more space for the deposition of Li2O2, while the improved electronic conductivity accelerated the decomposition of Li2O2. Compared to bare CoSnO3, the overpotential reduced by approximately 20 and 60 mV at current densities of 100 and 500 mA g?1 when CoSnO3@rGO was used as the catalyst. A Li-O2 battery using a CoSnO3@rGO nanocomposite as the cathode catalyst cycled indicated a superior cyclic stability of approximately 130 cycles at a current density of 200 mA g–1 with a limited capacity of 1000 mAh g–1, which is 25 cycles more than that of the bare amorphous CoSnO3 nanoboxes.  相似文献

An efficient and eco-friendly procedure for the synthesis of 2-amino-5-oxo-4-aryl-4H,5H-pyrano[3,2-c]chromene-3-carboxamide has been developed through a one-pot three-component condensation of 4-hydroxycoumarin with aldehydes and cyanoacetamide, in the presence of catalytic amount of polystyrene-supported p-toluenesulfonic acid (PS-PTSA) as a highly active and reusable heterogeneous acid catalyst in EtOH at 80?°C conditions. This new procedure offers several advantages such as shorter reaction times, excellent yields, a wide range of functional group tolerance, easy experimental work-up procedure, operationally simple under metal-free reaction conditions and C-C/C-O bond formation. The catalyst can be recovered and reused for at least four runs without any significant impact on the product yields.  相似文献

An environmentally friendly copper‐based catalyst supported on 2‐Methoxy‐1‐phenylethanone functionalized MCM‐41 was prepared and characterized by FT‐IR, FE‐SEM, TEM, XRD, EDX, BET and ICP techniques. The catalyst was applied for the C?S cross‐coupling reaction of aryl halides with thiourea. Corresponding products were produced in good yields in aerobic conditions.
