Poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC)-based membrane of pentathia-15-crown-5 exhibits good potentiometric response for Hg2+ over a wide concentration range (2.51 × 10−5 to 1.00 × 10−1 mol dm−3) with a slope of 32.1 mV per decade of Hg2+ concentration. The response time of the sensor is as fast as 20 s. The electrode has been used for a period of six weeks and exhibits fairly good discriminating ability towards Hg2+ in comparison to alkali, alkaline and some heavy metal ions. The electrode can be used in the pH range from 2.7 to 5.0.  相似文献

The effects of the carrier gas nature and pressure on the relative retention values of organic compounds were studied using a series of capillary columns differing in the film thickness of the polar stationary phase (PEG-20M). Relative retention depends linearly on the carrier gas pressure. This dependence becomes more pronounced in the following order of carrier gases: helium < nitrogen < carbon dioxide. The limiting relative retention at a carrier gas pressure approaching zero rather than relative retention values measured experimentally (relative retention time, Kovats retention index,etc.) is an invariant characteristic of a compound subjected to chromatography. For the carrier gases studied, the limiting retention values almost does not depend on the nature of the carrier gas used. The limiting indicating the complex absorption-adsorption nature of these parameters. Dissolution of a carrier gas in the stationary liquid phase has an effect on the relative retention. Model calculations on anion carrier ligands related to trifluoroacetophenone were carried out using the semiempirical AM 1 method in order to investigate the factors involved in such anion-ligand complexation. The reaction of halogen derivatives of acetophenone with various nucleophiles such as water, carbonic acid, and bicarbonate anion was studied. By this means, the effect of various structural changes, such as variation of the ring substituents and variation of the degree and type of halogen atom substitution, could be determined. It is shown that in terms of relative stability, fluorine derivatives are preferable to chlorine derivatives for the binding of water and carbonic acid. Monosubstitution of a methoxy group in the ortho position of the trifluoroacetophenone ring also brought about stability in the case of the hydration reaction. An electron-withdrawing ester group in the para position on the trifluoroacetophenone ring brings about stabilization also.  相似文献

重力场流分离是最简单的场流分离(gravitational flow-field fractionation,GrFFF)技术,常用于分离粒径几微米到几十微米的颗粒及生物样品。利用自组装加工的重力场流分离仪器分离3种不同粒径(3、6、20μm)的聚苯乙烯(PS)颗粒。自制了一种混合表面活性剂,并与商品化的表面活性剂FL-70进行了比较。通过均匀设计优化流速、混合表面活性剂中聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚(Triton X-100)的质量分数、载液黏度、停流时间等分离条件,以分离度(Rs)和保留比(R)为评价指标,发现FL-70的分离效能略优于自制的混合表面活性剂,可实现3种PS颗粒的完全分离(Rs1为1.771,Rs2为2.074)。结果表明该系统具有良好的分离性能。  相似文献

Capillary isoelectric focusing hyphenated with mass spectrometry detection, following the sequential injection of the carrier ampholytes and the sample zone, is highly efficient for the characterization of proteins. The main advantage of the sequential injection protocol is that ampholytes, with pH ranges, which are not supposed to cover the isoelectric points of the sample components, can be used for separation. The method then allows online mass spectrometry detection of separated analytes either in the absence (substances that have left the pH gradient) or in the presence of low‐level ampholytes (substances that are migrating within the pH gradient). The appearance of the substances within, or outside the pH gradient depends on, e.g., the composition of the ampholytes (broad or narrow pH range) or on the composition of electrolyte solutions. The experiments performed in coated capillaries (with polyvinyl alcohol or with polyacrylamide) show that the amount and the injection length of the ampholytes influence the length of the pH gradient formed in the capillary.  相似文献

Novel Mn3O4-promoted double p?n junction MgAl2O4/CeO2/Mn3O4 heterojunction photocatalyst was constructed by one-step synthesis method and two-step synthesis method. The X-ray powder diffraction, Fourier transform infrared spectrum, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, optical and photoluminescence demonstrated that the MgAl2O4/CeO2/Mn3O4 heterojunction photocatalyst was synthesized by the two-step synthesis method comprehends a high crystallinity, charge carrier migration and separation efficiency, and relatively low optical absorption coefficient. The MgAl2O4/CeO2/Mn3O4 heterojunction photocatalysts were efficiently used as simulated sunlight-driven n-n and p-n double junction photocatalyst for the simultaneous degradation of methylene blue (MB) dye. The continuous double p?n junction MgAl2O4/CeO2/Mn3O4 heterojunctions strengthened the function of single n-n or p-n junction and guided the charge carrier migration and separation direction; thus, the oxidation and reduction reactions occur at the active site of spatial separation and prevent the recombination of electrons and holes. The results suggest that the continuous double p?n junction MgAl2O4/CeO2/Mn3O4 heterojunctions are very promising candidate material for enhancing the photocatalytic activity in the photocatalytic degradation of MB dye.  相似文献

Organic semiconductors with very small optical energy gaps have attracted a lot of attention for near-infrared-active optoelectronic applications. Herein, we present a series of donor-acceptor-donor (D−A−D) organic semiconductors consisting of a highly electron-deficient naphtho[1,2-b:5,6-b′]dithiophene-2,7-dione quinoidal acceptor and oligothiophene donors that show very small optical energy gaps of down to 0.72 eV in the solid state. Investigation of the physicochemical properties of the D−A−D molecules as well as theoretical calculations of their electronic structures revealed an efficient intramolecular interaction between the quinoidal acceptor and the aromatic oligothiophene donors in the D−A−D molecules; this significantly enhances the backbone resonance and thus reduces the bond length alternation along the π-conjugated backbones. Despite the very small optical energy gaps, the D−A−D molecules have low-lying frontier orbital energy levels that give rise to air-stable ambipolar carrier transport properties with hole and electron mobilities of up to 0.026 and 0.043 cm2 V−1 s−1, respectively, in field-effect transistors.  相似文献

A novel biocompatible polymer was prepared by grafting the derivate of β ‐cyclodextrin (6‐SH ‐β ‐CD ) onto poly(3,4‐dihydroxycinnamic acid) (PDHCA ) via Michael addition. PDHCA ‐β ‐CD nanoparticles were prepared by the self‐assembly of amphiphilic PDHCA ‐β ‐CD polymer with N,N ‐dimethylformamide (DMF ) as good solvent and water as poor solvent. The PDHCA ‐β ‐CD nanoparticles were monodispersed with spherical morphology as shown in the scanning electron microscopic (SEM ) images in accord with the result of dynamic light scattering (DLS ) measurement. The size of the nanoparticles could be controlled from 60 to 180 nm by tuning the grafting degree (GD ) of PDHCA ‐β ‐CD polymer and also significantly influenced by the amount of water used during the process. These as‐prepared nanoparticles were stable without any significant change in the particle size after six‐months’ storage and even after being irradiated by UV at λ >280 nm for hours. The formation mechanism of PDHCA ‐β ‐CD nanoparticles was explored. The content of doxorubicin (DOX ) loaded onto the nanoparticles was up to 39% with relatively high loading efficiency (approximately 78.8% of initial DOX introduced was loaded). In vitro release studies suggested that DOX released slowly from PDHCA ‐β ‐CD nanoparticles. These features strongly support the potential of developing PDHCA ‐β ‐CD nanoparticles as carriers for the controlled delivery of drug.  相似文献

In all known Group 5 transition‐metal dichalcogenide monolayers (MLs), the metal centers carry a spin, and their ground‐state phases are either metallic or semiconducting with indirect band gaps. Here, on grounds of first‐principles calculations, we report that the Haeckelite polytypes 1 S ‐NbX2 (X=S, Se, Te) are diamagnetic direct‐band‐gap semiconductors even though the Nb atoms are in the 4+ oxidation state. In contrast, 1 S ‐VX2 MLs are antiferromagnetically coupled indirect‐band‐gap semiconductors. The 1 S phases are thermodynamically and dynamically stable but of slightly higher energy than their 1 H and 1 T ML counterparts. 1 S ‐NbX2 MLs are excellent candidates for optoelectronic applications owing to their small band gaps (between 0.5 and 1 eV). Moreover, 1 S ‐NbS2 shows a particularly high hole mobility of 2.68×103 cm2 V−1 s−1, which is significantly higher than that of MoS2 and comparable to that of WSe2.  相似文献
