Glass fabrics were used to fabricate boron nitride nanotubes (BNNTs) with a broad diameter range through a combined chemical vapor deposition and self-propagation high-temperature synthesis (CVD-SHS) method at different holding times (0min, 30min, 90min, 180min and 360min). SEM characterization has been employed to investigate the macro and micro structure/morphology changes of the glass fabrics and BNNTs in detail. SEM image analysis has provided direct experimental evidences for the rationality of the optimized self-cracking catalyst VLS growth mechanism, including the transformation situations of the glass fabrics and the BNNTs growth processes respectively. This paper was the further research and compensation for the theory and experiment deficiencies in the new preparation method of BNNTs reported in our previous work. In addition, it is likely that the distinctive self-cracking catalyst VLS growth mechanism could provide a new idea to preparation of other inorganic functional nano-materials using similar one-dimensional raw materials as growth templates and catalysts.  相似文献

The functionalization of multi‐walled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) was achieved by grafting furfuryl amine (FA) onto the surfaces of MWNTs. Furthermore, the functional MWNTs were incorporated into carbon fabric composites and the tribological properties of the resulting composites were investigated systematically on a model ring‐on‐block test rig. Friction and wear tests revealed that the modified MWNTs filled carbon fabric composite has the highest wear resistance under all different sliding conditions. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), and thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA) revealed that MWNTs were successfully functionalized and the modification led to an improvement in the dispersion of MWNTs, which played an important role on the enhanced tribological properties of carbon fabric composites. It can also be found that the friction and wear behavior of MWNTs filled carbon fabric composites are closely related with the sliding conditions such as sliding speed, load, and lubrication conditions. 利用共旋技术提出了一个高柔性梁(布条)大位移大转动计算模型,通过把纺织物沿经向和纬向离散成许多布条,建立了纺织物下垂变形模型,模型仅使用了节点平移自由度而没有使用转动自由度,并采用了一种单元应变能积分格式,模型考虑了纺织物面内拉伸、面内剪切以及弯曲;提出了一种控制单步全Newton-Raphson迭代格式步长的方法来确保得到控制方程组的收敛解.数值算例表明模型能够较精确地预测纺织物的最终下垂形状.  相似文献

基于微面模型,定义损伤变量为微面上有效承载面积的减少. 将Kachanov的一维有效 应力概念推广到三维,提出微面有效应力矢量的概念. 根据微面的有效应力矢量,将无损材 料的宏观应力张量及不变量与微面应力矢量的积分关系拓展到有损材料,得到了有损材料的 宏观有效应力张量及其不变量与宏观名义应力张量、微面面积损伤组构张量之间的关系. 将 无损材料的以应力张量不变量表示的Drucker-Prager准则推广到有损材料,建立了含缺陷 材料的各向异性屈服准则. 对有损材料,宏观有效应力张量与Murakami的有效应力张量具 有相同的形式,各向异性强度准则与Liu等提出的扩展Hill准则有相同的形式,当不考虑 静水应力对屈服的影响时,它与Hill准则具有相同的形式.  相似文献

使用在含有甲基MQ(M:单官能团Si-O单元R3SiO1/2, Q:四官能团Si-O单元SiO2)硅树脂与疏水SiO2的二甲苯溶液中浸渍的方法,在聚酯织物表面制备了耐用超疏水涂层。经过处理后,微米级聚酯纤维表面被紧密的疏水纳米颗粒包裹,通过这种方法降低了纤维的表面能。聚酯织物展现出良好的超疏水特性,与水滴的静态接触角为156°,滚动角为5°。得到的超疏水聚酯织物在机械磨损、酸碱环境及紫外线照射条件下,表现出了良好的稳定性。此外,用超疏水聚酯织物作为过滤材料得到的油水分离效率达99%以上。该方法为大面积工业制备超疏水织物提供了新的思路。  相似文献

It is demonstrated that two grating interferometers with high spatial resolutions can successfully be applied for the mechanical characterisation of the advanced fabric composite materials. Based on these two techniques, the mechanical properties of two kinds of fabric laminates are obtained without assumption of uniform strain fields to be used in the characterisation approaches using the local strain sensors. The degree of the yarn crimp effects of the two laminates is compared in terms of the out-of-plane displacement derivatives. Especially, it is shown that the grating shearing interferometer is appropriate for the crimped fabric structure requiring a three-dimensional analysis. The modification from moiré interferometer to grating shearing interferometer is performed by introducing a Michelson interferometer modified for image shearing.  相似文献

The work presents results of the research on thermal transformations of iron minerals which are present in basalt rock from Góra Obłoga in Pogórze Złotoryjskie District. The rock under study shows microporphyric texture and compact microstructure and contained: olivine, augite, diopside, plagioclases, serpentines, zeolites, apatite and also opaque minerals (oxides). The basalt was annealing within the temperature range between 573–1473 K, in air, and then, microscopic observations, X-ray diffraction as well as Mössbauer spectroscopy measurements were performed. During the heat treatment of the rock it was found that the content of olivine and augite was gradually decreasing due to progressive oxidation of iron compounds, resulting in formation of magnetite and hematite. The comparison of the results of thermal Mössbauer spectral analysis showed that transformation of iron minerals occurred already under conditions when the basic rock mass underwent only insignificant changes.  相似文献

Although the physics of computing allows the possibility of logic operations with no energy dissipation, over 40 years of work by brilliant scientists in many fields has not achieved it. The solution described here required breaking from the tacit assumptions that logic gates had to be electronic. The system is implemented entirely with passive optical components. Also needed was a logic that could utilize those passive components. Hardy and Shamir showed how to map a Boolean logic problem into a form suitable to be implemented by light flowing through various paths and cascaded as needed. This paper examines a modular approach to implementing their approach (called Directed Logic) in an integrated optical system. We start from unit cells, implementing a dynamic flip-flop principle and combine the cells in a network or “logic fabric.” Contrary to proofs by the founders of this field, speed is limited only by the message bandwidth of the optical signal, and, of course, no energy is dissipated. There are still aspects that need additional work on issues like accuracy using analog components and size relative to electronics. But the basic problem is solved at last and paths toward solving the remaining problems have been identified.  相似文献

The selective flux of sulfur during magma emplacement is proposed to explain some abnormal δ34S data from granitic and basaltic rocks. It is assumed that on the one hand a quasi-equilibrium isotope fractionation exists between sulfate and sulfide during magma cooling, and on the other hand a non-equilibrium fractionation occurs between the fluxed sulfur and the magmatic sulfur. The results show that at high fO2, 34S is preferably enriched in sulfate with decreasing temperature, without a corresponding depletion of sulfide in 34S. The δ34S value of solidified rocks is then significantly shifted in the positive direction due to the selective degassing or assimilation. Conversely, at low fO2, 34S is preferably depleted in sulfide as temperature declines, while a corresponding 34S-enrichment in sulfate does not occur. As a consequence, δ34S value of the rocks is driver in the negative direction.  相似文献
