环境水样及食品中亚硝酸根的分析进展

评述了自1997年至2002年国内外环境水样及食品中亚硝酸根(NO2^-)的分析进展。包括分子光谱法、电化学分析法和色谱分析法，引用文献96篇。     

环境样品中痕量邻苯二甲酸酯的分离与测定

本文研究了以小粒径（１０－４０μ）硅胶柱色谱分离富集、反相高效相色谱分析测定大气颗粒物、土主植物样品中痕量邻苯二甲酸酯的方法，方法操作简单，回收率高，空白值低，利用该方法分析了部分环境样品中邻苯二甲酯酯含量。     

The ICP-MS approach to environmental studies

The certification of marine materials for trace metals is a process which challenges every technique involved, especially if a technique is as recent as inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS), Developmental work was required for several materials (natural waters, biological materials, marine sediments). It is reviewed here, in an attempt to show how one can take full advantage of ICP-MS. This includes a review of the digestion procedures developed for the multielement analysis of biological materials and marine sediments in order to minimize spectroscopic interferences. The multielement analysis of natural waters is also reviewed, in particular that of saline waters which requires a separation of the analytes from the alkali and alkaline earths elements and a preconcentration of the analytes on a column of silicaimmobilized 8-hydroxyquinoline. The potential of performing this separation/preconcentration procedure on-line is showed using both published and original results. Finally, the application of ICP-MS to speciation is illustrated by the determination of methylmercury in biological materials after extraction, and by the determination of arsenic species by high performance liquid chromatography coupled to ICP-MS.Presented in part at the 1989 European Winter Conference on Plasma Spectrochemistry, Reutte, AustriaThe work described was carried out while the author was a Research Associate at the Analytical Chemistry Section, Chemistry Division, National Research Council of Canada, Ottawa, K1A OR9, Canada     

A scratch-resistant single-layer antireflective coating by a low temperature sol-gel route

A novel quarterwave-thick narrow-bandwidth antireflective coating has been developed for both plastic and vitreous substrates by a sol-gel route. This coating has revealed pronounced scratch- and climatic-resistance under adverse conditions. The single-layer coating consists basically of a composite material made of silica as the discontinuous phase and of a polytetrafluoroethylene-derived (Teflon¹) organic polymer as the continuous phase. This leads to fluorine-containing colloidal silica product, or a so-called Flucosil coating. The coating is applied by spinning or dipping from specific solutions at room temperature followed by a mild and short heat treatment. In addition to remarkable abrasion and environmental resistance properties, such coatings have displayed excellent laser-induced damage threshold levels, surpassing uncoated substrates.We hope such a product might open new perspectives concerning household articles, architectural optical thin-films, ophthalmic uses, and so on.

用离子动能谱探讨了9个苯环上不同取代基的4-氯-4′-取代-苯丁酮EI断裂的主要途径是:分子离子先进行Mclafferty重排,而后α-断裂。将电子能量降低至20e v,对Mclafferty重排的产物离子的α-断裂反应用Hammett方程处理,得回归线性方程lgZ/Z_0=-0.37σp-0.008,线性相关系数为0.9949。由此可明显地看出质谱中单分子断裂反应的取代基效应。

评述了近年来环境和生物样品中痕量铂族金属的分析研究进展，重点介绍了样品的预处理和分离富集技术以及检测手段等。     

酶联免疫吸附分析法测定水样中的阿特拉津

应用阿特拉津半抗原衍生物共价交联于载体蛋白分子上，制成免疫抗原，经免疫得到高质量的兔抗阿特拉津抗血清。经条件优选，建立了测定阿特拉津的酶联吸附分析竞争法，测定性范围为０．０５－５．００μｇ／Ｌ，最低检出限仅为０．０１８－０．０２２μｇ／Ｌ，且精密度高，特异性强。

Effects of polystyrene-encapsulated magnesium hydroxide on rheological and flame-retarding properties of HIPS composites

In this study, polystyrene (PS)-encapsulated magnesium hydroxide (Mg(OH)₂) was successfully prepared by in situ polymerization of styrene on the surface of Mg(OH)₂ in a high-speed mixer. A large amount of PS chemically bonded on Mg(OH)₂ surface was confirmed by means of FT-IR, TGA and SEM. A series of composites of high impact polystyrene (HIPS) were prepared by melt blending in a co-rotating twin-screw extruder. The effects of PS-encapsulated filler on the properties of HIPS composites were studied by SEM, rheology and combustion tests (horizontal burning tests and cone calorimetry). The dispersion and adhesion patterns of PS-encapsulated Mg(OH)₂ in HIPS matrix were investigated through FT-IR and SEM. The experimental results demonstrated that comparing to the composites containing untreated filler, the rheological and flame retardant properties of those containing PS-encapsulated filler were found to be significantly improved. This improvement is mostly attributed to a better dispersion of the encapsulated filler and a strong adhesion between the filler and matrix.
