同步辐射白光全反射XRF在痕量元素检测的初步应用研究

叙述了同步辐射白光全反射Ｘ射线荧光分析的实验装置，给出了几种标准物质ＴＸＲＦ实验的检出限，并对实验结果进行了讨论。     

Validation of an analytical method to determine trace metal impurities in fluoride compounds by flame atomic absorption spectroscopy

 The development of an analytical method for the determination of some heavy metals (Fe, Cu, Co, Zn and Ni) in fluoride compounds [Cu(BF₄)₂, Sn(BF₄)₂, Pb(BF₄)₂ and HBF₄] by flame atomic absorption spectroscopy is described. This method is to be used as a routine analytical method in an industrial quality control laboratory. To this end the "performance characteristics" of an instrumental analytical method such as matrix effects, sensitivity, linearity, detection and quantitation limits, precision and accuracy were evaluated for every system under study. The results of these investigations showed that non-spectral interferences (due to the presence of large concentrations of major metals such as Cu, Sn and Pb) were observed. Nevertheless it was possible to define a matrix concentration interval where matrix effects were not statistically significant, and therefore a direct calibration approach could be used as the calibration tool whenever the major metal concentration was not higher than 40×10^–3 kg l^–1. A guide to the developement of an analytical method for trace metal determination is provided. General tools for quality control have been used in order to show how an analytical method can be tested daily and evaluated in a convenient manner. 116例冠心病患者血清中钙镁钡铝锶含量的研究

测定１１６例冠心病患者血清中钙，镁，钡，铝和锶的含量并与正常值比较，常量元素钙，镁和微量元素锶降低，而微量元素钡和铝升高，它们之间的差异都有显著或高度显著性。Ｐ〈０．０５或Ｐ〈０．０１。     

二(2,4,4-三甲基戊基)膦酸萃取分离稀土元素(Ⅲ)的研究

本文研究了二(2,4,4-三甲基戊基)磷酸(Cyanex 272)的煤油溶液在不同介质(HCI,HNO_3)中对三价混合稀土的萃取分离性能.观测了平衡水相酸度对萃取平衡的影响,由酸度曲线求出相邻元素的平均分离系数,并考察了酸度对反萃取平衡的影响.比较了HCI和HNO_3介质中,Cyanex 272对混合稀土(Ⅲ)的萃取性能.     

食道癌患者血清铜／锌比值及血清硒含量的测定及临床意义

报道了３５例食道癌患者血清铜／锌比值及血清硒水平，结果发现食道癌患者血清铜／锌比值增加，血清硒水平下降，具有显著性差异（Ｐ〈０．００１）；同时提示随着食道癌分期增加，铜／锌比值进一步增加，血硒水平进一步下降，但无统计学差异。上述结果对临床诊断及观察病情变化有一定意义。     

英平诸痹灵药酒中钴,锶,锂含量分析

采用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定５种英平诸痹灵药酒中钴、锶、锂的含量。结果表明，该类药酒中微量元素Ｓｒ含量较高，微量元素Ｃｏ、Ｌｉ含量较低，该结果为讨论抗类风湿药物中微量元素与治疗类风湿疾病的关系提供了有用数据。     

Efficient oxidation of benzylic alcohols with [hydroxy(tosyloxy)iodo]benzene under microwave irradiation

An efficient method for the oxidation of benzylic alcohols with [hydroxy(tosyloxy)iodo]benzene under solvent-free microwave irradiation conditions is described.     

Synthese und thermische Eigenschaften von molekularen Clusterverbindungen zusammengesetzt aus Elementen der Gruppen 11‐13‐16

Syntheses and Thermal Properties of Cluster Molecules, formed from Groups 11‐13‐16 Elements In the presence of PPh₃, CuX (X = Cl, CH₃COO) or AgOC(O)C₆H₅ and GaCl₃ react in THF with S(SiMe₃)₂ or Se(SiMe₃)₂ to yield [Cu₆Ga₈Cl₄S₁₃(PPh₃)₆] ( 1 ), [Cu₆Ga₈Cl₄Se₁₃(PPh₃)₆] ( 2 ), [Ag₆Ga₈Cl₄S₁₃(PPh₃)₆] ( 4 ) and [Ag₆Ga₈Cl₄Se₁₃(PPh₃)₆] ( 5 ). The use of PⁿPr₂Ph instead of PPh₃ and subsequent layering with n‐hexane leads to the formation of the cluster [Cu₆Ga₈Cl₄Se₁₃(PⁿPr₂Ph)₁₂] ( 3a , 3b ). Reaction of CuCl, GaCl₃ and PⁿPr₃ with Se(SiMe₃)₂ in THF results in the crystallisation of the ionic cluster (HPⁿPr₃)₂[Cu₂Ga₄Cl₄Se₆(PⁿPr₃)₄] ( 6 ). The structures of 1 — 6 were determined by X‐ray single crystal structure analysis. Thermogravimetric measurements of the cluster molecules and powder diffraction patterns of the remaining powders reveal the potential use of them as single source precursor compounds for the synthesis of the related ternary solid state materials.     

Determination of hydrochloric acid in organic solutions by gas chromatography

Summary A method is described for the determination of small quantities of hydrochloric acid in two chlorinated organic solvents (CHCl₃ and CCl₄). An excess of gaseous ethylene oxide is added to a liquid sample; the 2-chloroethanol formed is then analyzed by gas chromatography. The procedure is simpler and more sensitive in comparison with other conventional methods. It can be modified for other organic solvents.D.G.R.C.S.T. grant.     

化工工人体内微量元素积累与健康的关系

论述了化工作业工人长期接触有害元素会引起体内有害元素积蓄，微量元素平衡失调，产生潜在的职业危害，建议定期对临床尚未发现中毒现象的作业工人进行体内微量元素情况监控，以预防职业中毒。并提出采用适当补充某些必需元素的方法，可预防这种危害。
