研究了Pt/γ-Al2O3催化剂上添加Co对降低Pt负载量的效应,同时通过XRD,CO-TPD,H2-TPR和FTIR等手段对Co助催的Pt/γ-Al2O3催化剂进行了表征,藉此探讨了Co的改性作用.实验结果表明,在Pt/γ-Al2O3催化剂中添加Co可显著降低Pt的用量和改善低温活性.在Pt负载量为wPt=0.01,Co添加量为wCo=0.015~0.03时,在ψO2/ψCO=1.0和120℃的较低温度下,CO转化率和O2选择性分别高达99%和47%以上.在Pt/γ-Al2O3催化剂中添加的Co以不完全还原的CoOx形态存在,不仅可以提供活泼氧与CO反应生成CO2,而且影响Pt的电子性能,使之较难还原.Co的引入还削弱了CO在Pt上的吸附,使CO线式吸附物种消失,同时使碳酸氢盐和甲酸盐吸附物种增加.随温度升高,Co/Pt/γ-Al2O3催化剂上碳酸氢盐物种消失并转化成CO2. 相似文献

We examined experimentally the effects of incom-ing surface wind on the turbine wake and the wake interfer-ence among upstream and downstream wind turbines sited in atmospheric boundary layer (ABL) winds. The experi-ment was conducted in a large-scale ABL wind tunnel with scaled wind turbine models mounted in different incom-ing surface winds simulating the ABL winds over typical offshore/onshore wind farms. Power outputs and dynamic loadings acting on the turbine models and the wake flow char-acteristics behind the turbine models were quantified. The results revealed that the incoming surface winds significantly affect the turbine wake characteristics and wake interference between the upstream and downstream turbines. The velocity deficits in the turbine wakes recover faster in the incoming surface winds with relatively high turbulence levels. Varia-tions of the power outputs and dynamic wind loadings acting on the downstream turbines sited in the wakes of upstream turbines are correlated well with the turbine wakes charac-teristics. At the same downstream locations, the downstream turbines have higher power outputs and experience greater static and fatigue loadings in the inflow with relatively high turbulence level, suggesting a smaller effect of wake inter-ference for the turbines sited in onshore wind farms. 相似文献

This study proposes an improved physical model to predict sand deposition at high temperature in gas turbine components. This model differs from its predecessor (Sreedharan and Tafti, 2011) by improving the sticking probability by accounting for the energy losses during particle-wall collision based on our previous work (Singh and Tafti, 2013). This model predicts the probability of sticking based on the critical viscosity approach and collision losses during a particle–wall collision. The current model is novel in the sense that it predicts the sticking probability based on the impact velocity along with the particle temperature. To test the model, deposition from a sand particle laden jet impacting on a flat coupon geometry is computed and the results obtained from the numerical model are compared with experiments (Delimont et al., 2014) conducted at Virginia Tech, on a similar geometry and flow conditions, for jet temperatures of 950 °C, 1000 °C and 1050 °C. Large Eddy Simulations (LES) are used to model the flow field and heat transfer, and sand particles are modeled using a discrete Lagrangian framework. Results quantify the impingement and deposition for 20–40 μm sand particles. The stagnation region of the target coupon is found to experience most of the impingement and deposition. For 950 °C jet temperature, around 5% of the particle impacting the coupon deposit while the deposition for 1000 °C and 1050 °C is 17% and 28%, respectively. In general, the sticking efficiencies calculated from the model show good agreement with the experiments for the temperature range considered. 相似文献

Trend anomaly detection is the practice of comparing and analyzing current and historical data trends to detect real-time abnormalities in online industrial data-streams. It has the advantages of tracking a concept drift automatically and predicting trend changes in the shortest time, making it important both for algorithmic research and industry. However, industrial data streams contain considerable noise that interferes with detecting weak anomalies. In this paper, the fastest detection algorithm “sliding nesting” is adopted. It is based on calculating the data weight in each window by applying variable weights, while maintaining the method of trend-effective integration accumulation. The new algorithm changes the traditional calculation method of the trend anomaly detection score, which calculates the score in a short window. This algorithm, SNWFD–DS, can detect weak trend abnormalities in the presence of noise interference. Compared with other methods, it has significant advantages. An on-site oil drilling data test shows that this method can significantly reduce delays compared with other methods and can improve the detection accuracy of weak trend anomalies under noise interference. 相似文献
