A pyrolytic carbon (PC) film electrode was fabricated by the chemical vapor deposition (CVD) method. This report deals with the preparation, characterization and electrochemical behavior of this carbon film. Cyclic voltammetry, linear sweep voltammetry, Raman spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy were employed to characterize the electrode. Low background current and capacitance were observed and the rate of charge transfer for Fe(CN) redox couple was determined via cyclic voltammetry. Also the effect of the anodic activation on the electrochemical activity was evaluated and characterized with respect to the sequence of voltage applied to the electrode. The excellent electrochemical activity and low background current are the reasons why this electrode is attractive for electroanalysis measurements with lower detection limit.  相似文献

A range of 2,9‐perfluoroalkyl‐substituted tetraazaperopyrene (TAPP) derivatives ( 1 – 5 ) was synthesised by reacting 4,9‐diamino‐3,10‐perylenequinone diimine (DPDI) with the corresponding carboxylic acid chloride or anhydride in the presence of a base. The reaction of compounds 1 – 4 with dichloroisocyanuric acid (DIC) in concentrated sulphuric acid resulted in the fourfold substitution of the tetraazaperopyrene core, yielding the 2,9‐bisperfluoroalkyl‐4,7,11,14‐tetrachloro‐1,3,8,10‐tetraazaperopyrenes 6 – 9 , respectively. The optical and electrochemical data demonstrate the drastic influence of the core substitution on the properties. All compounds are highly luminescent (fluorescence quantum yields of up to Φ=0.8). The LUMO energies of the tetrachlorinated TAPP derivatives (determined by cyclic voltammetry and computed by DFT calulations) were found to be below ?4 eV. In the course of this work the performance of TAPP derivatives in organic thin‐film transistors (TFTs) was investigated, and their n‐channel characteristics with field‐effect mobilities of up to 0.14 cm2 V?1 s?1 and an on/off current ratio of >106 were confirmed. Long‐term stabilities of 3–4 months under ambient conditions of the devices were established. Complementary inverters and ring oscillators with n‐channel TFTs based on compound 8 and p‐channel TFTs based on dinaphtho‐[2,3‐b:2′,3′‐f]thieno[3,2‐b]thiophene (DNTT) were fabricated on a glass substrate.  相似文献

New morphologies of net-like and flake-like TiO2 thin films with different concentrations of Fe dopant were successfully fabricated by micro-arc oxidation (MAO) process of Ti plates and a subsequent chemical treatment of the as-prepared MAO-TiO2 thin films. It was found that Fe ions can be easily introduced into the MAO-TiO2 samples with the increase concentration of K4(FeCN)6·3H2O precursor, and the amount of Fe determined the morphologies of TiO2 thin films after chemical treatment; net-like morphology was observed with low Fe dopant, while it transformed to a flake-like one when Fe exceeds 1.7 at.%. UV-vis spectroscopy test showed that the absorption edge of the Fe ions doped TiO2 thin films with new morphologies has an obvious red shift.  相似文献

Modern condensed-matter physics is increasingly concerned with the design, synthesis, analysis, and exploitation of chemically complex materials and structures. Complex metal oxides and strongly correlated electron systems such as YBa2Cu3O7−x and La1−xSrxMnO3 are paradigmatic examples. Their production in the form of high-quality thin films is of both technological and fundamental importance and has stimulated a concerted effort in the last two decades to find and optimize efficient techniques to this end. This review discusses the physics behind and the requirements for synthesizing high-quality films of such materials and examines fundamental aspects of the growth processes associated with magnetron sputtering and pulsed laser deposition, the two techniques which presently offer the best solutions in this burgeoning field.  相似文献

采用电化学沉积法以Mn改性的三维体心立方结构的介孔SBA-16膜为模板制备Fe纳米线.沉积Fe后的SBA-16膜以2%HF溶解SiO2骨架,样品于550℃焙烧4 h.SEM和TEM的研究结果显示,所制备的Fe2O3纳米线互相平行,孔径均匀.XRD、电子衍射及HRTEM研究表明Fe2O3纳米线具有(多孔)单晶结构.  相似文献

Cr doped TiO2-SiO2 nanostructure thin film on glass substrates was prepared by a sol-gel dip coating process. X-ray diffraction (XRD) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) were used to characterize the structural and chemical properties of the films. A UV-vis spectrophotometer was used to measure the transmittance spectra of the thin film. The hydrophilicity of the thin film during irradiation and storage in a dark place was measured by a contact angle analyzer. The results indicated that Cr doping has a significant effect on the transmittance and super-hydrophilicity of TiO2-SiO2 thin film.  相似文献

分别以丙醇锆和正硅酸乙酯为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶工艺制备了性能稳定的ZrO2和SiO2溶胶。用旋转镀膜法在K9玻璃上分别制备了单层SiO2薄膜、单层ZrO2薄膜、ZrO2/ SiO2双层膜和SiO2/ZrO2双层膜。采用原子力显微镜观察了薄膜的表面形貌,用椭偏仪测量薄膜的厚度与折射率,用紫外-可见光分光光度计测量了薄膜的透射率。对薄膜的透射光谱和椭偏仪模拟的数据进行分析,发现SiO2/ZrO2双层膜之间的渗透十分明显,而ZrO2/SiO2双层膜之间几乎不发生渗透。利用TFCalc模系设计软件,采用三层膜模型对薄膜的透射率进行模拟,得出的透射曲线与用紫外-可见光分光光度计测量的透射曲线十分符合。  相似文献
