利用ABAQUS有限元软件进行了单个圆形高斯光斑的激光冲击强化数值模拟,分析材料表面光斑中心区域形成的"残余应力洞"现象,并通过分析材料的动态力学响应特征揭示了"残余应力洞"的形成机制。结果表明:在冲击波加载时,光斑边界处会产生很强的剪切应力,形成向四周传播的表面稀疏波和向材料内部传播的剪切波。当稀疏波同时传播到光斑中心,发生相遇、汇聚,使材料产生急剧的上下位移过程,造成冲击波加载塑性变形后的二次塑性变形。二次塑性变形中形成了较大的剪切塑性应变,并降低了冲击波加载阶段产生的轴向和径向塑性应变,使残余压应力降低,从而形成"残余应力洞"。  相似文献

磁流变抛光在其实际工作过程中,抛光区域几何特征的不同将会对流场创成的关键参数产生很大的影响。针对此问题建立三维模型与实验仿真展开研究。在研究抛光区域几何特征与流场创成关键参数的关系时,先改变抛光区域形状,观察其对流场创成中剪切应力、压力产生的影响;再控制抛光区域的形状相同时,通过改变抛光区域尺寸大小,观察对流场创成中剪切应力、压力产生的影响。结果表明:当抛光区域形状不同时,抛光区域为凹面时剪切应力最大,抛光区域为凸面时剪切应力最小。当抛光区域形状为凸面时,抛光区域两边的剪切应力随着抛光区域曲率大小增大而增大;当抛光区域形状为凹面,抛光区域两边的剪切应力随着抛光区域曲率大小增大而减小。当抛光区域形状不同时,抛光区域为凹面时压力最大,抛光区域为凸面时压力最小。当抛光区域形状为凸面时,抛光区域处的压力随着抛光区域曲率增大而增大;当抛光区域形状为凹面时,抛光区域处的压力随着抛光区域曲率增大而减小。  相似文献

Beam-displacement ray-mode theory of sound propagation in shallow water   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
A normal mode method for propagation modeling in common horizontally stratified shallow water, which is called beam-displacement ray-mode (BDRM) theory, is introduced. The peculiarity of this method is that the boundary effects on the sound field can be expressed by the equivalent boundary reflection coefficient, so BDRM theory can be extended to elastic bottom easily. Theoretical calculations of shallow-water sound field show that BDRM has high accuracy and fast speed. The pulse propagation in shallow water is also calculated by BDRM, and the calculated waveforms are in good agreement with the measured waveforms. 本文利用密度泛函理论,研究剪切形变下掺杂改性及不同类型缺陷对MoS2电子结构的影响。发现:剪切形变下,MoS2+P体系为相对最稳定的结构,掺杂改性相较于缺陷对模型稳定性影响更小;模型MoS2+P+Se中P-Mo键易形成共价键,而其中的Se-Mo键和MoS2+P-Mo-S模型中的P-Mo键,易形成离子键;掺杂使MoS2模型能隙变大,而缺陷使能隙减小,且S和Mo原子共缺陷的模型带隙为0;缺陷相较于掺杂改性模型,更能使Mo原子周围增加电荷聚集度,带隙值更低,更能影响或调控模型的电子结构。  相似文献

The soliton formation by the current-driven drift-like wave is investigated for heavier ion (such as barium) plasma experiments planned to be performed in future. It is pointed out that the sheared flow of electrons can give rise to short scale solitary structures in the presence of stationary heavier ions. The nonlinearity appears due to convective term in the parallel equation of motion and not because of temperature gradient unlike the case of low frequency usual drift wave soliton. This higher frequency drift-like wave requires sheared flow of electrons and not the density gradient to exist.  相似文献

We measured the transport properties of MgB2 films having columnar grain structure with their axis normal to the substrate. When an external magnetic field was applied parallel to the grain axis, an enhanced critical current density has been observed, and this result has been ascribed to flux pinning induced by grain boundaries. The shape of the angular dependence of critical current density and its magnetic field dependence showed a quite similar resemblance to those of YBa2Cu3Ox films containing columnar defects, implying a possible existence of linear defects in MgB2 films of columnar structure. We propose that the amorphous regions at the vertex points of three or more grain boundaries observed in microstructural studies correspond to the linear defects and these linear defects anchor the end points of the flux line dislocations of Frank-Read sources, by which the shear in the flux line lattice is actuated. This assumed mechanism is found to reasonably explain the magnetic field dependence of the flux pinning force density of MgB2 films with columnar grain structure.  相似文献

Equations are set up for describing, in a correct statement and with an accuracy sufficient in actual practice, the shear buckling modes (BMs) of cylindrical sandwich shells with a transversely soft core of arbitrary thickness. Based on them, solutions are obtained to a number of problems on the buckling instability according to shear modes under some force and thermal loadings. It is found that the BMs occur in the shell along the circumferential and axial directions if, in the precritical state, a normal compressive stress arises in the transverse direction. It is shown that this condition is fulfilled in the following cases: in axial tension of the shell with unequal forces applied to the end faces of bearing layers (the parameter of critical load is maximum if the tensile forces are equal); under external (internal) pressure; on cooling the outer and heating the inner layers. A mathematical model of superposition of large butt-end and coaxial torsional and axial shear deformations of homogeneous and fiber-reinforced thick-wall cylinders is constructed. The macroscopic stresses of the reinforced material are additively determined by matrix stresses and by tensile or constrained compression stresses in the reinforcing fibers. The model is based on the numerical solution of two boundary-value problems, one of which corresponds to the butt-end torsion and the other to the coaxial torsion and axial shear. The boundary-value problem on joint deformations is solved with the use of the displacement field determined from the solution to the boundary-value problem on butt-end torsion. 采用微分求积方法(DQ方法)讨论了计及高阶横向剪切的正交各向异性弹性板的非线性弯曲问题.导出了非线性控制方程的DQ形式,利用推广的DQWB技巧处理了高阶矩的边界条件.进一步推广并运用新的分析技术简化了非线性方程的计算.为说明该方法的可靠性和有效性,将考虑剪切变形及不计剪切变形的薄板的数值结果与三维弹性解析解及其它数值解进行了比较,同时研究了数值结果的收敛性,并考察了不同的节点分布对收敛速度的影响A·D2还考察了几何、材料参数及横向剪切效应对正交各向异性板非线性弯曲的影响.分析结果表明横向剪切效应对正交各向异性中厚板的影响是显著的.  相似文献
