土壤有效硼是决定土壤供硼能力的重要指标,目前中国多以沸水浸提土壤,并用姜黄素比色测硼值作为作物硼营养丰缺诊断指标.但在长期实践中,发现作物硼营养状况与热水溶性硼的相关性不稳定,同时测定值重现性不良。为提高作物硼营养诊断和预测的准确性,本研究通过0.01mol/LCaCl2在260℃、35min浸提土壤条件下,用甲亚胺比色与沸水浸提,姜黄素比色法测定土壤有效硼的对比研究,证明甲亚胺法测定结果稳定,操作方法简便,适用于低硼土壤的大批量试样的自动分析。为甲亚胺测硼方法的推广应用,本研究已研制甲亚胺粉状试剂获得成功,与进口甲亚胺比较,性能完全一致。 相似文献

Summary Due to the carcinogenity and ubiquity of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in the environment they are of ongoing interest
to analytical chemistry. In this study, a comparison of the classic Soxhlet extraction and, fluidized-bed extraction, has
been conducted. The extraction of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons by this technique has been optimized considering as experimental
variables the variation of the number of extraction cycles and the holding time after reaching the heating temperature by
means of a surface response design. The significance of the operational parameters of the fluidized-bed extraction on the
performance characteristics has been investigated. For the determination of the analytes a selective clean-up of the extracts
followed by a fast gas chromatography method with mass spectrometric detection was used, resulting in low limits of detection

胡敏酸(HA)是土壤有机质的重要组分,其结构性质与土壤形成和肥力特性有密切关系,长期以来一直是土壤化学研究的难点和重点之一。NMR是研究HA结构的有效手段。自Bar-ton和Schnitzer(1963)首次用~1H NMR研究土壤有机质以来,国外已先后应用~1H、~(13)C NMR和CP-MAS-~(13)C NMR等对土壤及其它来源的HA进行了许多研究,并取得引人注目的进展。但在国内,这方面研究还刚刚开始。本文应用~(13)C NMR方法对东北几种主要耕作土壤以及泥炭和猪粪的HA进行了结构表征,为土壤腐殖酸化学的基础研究提供了资料。 相似文献

Summary On-line solid-phase extraction (SPE) coupled with reversed-phase liquid chromatography and UV detection at 254 nm has been
used for the determination of trace-level polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH) in soil extracts. Five commercially available
adsorbents (C8, C18, PLRP-S, PRP-1, and Bond-Elut Env) were evaluated. Results showed that recovery of the PAH decreased with increasing molecular
weight, because of their poorer solubility. Recovery of high-molecular-weight PAH was significantly improved by addition of
10% (v/v) acetonitrile to the sample before loading of the SPE adsorbent. PAH recovery ranged from 64.0 to 108% when a 50
mL sample spiked with 1 μg L−1 was applied to these adsorbents. Determination of PAH was possible with detection limits below 0.05 μg L−1, which corresponds to 0.2 μg kg−1 soil. The method was successfully used to determine PAH in soil extracts. 相似文献

An extensive monitoring programme of pesticides was carried out in soil samples from an intensive horticulture area in north of Portugal, putting into practice the needs for increased control of soil quality as far as organic pollution is concerned. The area under investigation was additionally defined as vulnerable to nitrates due to local soil and aquifer characteristics, which might be extended to pesticides contamination. Five sampling sites were selected and soils analysed at three depths in eight sampling campaigns, for the period of 2 years. A stepwise multivariate statistical approach was selected to uncover most relevant patterns inside a complex environmental data matrix. Cluster analysis was applied both to group pesticides and samples, giving a primary and unsupervised overlook of privileged relationships. Clusters of persistent pesticides and selected herbicides were identified, whereas sample classes were also formed and disposed geographically. Thirty eight percent of analysed soils samples fell into one class characterized by low contamination (class 1 in cluster analysis), which is entirely representative of the sampling site no. 1. Afterwards, linear discriminant analysis was applied to identify those pesticides, which had a higher impact in the definition of classes. Finally, factor analysis using a five component model was implemented in order to bring to light the constitution and data variance explained by each of the five main principal components, as well as, their relation to pest management practices. A factor was identified (PC1 – 22% variance) composed of chlorinated pesticides, which was representative of one of the investigated sites indicating its high contamination status. Crystallization behavior and biodegradation of poly(3-hydroxybutyrate) and poly(ethylene glycol) multiblock copolymers 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
Block copolymerization by using isocyanates is an effective method for incorporating PHB and PEG because it can prepare copolymers with good properties, such as toughness, strength, and so on. In this study, we adopted soil suspension system to estimate the biodegradability of a series of PHB/PEG multiblock copolymers with different compositions and block lengths. In the degradation process, the changes in weight loss, molecular weight, and tensile strength were periodically measured to determine the biodegradability, and the surface morphology was also observed by SEM. In contrast to pure PHB, the weight loss of the copolymer was relatively lower. On the other hand, the tensile strength and molecular weight experienced apparent decrease, and for BHG1000-3-1, they reached 46.7% and 77.7% of the initial value, respectively. SEM observation showed that the surface was covered with numerous erosion pits. All these indicate that the degradation indeed took place and long-chain molecules have been hydrolyzed into shorter ones. The crystallization behavior was also investigated by DSC and WAXD. The results showed that both the segments, PEG and PHB, can form crystalline phases at lower PHB contents ranging from 29% to 44%, and when PHB component was more than 60%, only PHB phase can crystallize. 相似文献

Adsorption, desorption and activity of acid phosphatase on various soil colloidal particles and pure clay minerals were studied. Higher adsorption amounts and low percentage of desorption of acid phosphatase were found on fine soil clays (<0.2 μm). Electrostatic force and ligand exchange are the major driving forces that are involved in the adsorption of enzymes on soil clays. More enzyme molecules were adsorbed on soil clays in the presence of organic components. However, enzymes on organic clays were more easily released. One-third of the enzyme on goethite was adsorbed via ligand exchange process. Some other interactions, such as van der Waals force, hydrophobic force and hydrogen bonding may be more important in the adsorption of enzyme on kaolinite and the enzyme in this system cannot be easily removed. Coarse clays (0.2–2 μm) and inorganic soil clays had higher affinities for enzyme molecules than fine clays and organic clays, respectively. The activity of enzyme bound on soil clays was inhibited and the thermal stability was increased in the presence of organic matter. Data obtained in this study are helpful for a better understanding of the interactions of enzymes with inorganic and organic constituents in soil and associated environments. 相似文献

The scope of this work is the development of a rapid, reliable and sensitive method for the analysis of organochlorine pesticides from soils by pressurized liquid extraction (PLE). The effect of four parameters (temperature, pressure, static time and cell volume) on the extraction efficiency was studied. The great extracting power of the PLE causes the extraction of numerous interfering substances, so a more efficient purification of this extract was necessary. In this work several sorbents have also been assayed to carry out the purification of soil samples: Florisil, silica, alumina, carbon, as well as combinations of them. Finally, the proposed analytical method was validated using a certified reference soil material (CRM804-050) and the results were compared with those obtained by other extraction techniques (Soxhlet and microwave-assisted extraction). 相似文献
