This work reports measurements of copper surface oxidation by XRF analysis under grazing angle excitation. The mathematical model for analyzing data is based on the usual equation for XRF intensity, corrected by the stratified model for the layer excitation. The final expressions are fitted to the data by using the Simplex algorithm.  相似文献

A novel method for the determination of the platinum group elements (PGEs: Pt, Pd, Rh, Ru) in environmental samples by electrothermal atomic absorption spectrometry (ET-AAS) was developed. Sample preparation involved complete microwave-assisted acid digestion of the matrix with HNO3-HF-HClO3/HClO4mixtures in a high-pressure Teflon bomb. Traces of PGEs were deposited on the inner wall of a graphite tube in a flow-through cell of 1 ml volume. A flow system for this preconcentration was constructed. For the electrodeposition, a three-electrode arrangement was used. The geometry of the cell, flow rate during electrodeposition, deposition potential and electrolyte composition were optimized. After the deposition step, the graphite tube was placed into the graphite furnace and an atomization program applied. Detection limits (LOD, 3σtotal procedure blank, peak area) of 3.6, 0.5, 0.3 and 5.9 ng were obtained for Pt, Pd, Rh and Ru, respectively, reflecting preconcentration factors of 416, 503, 423 and 46, respectively. The detection limits were restricted by variations in the blank. Precision of replicate determination was typically 21% RSD at a concentration 25-fold above the LOD for a 100-mg sample mass. Reasonable agreement was found between results for CW7 road tunnel dust literature and for CRM NIES No. 8 Vehicle Exhaust Particulates. Calibration was achieved via the method of standard additions.  相似文献

伴随着经济的发展,日益急剧增加的机动车辆使高架道路经常堵塞从而也成为空中停车场.为了解决交通拥挤问题,乌鲁木齐市不断在建高架,但交通带来的环境问题日益突出,因此研究高架及周围建筑污染程度显得极为重要.本文研究了乌鲁木齐市高架交通污染物在周边高层不同层面一氧化碳和二氧化碳的分布规律,研究结果表明高架周围建筑不同层面的一氧化碳和二氧化碳的浓度分布具有一定规律.此项研究工作可以为乌鲁木齐高架道路建设和周边建筑物的合理规划布局提供参考.  相似文献

An investigation was made regarding to what extent road network patterns are reproduced by a crack model from a viewpoint that they seem to resemble crack patterns in morphology. A desiccation model using double-layered cellular meshes was considered with the parameters representing the anisotropy of the material and the coarseness of grains, together with the introduction of singularities in points and in lines. The model can generally reproduce the real crack patterns and the road network patterns of cities with characteristic morphology by appropriately choosing the values of parameters, indicating that the similar mechanism acts on the formation of road networks and cracks of material although the relevant scales of space time differ from each other. Factors which make the road networks more complex and irregular in morphology were also investigated.  相似文献

Laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS) is applied for depth profile analysis of different thicknesses of copper foils attached on steel and aluminum substrates. In order to account interfacial effects, depth profile analysis of copper coated on steel is also carried out. Experiments are done at ambient air and at two different wavelengths of 266 and 1064 nm of a Nd:YAG laser with pulse durations of 5 ns. A three-dimensional model of multi-pulse laser ablation is introduced on the base of normal evaporation mechanism and the simulation results are compared with the experiments. A normalized concentration (CN) is introduced for determination of interface position and results are compared with the usually used normalized intensity (IN). The effect of coating thickness on average ablation rate and resolution of depth profiling are examined. There is a correlation coefficient higher than 0.95 between the model and experimental depth profiles based on the CN method. Depth profile analysis on the base of CN method shows a better depth resolution in comparison with IN method .Increase in the layer thickness, leads to a decrease in the ablation rate.  相似文献

A new strategy for biomarker discovery is presented that uses time-series metabolomics data. Data sets from samples analysed at different time points after an intervention are searched for compounds that show a meaningful trend following the intervention. Obviously, this requires new data-analytical tools to distinguish such compounds from those showing only random variation. Two univariate methods, autocorrelation and curve-fitting, are used either as stand-alone methods or in combination to discover unknown metabolites in data sets originating from target-compound analysis. Both techniques reduce the long list of detected compounds in the kinetic sample set to include only those having a pre-defined interesting time profile. Thus, new metabolites may be discovered within data structures that are usually only used for target-compound analysis.The new strategy is tested on a sample set obtained from a gut fermentation study of a polyphenol-rich diet. For this study, the initial list of over 9000 potentially interesting features was reduced to less than 150, thus significantly reducing the expensive and time-consuming manual examination.  相似文献

Piper betle Linn. is a traditional plant associated with the Asian and southeast Asian cultures. Its use is also recorded in folk medicines in these regions. Several of its medicinal properties have recently been proven. Phytochemical analysis showed the presence of mainly terpenes and phenols in betel leaves. These constituents vary in the different cultivars of Piper betle. In this paper we have attempted to profile eight locally available betel cultivars using the recently developed mass spectral ionization technique of direct analysis in real time (DART). Principal component analysis has also been employed to analyze the DART MS data of these betel cultivars. The results show that the cultivars of Piper betle could be differentiated using DART MS data.  相似文献

To investigate the potential role of microRNA (miRNA) in the regulation of circadian rhythm, we performed microarray-based expression profiling study of both miRNA and mRNA in mouse liver for 48 h at 4-hour intervals. Circadian miRNA-mRNA target pair is defined as the pair both elements of which show circadian expression patterns and the sequence-based target relationship of which can be predicted. Circadian initiators, Clock and Bmal1, showed inversely correlated circadian expression patterns against their corresponding miRNAs, miR-181d and miR-191, targeting them. In contrast, circadian suppressors, Per, Cry, CKIe and Rev-erba, exhibited positively correlated circadian expression patterns to their corresponding miRNAs. Genomic location analysis revealed that intronic region showed higher abundance of cyclic than non-cyclic miRNAs targeting circadian genes while other (i.e., 3''-UTR, exon and intergenic) regions showed no difference. It is suggested that miRNAs are involved in the regulation of peripheral circadian rhythm in mouse liver by modulating Clock:Bmal1 complex. Identifying specific miRNAs and their targets that are critically involved in circadian rhythm will provide a better understanding of the regulation of circadian-clock system.  相似文献
