We have obtained laser action on 34 far infrared lines for the first time in fully deuterated methyl alcohol with the13C isotope (13CD3OD), and we have measured the frequency of 13 lines. The molecule was pumped by a cw CO2 laser. We have measured the wavelength, the relative polarization, the relative intensity of most lines, the frequency, and the CO2 pump frequency offset of the strongest lines. The new lines are distributed in the wavelength region from 75.27 m to 464.7 m.Supported in part by a joint grant with the U.S. National Science Foundation grant # INT 80-19014 and the Brazilian Conselho Nacional de Pesquisas (CNPq).  相似文献

XRD,DTA,比表面测定等结果表明,制备方法对MoO3/ZrO2结构有决定性影响.仲钼酸铵浸渍仅经干燥的Zr(OH)4再经高温焙烧所得团体超强酸MoO3/ZrO2(Ⅰ)与浸渍晶态ZrO2所得部分氧化催化剂MoO3/ZrO2(Ⅱ)的载体形态有明显不同.(1)MoO3/ZrO2(Ⅰ)的比表面数倍于MoO3/ZrO2(Ⅱ);(2)MoO3含量增加时,MoO3/ZrO2(Ⅰ)的比表面逐步增大至一极大值再缓缓下降,而MoO3/ZrO2(Ⅱ)的比表面随MoO3含量增加而单调下降;(3)在MoO3/ZrO2(Ⅰ)中,ZrO2以介稳四方相存在,而在MoO3/ZrO2(Ⅱ)中则是稳定的单斜相.在此基础上研究了事先引入的活性组分在载体织构形成过程中的作用,包括延迟ZrO2晶化,阻碍晶粒长大及与之相关的相变等,并讨论了MoO3/ZrO2(Ⅰ)中MoO3最佳含量的科学含义.  相似文献

In this paper, superhigh reproductive rate strains of MEV with titre more than HA8192* or TCID50 log9.7 10 have been achieved both by cultivation in cell lines with different susceptibility to MEV and by isolating and identifying in field by the author. The systematic tests proved that S18 and L12 strains of MEV are the best strains for vaccine preparation. In this study, the best means for the tissue cultivation of MEV and the most advanced technological process for the production and detection of serum-free cell-cultured MEV fluids with super-high HA titre in batches in large quantities have been established for the first time. Optimum conditions for MEV inactivation were determined, and safe and effective inactivated vaccines with mineral oil or A1(OH)3 gel adjuvant were successfully prepared with serum-free cell-cultured MEV fluids. An easy implementation of molecular mechanics and molecular dynamics simulation using a continuum solvent model is presented that is particularly suitable for biomolecular simulations. The computation of solvation forces is made using the linear Poisson-Boltzmann equation (polar contribution) and the solvent-accessible surface area approach (nonpolar contribution). The feasibility of the methodology is demonstrated on a small protein and a small DNA hairpin. Although the parameters employed in this model must be refined to gain reliability, the performance of the method, with a standard choice of parameters, is comparable with results obtained by explicit water simulations. The conversion of tetrakis(diethylamino)titanium (Ti(NEt2)4) into titania via either a combination of hydrolysis (Ti(NEt2)4 : THF : H2O = 1 : 10 : x, x = 2, 4, 10) at ambient conditions and calcination (method A) or hydrolysis in a water-tetrahydrofuran (THF) mixture (Ti(NEt2)4 : THF : H2O = 1 : 10 : 100) at reflux (method B) was investigated. Titanium tertiary butoxide (Ti(O t Bu)4) was also used as a substitute for Ti(NEt2)4. The hydrolysis via method A resulted in the formation of amorphous solids containing organics. Thermal analyses showed that the hydrolysis products showed mass losses up to 500°C probably due to the presence of diethylamine (Et2NH) formed via the hydrolysis of Ti(NEt2)4 in the hydrolysis products, while a mass loss of the hydrolysis product from Ti(O t Bu)4 was completed up to about 200°C. After calcination at 600°C, anatase or a mixture of anatase and rutile was obtained. The crystallization behavior of the hydrolysis products from Ti(NEt2)4 was different from that of the hydrolysis product from Ti(O t Bu)4. The hydrolysis via method B gave only an amorphous material from Ti(NEt2)4, while a crystalline titania (anatase and brookite) formed from Ti(O t Bu)4.  相似文献

We report the synthesis of La1−xSrxCoO3 nanopowders by solution combustion method using metal nitrates and -alanine (alanine method) or urea (urea method) as fuel. The influence of metal nitrates/organic substance molar ratio and the type of fuel was investigated. The isolated complex precursors were characterized by atomic absorption spectroscopy (AAS), FT-IR spectra and DTA–TG analysis. The La1−xSrxCoO3 (x = 0–0.3) powders were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy–energy-dispersive X-ray analysis (SEM–EDX), as well as by specific surface area measurements. XRD patterns indicate the formation of single-phase LaCoO3 (rhombohedral) when as-synthesized powders were calcined at 873 K, 3 h in the case of the alanine method and at 1073 K, 3 h for urea-based system. Also, strontium doped lanthanum cobaltites obtained by both methods at 1273 K are single phase with rhombohedral perovskite-like structure as XRD data have proved. SEM investigation of pure and doped lanthanum cobaltites reveal that the samples prepared by both methods have fine particles with tendency of agglomerates formation with different shapes, spongy aspect and high porosity. La1−xSrxCoO3 nanopowders obtained by alanine method have larger specific surface area values than those prepared by urea method.  相似文献
