咪喹莫特的波谱学数据与结构表征

对咪喹莫特的红外(IR)、紫外(UV)、质谱(MS)、氢-氢相关谱(^1H--^1H COSY)、碳氢相关谱(HMQC)、碳氢远程相关谱(HMBC)予以解析并进行了报道。对所有的^1H NMR、^13C NMR谱的信号进行了归属；讨论了质谱的主要碎片离子的可能的裂解方式和红外特征吸收峰所对应的官能团的振动形式。     

On-line identification of tropane alkaloids from Erythroxylum vacciniifolium by liquid chromatography-UV detection-multiple mass spectrometry and liquid chromatography-nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometry

The bark of catuaba (Erythroxylum vacciniifolium Martius, Erythroxylaceae), a tree native to the northern part of Brazil, was investigated for its alkaloid content. With the aim of obtaining preliminary structure information on-line, the alkaloid extract was analysed by high-performance liquid chromatography coupled to diode array UV detection, to mass spectrometry and to nuclear magnetic resonance. Interpretation of on-line spectroscopic data obtained from this extract led to structural elucidation of six new alkaloids and partial identification of 18 potentially original alkaloids bearing the same tropane skeleton esterified in positions 3 and 6 by 1-methyl-1H-pyrrol-2-carboxylic acid and/or 4-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxybenzoic acid.     

顺磁性聚酯金属配合物的合成及其驰豫性能的研究

本文通过二乙三胺五乙酸（ＤＴＰＡ）或乙二胺四乙酸（ＥＤＴＡ）的双酸酐与二元醇或二元酚进行聚合反应，制备了两个系列共１５种新的聚酯型大分子配体及其顺磁性金属配合物，用核磁、红外光谱以及元素分析表征了配体和配合物的结构。初步试验结果表明，与相应的小分子金属配合物相比，聚酯金属配合物具有较高的弛豫性能。     

Progress on phthalocyanine-conjugated Ag and Au nanoparticles: Synthesis,characterization, and photo-physicochemical properties

Phthalocyanine (Pc) complexes are an important class of dyes with numerous (e.g., biological, photophysical, and analytical) applications. Among the methods used to improve the properties of these complexes, one should mention the introduction of different substituents, variation of the central metal ion, ligand exchange, and conjugation to nanomaterials (e.g., carbon-based nanomaterials and metal nanoparticles (NPs)). This work briefly reviews Pc complex conjugation to Ag and Au NPs, highlights the different NP shapes, and discusses the diversity of conjugation approaches. Moreover, the use of UV–Vis spectroscopy, powder X-ray diffraction, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy, atomic force microscopy, dynamic light scattering and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy to characterize Pc-NP hybrids is summarized. The effect of conjugation on Pc photo-physicochemical properties (fluorescence, singlet oxygen generation, triplet state formation, and optical limiting behavior) is discussed, and future perspectives for the synthesis and applications of new hybrids are provided.     

Selective Determination of Nanogram γ-Globulin in Human Blood Serum by Resonance Light Scattering of Functionalized Nano-PbS

Functionalized nano-PbS has been prepared and characterized. The functionalized nanoparticles have good dispersibility in water. Reaction of functionalized nano-PbS with γ-globulin (γ-IgG) results an enhanced resonance light scattering (RLS) around 385nm.However, when the content of HSA is lower than 0.5μg/ml^-1 the RLS enhancement is very weak and is nonlinear to concentration of HSA. Based on these results, a new direct quantitative determination method for γ-globulin in blood serum samples without separation is established.Under optimal conditions, the enhanced RLS intensity is in proportion to the γ-IgG concentration in the range 10-500ng/mL. The limit of detection is 2.75ng/mL. This method is proved to be very sensitive, rapid, simple and selective for detection of γ-IgG in blood serum.     

Synthesis, X-ray diffraction analysis and NMR studies of (Z)-2-methyl-3-triphenylstannyl-3-pentene-2-ol

The synthesis of (Z)-2-methyl-3-triphenylstannyl-3-pentene-2-ol and its characterization by an X-ray diffraction study and multinuclear NMR are reported. The tin atom exhibits a distorted tetrahedral SnC₄ geometry with the four Sn---C bond distances experimentally equivalent. The slight distortion from the ideal tetrahedral geometry is because of the presence of a weak intramolecular HO → Sn interaction of 3.012(3) Å which produces a loose four-membered ring. The title compound was characterized in solution by ¹H, ¹³C and ¹¹⁹Sn NMR, and the persistence of the weak intramolecular HO → Sn coordination in solution was revealed by ¹³C and ¹¹⁹Sn secondary isotope multiplet of partially labelled entities (SIMPLE-NMR) experiments.     

卟啉化合物的共振能

具有芳香性的卟啉环的共振能是卟啉类化合物的重要结构参数,据此可以讨论卟啉的光谱和化学反应性能等问题。本文根据分享键能(Contributing Bond Energy)的概念,对复杂分子卟啉的键能进行了计算。采用分享键能和键解离能(Bond Dissociation Energy)的差值,计算了某些卟啉化合物的共振能。计算方法简便,计算结果与以前文献报道的以及实验值符合。     

光学分析方法在DNA检测中的应用

介绍了用于DNA检测的各种光学分析方法及其原理,主要包括荧光法、化学发光法、光纤传感法、比色法、表面等离子共振法以及其他光学衍生方法。     

Multipeak distributions of first passage times in bistable dynamics in a model of a thermochemical system.

A master equation is used to study transitions between the stable limit cycle and stable focus in the two-variable bistable system. The distribution function of the mean first passage time between these attractors and the relative dispersion of the mean first return time from the stable focus to itself as a function of the intensity of fluctuations are calculated and discussed. A coherence resonance is observed for the return time from the focus to itself.     

ELECTRON PARAMAGNETIC RESONANCE STUDIES OF SINGLE CRYSTAL SODIUM HEXAMOLYBDOCHROMATE (Ⅲ)Cr~(3+)/Na_3(AlMo_6O_(24)H_6)·8H_2O

An X-band EPR study on a Na_3(CrMo_6O_(24)H_6)·8H_2O single crystal diluted by its isomor-phic compound Na_3(AlMo_6O_(24)H_6)·8H_2O at room temperature is reported. Using the least squares-fitting method to simulate the EPR data for principal planes, the Hamiltonian parameterswere obtained. The principal values of the g tensors are g_(ZZ) = 1.904, g_(XX)= 1.973, g_(YY)=1.933. The zero field splitting tensor parameters are D = 0.275 cm~(-1), E = 0.05 cm~(-1). The fielddependence of Cr~(3+) energy levels with field at different angles from the principal axes whenthe field is along the principal planes is calculated based on these experimental parameters.The isofrequency plots of calculated field vs. angle are also shown. They agree well with theexperimental results.
