The chiral separation of trimetoquinol hydrochloride, which is a bronchodilator (Inolin), and three related compounds by micellar electrokinetic chromatography was investigated using a bile salt as a chiral surfactant. Enantiomers of these compounds, except laudanosoline, were successfully separated within 12 min using a separation tube of effective length 500 mm × 0.05 rum i.d. and a 0.05 M sodium taurodeoxycholate solution of pH 7.0. The observed theoretical plate numbers of the peaks were ca. 150000. Chiral recognition was affected by the structure of bile salts, the pH of the buffer solutions used and the structure of the solutes. Of four kinds of bile salts, successful chiral separation was achieved only using sodium taurodeoxycholate solution under neutral conditions. The method was applied to the optical purity determination of trimetoquinol hydrochloride. The effects of surfactant concentrations and some additives to the micellar solution are briefly described.  相似文献

Optical fiber (OF) sensors are often limited by the immobilization technique used to associate a specific sensing ligand with the OF surface. This is particularly true when the ligand is biologically active as, for example, in the case of immobilized haptens or antibodies. The dynamic modification protocol is a regenerable and experimentally simple way to immobilize a variety of sensing molecules on an OF surface. Furthermore, the protocol is immune to hydrolysis and not limited by diffusion through a membrane or sol–gel. In this publication the approach is extended by immobilizing the hydrophobic hapten (octadecyl 6-(2,4 dinitrophenyl)aminohexanoic acid) as a means to prepare an OF sensor for antibodies specific for 2,4 dinitrophenyl (DNP). The LOD for anti-DNP is 0.5 nanomolar and the Kapparent is 1.0±0.2×106. Nonspecific antibody adsorption is problematic in this sensing approach and was found to limit the quantitative capabilities of the sensor. However, time discrimination can be used to allow the nonspecific antibody to desorb prior to measurement thus minimizing the influence of nonspecific binding on sensor performance.  相似文献

Novel HPLC methods were developed for the analytical and semipreparative resolution of new antidepressant drug mirtazapine enantiomers. At analytical scale, the separation of the mirtazapine enantiomers was investigated using both cellulose and amylose tris(3,5-dimethylphenylcarbamate) (CDMPC and ADMPC) chiral stationary phases under normal-phases and polar organic modes. Good baseline enantioseparation was achieved using cellulose tris(3,5-dimethylphenylcarbamate) chiral stationary phases under both normal-phases and polar organic modes. Furthermore, the elution order of mirtazapine enantiomic pairs was found reversed by changing the stationary phase from the amylose-based ADMPC–CSPs to its cellulose-based counterpart, CDMPC–CSPs. The validation of the analytical methods including linearity, limit of detection (LOD), limit of quantification (LOQ), recovery and precision, together with the semipreparative resolution of mirtazapine racemate were carried out using cellulose tris(3,5-dimethylphenylcarbamate) chiral stationary phases and methanol as mobile phase without any basic additives under polar organic mode. At analytical scale, the elution times of both enantiomers were less than 6 min at normal temperature and 1.0 ml/min, with the separation factor () 1.99 and the resolution factor (Rs) 3.56. Then, the analytical methods were scaled up to semipreparative loading to obtain small quantities of both mirtazapine enantiomers. At semipreparative scale, about 16 mg/h enantiomers could be isolated and elution times of both enantiomers were less than 10 min at 2.0 ml/min. To increase the throughput, the technique of boxcar injections was used. One enantiomer ((−)-(R)-mirtazapine) was isolated with purity of >99.9% e.e. and >98.0% yield and another ((+)-(S)-mirtazapine) was isolated with purity of >97.0% e.e. and >99.0% yield. In addition, optical rotation and circular dichroism (CD) spectroscopy of both mirtazapine enantiomers isolated were also investigated.  相似文献

本文介绍一种实用的光纤传感器,它由二根光纤或多根光纤紧靠一起,并在同一位置除去局部包层,成为松耦合状态,在这种状态下,研究了它的特性和应用。 当耦合间隙中充满某种液体介质时,耦合效率明显增大,因此可以方便地判别该介质是否存在。并且实验证明了一种光纤只能有一种相近于光纤芯子折射率的介质具有最大的灵敏度。当间隙内的介质不变时,耦合功率的大小决定于耦合距离d和耦合长度l,l一旦决定以后,d的调节精度为0.1mm量级,易于在机械结构上实现线性检测。  相似文献

Summary The optically active sexidentate Schiff bases [H3 L 5] and [H3 L 6] were prepared from tris[(S)-2-aminopropyl]amine and 5-chlor- and 5-isopropylsalicylaldehyde, respectively. Reaction of rhodium trichloride with [H3 L 6] gave an enantiomerically pure [RhL 6] complex with an absolute configuration of for the octahedral arrangement. The chiroptical properties are given.

Zusammenfassung Ausgehend von Tris[(S)-2-aminopropyl]amin und 5-Chlor- beziehungsweise 5-Isopropylsalicylaldehyd wurden die optisch aktiven sechszähnigen Schiffschen Basen [H3 L 5] und [H3 L 6] hergestellt. Die Umsetzung von Rhodiumtrichlorid mit [H3 L 6] ergab einen enantiomerenreinen Komplex [RhL 6] mit einer Absolutkonfiguration von für die oktaedrische Anordnung des Liganden. Die chiroptischen Eigenschaften werden angegeben.

SYNTHESIS AND CHARACTERIZATIONS OF NEAR INFRARED ABSORBING POLYMERS   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
A series of near infrared (NIR) absorbing dinuclear ruthenium dicarbonylhydrazine complexes (DCH-Ru),[{Ru(bpy)_2)_2μ-DCH]~(n ) (where bpy = 2,2'-bipyridinc and n = 2, 3 or 4), were prepared. The DCH-Ru complexes areelectrochromic in the NIR region with a high absorption coefficient at 1550-1600 nm typically over 10000 M~(-1)cm~(-1). DCH-Ru complex polymers with good NIR electrochromic properties were also obtained and processed to make a device foroptical attenuation at a wavelength of 1550 nm. The potential of these DCH-Ru polymers for use in a variable opticalattenuator has been demonstrated with an attenuating power at the 1550-nm telecommunication wavelength over 7.0 dB permicron of polymer film thickness. Other classes of NIR active materials are the pentacenediquinones and the correspondingpoly(ether pentacenediquinone)s. These polymers can be electrochemically reduced to the corresponding semiquinone(radical anion) having NIR absorption within a telecom window (e. g., 1310 nm).  相似文献

 能动抛光磨盘实时产生不同的表面变形,在对大口径非球面光学元件进行精磨和抛光时实现与工件表面良好的大尺寸吻合,可以消除传统光学加工采用小尺寸磨头时带来的高频残余误差并提高加工效率。以加工直径1.3m左右,F/2的抛物面光学元件为例,对能动磨盘在不同离轴度时能够产生的变形进行了计算和实验。结果表明,能动磨盘能够以较高精度产生旋转对称或非对称的抛物面形状。对能动磨盘产生变形后的残余误差进行了分析。  相似文献

 只考虑腔长失调因素下建立了反射率模拟测量的理论模型。根据高斯光束传输规律分析了腔长失调对衰荡腔模式耦合的影响,推导了腔长失调与谐振腔输出脉冲信号、衰荡信号与反射率之间的关系,模拟了腔长失调在±10mm范围内的光脉冲衰荡现象。结果表明:对于光敏面直径为0.2mm的高速探测器,为了保证10-6的测量精度,腔长的失调量应控制在±1mm之间。在光路调节中采用具有对数变换功能的示波器和动态范围较大的探测器,可以提高测量精度。  相似文献

 利用闪光照相基本原理和成像原理,在直接记录法和转换屏记录法的情况下,研究了闪光照相中影响X射线在材料中光程确定的主要因素。结果表明,影响光程确定的几个因素是:散射效应、光源角分布效应、立体角效应和能谱效应。对于高能闪光照相,散射效应是影响光程确定的最主要因素,散射的存在使光程的测量值比实际值降低20%~40%。因此必须在做CT之前,对散射的影响进行修正。  相似文献

 主要介绍为了满足神光-Ⅱ高功率激光装置三倍频光(351nm,3ω)的物理实验要求,靶场三倍频模拟光源和瞄准监视系统两个主要单元技术的改进,即三倍频模拟光源由基频光(1 053nm,3ω)通过腔外的KTP+BBO晶体倍频获得,再经八路分光系统和主激光耦合;瞄准监视系统由透射式光学系统改进为反射式光学系统,避免原系统存在较大的色差,提高瞄准精度。  相似文献
