从工业安全角度出发 ,在四种不同形状与体积的封闭容器、三种开口燃烧管中 ,对高炉喷吹用烟煤的燃烧爆炸特性和传播特性进行了全面、系统的实验研究。详尽地给出了煤粉浓度、粒度及气体介质中含氧量、扬尘湍流强度和初始点火能量对爆炸后最大压力升值、最大爆炸压力上升率、以及最大等效燃烧速度和爆炸火焰传播最小熄火间距的影响。用最大等效燃烧速度来表征的爆炸强度数值已不再依赖于实验容器。  相似文献

本文概述了瓦斯煤尘爆炸火焰光谱实验研究的重要性,我们在弱爆炸和探测器小视场角的条件下,利用自己研制的多波道仪,在一端开口的Φ200cm×2900cm大型管道里,得到了CH4、空气和煤尘的混合物在不同状态下,特征波长λ等于0.8875、1.000、1.505、2.801和4.346微米(μ)的绝对辐射强度及其有关的变化规律,对结果进行了分析讨论,并与国外实验结果进行了对比,根据测量λ=4.346μ绝对辐射强度和我们选择的黑体辐射模型,获得了爆炸火焰的温度,该项研究不仅在工业中具有重要意义,而且对燃烧和化学动力学的研究也具有参考价值。  相似文献

An analysis is performed to study the free convection of a dusty‐gas flow along a semi‐infinite isothermal vertical cylinder. The governing equations of the flow problem are transformed into non‐dimensional form and the resulting nonlinear, coupled parabolic partial differential equations have been solved numerically using an implicit finite difference scheme of Crank–Nicholson type. The flow variables such as gas–velocity, dust‐particle velocity and temperature, shearing stress and heat transfer coefficients are calculated numerically for various parameters occurring in the problem. This paper investigates the role of recircnlation and non-unity Lewis number on the combustion of organic dust particles. Since recirculation effect is more noticeable in micro-combustors, it is necessary to propose a modeling approach of this phenomenon to better simulate the performance of micro-combustors. In this research, in order to model the combustion of organic dust particles, it is assumed that the dust particles va- porize first to yield a known chemical structure which is oxidized in the gas phase, and the chemical structure of this gaseous fuel is assumed methane. To study the flame structure and solve the governing equations, it is considered that the flame structure consists of three zones titled the preheat-vaporization zone, the narrow reaction zone and finally the post flame zone. The recirculation phenomenon is evaluated by entering the exhausted heat from the post flame zone into the preheat zone. The solution is based on the follow- ing approach. First, the governing equations in each zone are nondimensionalized. Then the needed boundary and matching conditions are applied in each zone. After that, these equations and the required boundary and matching conditions are simultaneously solved with the analytical model. Consequently, the remarkable effects of recirculation and non- unity Lewis number on the combustion characteristics of the organic dust particles such as burning velocity and temperature profiles for different particle radii are obtained. The results show reasonable agreement with published experimental data.  相似文献

采用瞬态阴影技术及红外光电传感器技术实验研究了沉积玉米粉的激波点火过程,并对此进行了理论分析。实验与理论分析结果表明,激波掠射沉积粉尘床后,粉尘颗粒先上扬到一定高度后才点火,颗粒的点火延迟时间与激波波前马赫数、气相氧气含量等因素有关。另外,沉积粉尘的激波点火延迟时间比相同条件下的悬浮粉尘激波点火延迟时间长。  相似文献

采用20 L近球形爆炸实验系统对锆粉尘云的爆炸特性开展了实验研究,分别分析了初始点火能量、点火延迟时间、粉尘云浓度3种因素对锆粉尘云爆炸强度的影响,揭示了锆粉尘云在密闭容器中的爆炸特性。在本实验条件下,结果表明:初始点火能量对锆粉尘云最大爆炸压力有显著影响,锆粉尘云最大爆炸压力随初始点火能量的增大而增大;随点火延迟时间的增加,锆粉尘云最大爆炸压力先增大后减小,存在最佳点火延迟时间;随粉尘云浓度的增大,锆粉尘云最大爆炸压力先增大后减小,存在最佳锆粉尘云浓度,得到锆粉尘云的爆炸下限为18~20 g/m3。  相似文献

在分析了大量球形封闭容器内煤粉燃烧爆炸实验数据基础上,考虑了煤粉燃烧爆炸机理所涉及的湍流燃烧、相变、各种化学反应动力学过程等复杂因素,并且对球形封闭容器内由于煤粉混合不均匀造成的燃烧不充分给予了考虑,得到了球形封闭容器内煤粉燃烧爆炸特征的数值计算结果,计算的压力-时间曲线与实验结果符合较好。  相似文献

Graphite dust has an important effect on the safety of high-temperature gas-cooled reactors (HTR). The flow field in the steam generator was studied by the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) method, with the results indicating that the friction velocity in the windward and the leeward of the heat transfer tubes is relatively low and is higher at the sides. Further analysis of the resuspension of graphite dust indicates that the resuspension fraction reaches nearly zero for particles with a diameter less than 1 μm, whereas it will increases as the helium velocity in the steam generator increases for particle size larger than 1 μm. Moreover, the resuspension fraction increases as the particle size increases. The results also indicate that resuspension of the particles with sizes larger than 1 μm exhibited obvious differences in different parts of the steam generator.  相似文献

On the Decay of Turbulence in the 20-Liter Explosion Sphere   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
The transient flow field in the standard 20-liter explosion sphere was investigated by means of laser Doppler anemometry. Velocities were measured at various locations within the flow field, and this information was used to quantify the transient behavior of the root-mean-square of the velocity fluctuations and to investigate the spatial homogeneity and the directional isotropy of the turbulence. The investigation involved the transient flow fields generated by the three most widely used dust dispersion systems, namely, the Perforated Dispersion Ring, the Rebound Nozzle, and the Dahoe Nozzle. With all three dispersion dust devices, the decay of turbulence could be correlated by a decay law of the form
It was found that no formal cube-root-law agreement exists between the 20-liter explosion sphere and the 1-m3 vessel. The results of this work also call into question the widely held belief that the cube-root-law is a valid scaling relationship between dust explosion severities measured in laboratory test vessels and the severity of industrial dust explosions. 利用HYSPLIT-4传输,扩散模式对2003年4月9日发生在我国西北的强沙尘暴进行长距离输送的数值模拟研究,并进行轨迹和浓度分析.研究结果表明:(1)2003年4月9日强沙尘暴过程的沙尘来源并非某单一地区;(2)此次沙尘暴长距离输送过程中,主要有两个高浓度中心向东传输.一个在北纬35度附近,主要在1 500~3000m高空传输,另一个在北纬40度附近,且主要在1 500m以下传输.后期两者合二为一.  相似文献
