本文报道全氟苯、一氯五氟苯和二氯四氟苯与仲胺在DMF或HMPA中的亲核反应结果,C6F5Cl与仲胺反应生成对位产物,C6F4Cl2(m:o:p)=73:18:9)与仲胺的反应,只有m-和o-异构体能生成预期产物,而p-C6F4Cl2只与活性高的四氢吡咯反应,延长反应时间和提高反应温度,C6F6可给出对双取代产物,六个仲胺的反应活性顺序是:四氢吡咯>哌啶>吗啡啉>二乙胺>二正丙胺>二异丙胺。  相似文献

以(NH_4)_2WS_4、FeCl_3和NaS_2CNC_5H_(10)为原料,合成出[Fe(DMF)_6][W_2S_6]簇合物,用X射线衍射法测定了晶胞结构.其晶胞参数为a=0.8778(1)nm,b=0.9467(3)nm,c=1.1362(6)nm,α=71.506(1)°,β=74.775(2)°,γ=74.775(2)°,ν=0.84806nm~3,Z=1.晶体结构经块矩阵最小二乘法精修后,最终偏离因子R=0.0811.此外还进行了红外光谱、紫外可见光谱的测定.  相似文献

Prompted by samarium metal in DMF with TMSCl or iodine as an activator, or by SmI2/THF system, diarylmethanones react readily with DMF to afford benzoins in moderate to good yields via rearrangement of aryl groups. Kinetics and mechanism of nitration of aromatic compounds using trichloroisocyanuric acid (TCCA)/NaNO2, TCCA-N,N-dimethyl formamide (TCCA-DMF)/NaNO2, and TCCA-N,N-dimethyl acetamide (TCCA-DMA)/NaNO2 under acid-free and Vilsmeier-Haack conditions. Reactions followed second-order kinetics with a first-order dependence on [Phenol] and [Nitrating agent] ([TCCA], [(TCCA-DMF)], or [(TCCA-DMA)] >> [NaNO2]). Reaction rates accelerated with the introduction of electron-donating groups and retarded with electron-withdrawing groups, but did not fit well into the Hammett's theory of linear free energy relationship or its modified forms like Brown-Okamoto or Yukawa-Tsuno equations. Rate data were analyzed by Charton's multiple linear regression analysis. Isokinetic temperature (β) values, obtained from Exner's theory for different protocols, are 403.7 K (TCCA-NaNO2), 365.8 K (TCCA-DMF)/NaNO2, and 358 K (TCCA-DMA)/NaNO2. These values are far above the experimental temperature range (303-323 K), indicating that the enthalpy factors are probably more important in controlling the reaction.  相似文献

Solvothermal reaction of uranyl acetate and succinic acid in DMF resulted in formation of three uranyl coordination polymers, [(UO2)42-OH)7(OH)6]·2(H2O)·(H3O)·4NH2(CH3)2 (1), [(UO2)(μ2-OH)(OH)3]·2NH2(CH3)2] (2), and [(DMF)2(UO2)(μ2-OH)4(UO2))] (3). The products were characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, X-ray single crystal, and powder diffraction. Structural analysis shows that 1 is a layer, 2 and 3 are 3-D network structures.  相似文献

We have established an easy-to-use test system for detecting receptor-ligand interactions on the single molecule level using atomic force microscopy (AFM). For this, avidin-biotin, probably the best characterized receptor-ligand pair, was chosen. AFM sensors were prepared containing tethered biotin molecules at sufficiently low surface concentrations appropriate for single molecule studies. A biotin tether, consisting of a 6 nm poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG) chain and a functional succinimide group at the other end, was newly synthesized and covalently coupled to amine-functionalized AFM tips. In particular, PEG800 diamine was glutarylated, the mono-adduct NH2-PEG-COOH was isolated by ion exchange chromatography and reacted with biotin succinimidylester to give biotin-PEG-COOH which was then activated as N-hydroxysuccinimide (NHS) ester to give the biotin-PEG-NHS conjugate which was coupled to the aminofunctionalized AFM tip. The motional freedom provided by PEG allows for free rotation of the biotin molecule on the AFM sensor and for specific binding to avidin which had been adsorbed to mica surfaces via electrostatic interactions. Specific avidin-biotin recognition events were discriminated from nonspecific tip-mica adhesion by their typical unbinding force (∼40 pN at 1.4 nN/s loading rate), unbinding length (<13 nm), the characteristic nonlinear force-distance relation of the PEG linker, and by specific block with excess of free d-biotin. The convenience of the test system allowed to evaluate, and compare, different methods and conditions of tip aminofunctionalization with respect to specific binding and nonspecific adhesion. It is concluded that this system is well suited as calibration or start-up kit for single molecule recognition force microscopy.  相似文献

The ionization of six compounds of bis-phenolic amides was studied spectrophotochemically in DMF-water mixture. The compounds showed two pKa values in the range of 5.97-7.32 for pKa1 and 7.61-8.44 for pKa2. The obtained values of Ka were normalized using the distribution diagrams of the different species and found to be in the range of 5.81-7.42 for pKa1 and 7.48-8.27 for pKa2.  相似文献
