We have investigated the structure and energies of lithium microclusters containing 3-10 atoms in the fcc(100) and fcc(110) surface symmetries, and the interaction of an oxygen and hydrogen atom with these lithium microclusters for the on-top, open and bridge sites approaches. The calculations have been performed with molecular dynamics simulation methods (MDSM) at 1 K temperature and the results were compared with the literature.  相似文献

Development of very high strength Mo2NiB2 complex boride base hard alloy   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
A previous investigation revealed that additions of Cr and V to the Mo2NiB2 complex boride base hard alloy changed the boride phase crystal structure from orthorhombic to tetragonal and resulted in a remarkable improvement of mechanical properties associated with microstructural refinement. Moreover, an addition of Mn turned out to be effective in further improvement of the mechanical properties in the V-containing alloy. In this investigation, Ni-5B-xMo-12.5V-2.5Mn (mass%) model alloys with four levels of Mo contents corresponding to Mo/B atomic ratio ranging from 1.0 to 1.3 were prepared to study the effect of the Mo/B atomic ratio on the mechanical properties and microstructure. The results indicated that transverses rupture strength (TRS) increased with increasing Mo/B atomic ratio and showed a maximum value of 3.2 GPa at Mo/B=1.2 and then decreased with increasing atomic ratio. Hardness increased linearly from 86.8 HRA to 90.8 HRA with increasing Mo/B atomic ratio.  相似文献

Microstructural characterization of thin films of 5 mol% gadolinia-doped ceria films deposited by pulsed laser ablation in the energy range 100–600 mJ/pulse has been investigated. As-deposited films were found to be nanocrystalline with preferred orientation. X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis revealed that the size of the nanocrystals of doped ceria does not vary significantly with increasing laser energy, while transmission electron microscopy (TEM) study showed a uniform distribution of nanocrystals of 8–10 nm for energies ≤200 mJ/pulse and nanocrystals embedded in a large crystalline matrix of doped ceria for energies in the range 400–600 mJ/pulse. Though, the laser-ablated films were totally free from secondary phases, lattice imaging of the large grained doped ceria showed growth-induced defects such as dislocations and ledges. Disordered carbonaceous materials have been obtained by pyrolysis of coffee shells at 800 and 900 °C with pore-forming substances such as KOH and ZnCl2. X-ray diffraction studies revealed a carbon structure with a large number of disorganized single layer carbon sheets. The structure and morphology of the materials have been greatly varied upon the addition of porogens. The prepared carbon materials have been subjected to cycling studies. The KOH-treated products offered higher capacity with improved stability than those with untreated and ZnCl2-treated one.  相似文献

Copper microspheres assembled with nanoparticles have been synthesized by a simple solvothermal route at 160 °C for 24 h. The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy-dispersive X-ray spectrometer (EDX), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and electron diffraction (ED) techniques. The results show that the diameters of the microspheres range from 2 to 4 μm. The formation mechanism of the morphology control over the copper microspheres assembled by nanoparticles was investigated; the use of polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) as the surfactant and the choice of N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF) as the reducing agent were found to be important for the final generation of copper microspheres.  相似文献

The effect of variations of the Zr:Sn ratio on the microstructure and electric properties of lead lanthanum zirconate stannate titanate (PLZST) antiferroelectric ceramics were investigated. The precursor powders were synthesized by the modified coprecipitation method and all the samples were pure perovskite phase in the XRD patterns. The ceramics sintered at 1100 °C exhibited the highest relative density. With the increasing of Sn4+ content, the grain size of the ceramics was decreased in the SEM and the maximum dielectric constant and the corresponding temperature were decreased. The P-E hysteresis loops indicated that it is helpful to steady the antiferroelectric phase by increasing Sn4+ content.  相似文献

Aluminum metal-matrix composites (MMCs) show great potential for aircraft industries. Nevertheless, the composites can be affected by different forms of corrosion such as pitting and galvanic corrosion. A pulsed YAG laser installation was used to produce surface treatment on Al18B4O33w/2024Al composite. Results indicate that laser power has significant influences on both of the microstructure and the corrosion resistance. The difference in morphological transformations was observed on the surfaces of the laser-treated specimens. An increase in Epit was obtained after laser treatment for the composite. The improvement was considered primarily due to the reduction both of reinforcement Al18B4O33 whisker and intermetallics CuAl2 on the surfaces of the laser-treated composites, which were found to be sites for pits nucleation. Moreover, the specimen with 700 W laser treatment exhibited a much greater resistance to corrosion than the other specimens with laser treatment. This was attributed to the formation of the homogeneous and defect free microstructure in the laser-modified layer.  相似文献

Broad-beam laser cladding of Al-Cu alloy coating on AZ91HP magnesium alloy   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
The resistance to wear and corrosion of AZ91HP Mg alloy was improved by laser cladding Al-Cu alloy. It was found that the clad layer was characterized by AlCu4 and Mg17Al12 grains embedded in a AlMg matrix. The bonding zone exhibited a white-light planar crystal band with thickness of 10-13 μm. The heat-affected zone formed a eutectic structure due to the Mg diffusion. The microhardness and wear resistance of the coating were improved due to the formation of the hard phases AlCu4 and Mg17Al12. Owing to the formation of dense Al2O3 oxide film, the coating exhibited better corrosion resistance in 3.5 wt.% NaCl solution.  相似文献

采用自洽场的方法对A2B共聚物熔体作了类似星形共聚物的处理,研究了该共聚物的相分离并给出了相图.与两嵌段共聚物的相图相比较而言,在A2B的相图中,只发现了三个经典的有序相:球状相、六角蜂窝形柱状相以及层状相.从两嵌段线形共聚物到Y形共聚物这一链结构上的变化使相图也发生了相应的改变:各相的相边界发生了很大的偏移并且层状相出现的区域被大大的拓宽了.因此,可以通过改变链的结构来控制高分子自组装的微相结构,从而代替传统的改变高分子链中各组分的比例.  相似文献
