A novel discrete dinuclear metaUacyclic copper（Ⅱ） complex, [Cu2L2（H2O）2]·3H2O （1） has been firstly prepared where L is derived from the 1 ; 2 condensation of 2,2＇-bipyridyl-3,3＇-diformylhydrazide and acetone during the formation of the complex. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis determines that the complex consists of dinuclear metallacyclic units [Cu2L2（H2O）2] where two metal centers are linked together through two bis（chelating） bridge ligands L to form a bizarre cavity with size 0.9417 nm× 0.4999 nm× 0.6930 nm. Interestingly, the metal coordination also creates hydrogen bond sites that further aggregate these metallacycles into a 3D supramolecular structure with 2D perpendicular hydrophilic tunnels in crystal.

A Convenient Synthesis of Novel Meldrum＇s Acid C60 Fullerene Derivatives

A series of novel Meldrum＇s acid C60 derivatives were prepared in moderate yields from a convenient one-pot reaction of C60, the Meldrum＇s acid derivatives, 12 and 1,8-diazabicyclo-[5,4,0]-undec-7-ene （DBU） in toluene at room temperature under nitrogen atmosphere. All the new compounds were fully characterized by the spectral data and elemental analysis. A carbene intermediate mechanism was proposed for this reaction.     

A new epicatechin glucopyranoside derivative from Styrax suberifolius

Abstract

A new derivative of epicatechin glucopyranoside, (2R,3R)-3,7,4'-trihydroxy-5,3'-dimethoxyflavan 7-O-β-d-glucopyranoside (1), together with three mononuclear phenolic acid esters, methyl orsellinate (2), ethyl orsellinate (3) and methyl β-orcinolcarboxylate (4) were isolated from the bark of Styrax suberifolius. The structures of 1–4 were determined on the basis of extensive analysis of NMR and MS spectra combined with chemical hydrolysis. The antifungal activities of the isolated compounds against three plant pathogenic fungi, Alternaria solani, Fusarium oxysporum and Phomopsis cytospore were evaluated using radial growth inhibition assay. Compounds 2, 3 and 4 exerted selective inhibitory activities against the tested fungi. Among of them, methyl β-orcinolcarboxylate (4) exhibited obvious inhibitory effect against P. cytospore, with an inhibition rate of 86.72% at 100?μg/ml.     

新氮杂冠醚衍生物稀土硝酸盐配合物的制备、表征及荧光性质

通过N3O2大环化合物1，12，15-三氮杂-3，4：9，10-二苯-5，8-二氧杂环十七烷(以下简称为L)与乙酸酐、苯甲酰氯、邻苯二甲酸酐在吡啶介质中反应，合成了N，N’，N”-三乙酰(L^1)、N，N’，N”-三(2-羧基)苯甲酰(L2)、N，N’，N”-三苯甲酰(L3)N3O2大环配体，并制备了L^1的Sm，Eu，Tb，Dy稀土硝酸盐的配合物。通过元素分析、摩尔电导、热分析、红外的测定对配合物进行了表征。结果表明，L^1母体环上的醚氧、酰胺氮均没有参与对稀土离子的配位，并推测了配合物的可能组成。室温下研究了配合物的固体荧光光谱，固态时的配合物(除Sm^3 配合物外)均有较强荧光，其中Tb^3 配合物的荧光强度最高，表明配体三重态的能量与Tb^3 的振动能级更为匹配。在Eu^3 的配合物中，强度比η(^5Do→^7F2/Do→^7F1)=3．7，表明Eu^3 处于一非对称配位环境中。     

2-(E-2-苯乙烯基)喹啉的合成

以苯甲醛为原料在碱性条件下与丙酮缩合得苄叉丙酮（1），1与邻氨基苯甲醛发生Friedlaender缩合反应得到新的目标产物2－（E－2－苯乙烯基）喹啉(2),产率81％。     

一阶导数差示脉冲极谱法测定氢氯噻嗪的研究

本研究了一阶导数差示脉冲极谱法用于氢氯噻嗪及其制剂的定量分析。在０．００２ｍｏｌ／Ｌ盐酸－０．００２ｍｏｌ／Ｌ氯化钾底液中，于０．０５０Ｖ（ｖｓ．Ａｇ／ＡｇＣｌ）处出现良好的一阶导数极谱峰，氢氯噻嗪浓度在０～６．０×１０＾－４ｍｏｌ／Ｌ范围内，与峰高呈线性关系，检测限为４．０×１０＾－９ｍｏｌ／Ｌ。方法操作简便、快速、灵敏、结果准确。

Synthesis and structure of aqua-2′,?-(2,6-pyridindiyldiethylidene) dioxamohydrazide-copper(II) hydrate

In a template synthesis from copper(II) acetate, 2,6-diacetylpyridine, and semioxamazide (NH₂CO CONHNH₂), two copper(II) complexes, [Cu(dapsox)(H₂O)]·H₂O and [Cu(Hdapsox)](H₂O)]ClO₄, (where H₂dapsox = 2′,2?-(2,6-pyridindiyldiethylidene)dioxamohydrazide) were obtained and characterized. The structure of the former complex was determined by a single-crystal X-ray analysis. Cu^II is located in a square pyramidal environment. The polydentate ligand, dapsox²⁻ is coordinated in dianionic form, as an unsymmetrical quadridentate planar system forming one-membered and two-five-membered metal-chelate rings. The fifth coordination site is occupied by a water molecule.
