F／Cl比与Eu~（2＋）：BaFCl中F色心的浓度和光激励截面的关系

研究了Ｅｕ（２＋）：ＢａＦｘＣｌ２在紫外线辐照下的光激励发光。通过改变激励方式及激励光的扫描方向，给出了Ｅｕ（２＋）：ＢａＦｘＣｌ２－ｘ光激励发光过程中，两种Ｆ色心的浓度比值与光激励截面比值的测定方法。利用这种测定方法，进一步研究了两种Ｆ色心的浓度比值和光激励截面比值与Ｆ／ＣＩ比值的关系。     

不同测验模型的信度估计及统计性质

在教育与心理测验中，信度是衡量测验是否可靠的重要指标。本文在不同模型下考虑测验的信度估计及其统计性质。在正态模型下，给出信度的无偏估计，在二项模型下，给出信度的相合估计；利用项目反应理论，给出测验信度的另一类估计；在组合测验模型下，给出迄今最接近信度真值的一个下界，同时给出相应的估计公式。     

Study on the Baryon State X Produced in the Process J／ψ→p＋X,X→p＋P

The decay process J/ψ→p X X→p P，where p,p and P are the proton,antiproton and pseudoscalar states,respectively,has been studied in terms of the angular distribution and the generalized moment analysis methods.The result shows that we can identify the spin,but cannot determine the parity of the baryon resonance state X produced in the process J/ψ→p X X→p P.     

一种基于能带工程设计的CaAsSb/InP异质结双极晶体三极管

异质结晶体三极管（HBT）的性能与其材料体系密不可分，利用能带工程可以大大优化器件的结构，提高器件性能，文章从分析HBT的能带结构及设计要求入手，介绍了一种利用能带工程设计的基于GaAsSb/InP材料体系的新型HBT器件的结构及其性能，分析了该器件与其它材料体系器件相比所具有的优异特性，说明了对HBT的各区材料，其带边的相对位置所起的重要作用，最后，文章还报道了近期的实验情况，说明了GaAsSb/InP体系HBT的实际性能与理论预言一致。     

Exciton—Phonon Scattering in CdSe／ZnSe Quantum Dots

A temperature-dependent photoluminescence measurement is performed in CdSe/ZnSe quantum dots with a ZnCdSe quantum well.We deduce the temperature dependence of the exciton linewidth and peak energy of the zero-dimensional exciton in the quantum dots and two-dimensional exciton in the CdSe wetting layer.The experimental data reveal a reduction of homogeneous broadening of the exciton line in the quantum dots in comparison with that in the two-dimensional wetting layer,which indicates the decrease of exciton and optical phonon coupling in the CdSe quantum dots.     

Zn1-xCdxSe/ZnSe量子阱重空穴激子的跃迁能量和压力系数

考虑压力下势垒高度、激子结合能的改变等诸多因素的影响后数值研究了Ⅱ－Ⅵ族ZnCdSe/ZnSe量子阱重空穴激子的跃迁能量和压力系数，特别是压力系数随阱宽的变化规律。计算表明在SCPA近似下跃迁能量的计算与实验值吻合较好，而在压力系数的计算中必须计及材料的体积弹性模量随温度和压力的变化。证实了ZnCdSe/ZnSe量子阱重空穴激子的压力系数随阱宽增大而减小的结论。     

人力资本培训投资的博弈分析

针对人力资本组合投资模式仅定性分析职员和企业对人力资本投资行为的特点，应用博弈论进行了相应的定量分析，将贝克尔投资模式与组合投资模式相结合，建立了确定企业投资比率的计算公式，为企业进行人力资本培训投资提供了定量的决策依据。     

Au-Zn,TiPdAu电极对InGaAsP/InP双异质结发光管可靠性影响的研究

本文用AES研究了P-InP/TiPdAu热处理前后的界面特性,结果表明:TiPd层对Au的内扩散和In的扩散有阻挡作用。以TiPdAu作InGaAsP/InP双异质结发光管的p面电极、镀Au作热沉,采用In焊料,研究了器件的可靠性问题,在室温大气气氛中;70℃存储,70～80℃带电老化,三种条件下长时间考核结果表明:器件的I-V特性正常,末见正向压降明显变化。还比较了Au-Zn材料作p面电极用TiPdAu作肖脱基势垒限制层制成的器件和用TiPdAu作电极材料制成的深Zn扩散型器件在老化过程中的特性变化,后二种结构的器件,在长期老化过程中,有源区中有大面积DSD生长和增殖。     

Blind equalization of underwater acoustic channelusing a combined constant modulus algorithm

A kind of Combined Constant Modulus Algorithm (CCMA) is presented to compensate the defects of the Constant Modulus Algorithm (CMA) and the Sign Error CMA (SECMA). And CCMA is applied to the equalization of the underwater acoustic channel (UWAC). Based on the decision of the equalizer‘s output, its iteration process switches between CMA and SECMA automatically. It is more robust than SECMA, and more computationally efficient than CMA. Therefore, it is very suitable for the recovery of the underwater data transmission. The performance of CCMA is proven by computer simulation for the equalization of the UWAC.
