Let f be a holomorphic function on a domain D Lontaiu in C, and let a be a finite complex number. We denote by -↑Ef/(a) = {z ∈ D : f(z) = a, ignoring multiplicity} the set of all distinct α-points of f. Let F be a family of holomorphic functions on D. If there exist three finite values a, b(≠ O,α) and c(≠ O) such that for every f ∈F, -↑Ef′/(0) Lontain in -↑Ef(α） and -↑Ef′ (b) Lontain in -↑Ef(c), then F is a normal family on D.

基于Carroll(1961)建立的罚函数，本文给出了不等式约束优化问题的一个势函数，并且讨论了该函数的性质．最后证明了在此基础上建立的对偶算法具有Q-线性收敛性．     

Solution of the hyperbolic mild‐slope equation using the finite volume method

A finite volume solver for the 2D depth‐integrated harmonic hyperbolic formulation of the mild‐slope equation for wave propagation is presented and discussed. The solver is implemented on unstructured triangular meshes and the solution methodology is based upon a Godunov‐type second‐order finite volume scheme, whereby the numerical fluxes are computed using Roe's flux function. The eigensystem of the mild‐slope equations is derived and used for the construction of Roe's matrix. A formulation that updates the unknown variables in time implicitly is presented, which produces a more accurate and reliable scheme than hitherto available. Boundary conditions for different types of boundaries are also derived. The agreement of the computed results with analytical results for a range of wave propagation/transformation problems is very good, and the model is found to be virtually paraxiality‐free. 将参变极值问题的极大熵函数方法应用到求解平衡规划问题中,通过先验分布信息和Kullback熵概念,给出了平衡规划问题基于Kullback熵表示的熵函数求解方法,并将平衡规划的极大熵函数方法应用于求解混合交通平衡分配问题．     

一类Lagrangian对偶问题的零对偶间隙性质及其最优路径的收敛性

针对一般的非线性规划问题,利用某些Lagrange型函数给出了一类Lagrangian对偶问题的一般模型,并证明它与原问题之间存在零对偶间隙．针对具体的一类增广La- grangian对偶问题以及几类由非线性卷积函数构成的Lagrangian对偶问题,详细讨论了零对偶间隙的存在性．进一步,讨论了在最优路径存在的前提下,最优路径的收敛性质．     

Lipschitz classes on local fields

The Lipschitz class Lipαon a local field K is defined in this note,and the equivalent relationship between the Lipschitz class Lipαand the Holder type space C~α(K)is proved.Then,those important characteristics on the Euclidean space R~n and the local field K are compared,so that one may interpret the essential differences between the analyses on R~n and K.Finally,the Cantor type fractal functionθ(x)is showed in the Lipschitz class Lip(m,K),m＜(ln 2/ln 3).

利用概率论与组合数学的方法,研究了与Riemann-zeta函数ξ(k)的部分和ξ_n(k)有关的一些级数,计算出了一些重要的和式．特别的,Euler的著名结果5ξ(4)= 2ξ~2(2)能够从四阶和式直接推出．因此,通过计算全部的11个六阶和式,研究它们之间的非平凡关系,就有可能得到ξ(3)的数值．     

变换中含有孤立稳定点的第二积分换元定理

在不定积分第二积分换元定理的条件中,要求变换x=φ(t)不含有稳定点,即:φ′(t)≠0.当变换x=φ(t)中含有孤立稳定点时,给出了变换中含有孤立稳定点的第二积分换元定理.拓宽了第二积分换元定理的应用范围.

In this paper, we obtain some normality criteria for families of meromorphic functions that concern the exceptional functions of derivatives.     

Estimates from Below for the Spectral Function and for the Remainder in Local Weyl’s Law

We obtain asymptotic lower bounds for the spectral function of the Laplacian and for the remainder in local Weyl’s law on manifolds. In the negatively curved case, thermodynamic formalism is applied to improve the estimates. Key ingredients of the proof include the wave equation parametrix, a pretrace formula and the Dirichlet box principle. Our results develop and extend the unpublished thesis of A. Karnaukh [Ka].
