分光光度法测定角膜接触镜护理液中的羟丙甲纤维素

探讨分光光度法测定角膜接触镜护理液中有效成分羟丙甲纤维素(HPMC)的含量时护理液中其他润滑成份对测定的影响和评价。选择市场上含有羟丙甲纤维素的多功能护理液,先通过加热、迅速过滤的方法除去海藻糖干扰后,采用以二苯胺与HPMC在高温下显色反应,分光光度法测定。结果表明护理液经过处理后,HPMC的测定未受其他成分的干扰。上述方法操作简单、方法稳定且准确,可作为角膜接触镜护理液中有效成分羟丙甲纤维素质量控制的方法。     

Lens axicon illuminated by polychromatic Gaussian beams for generating uniform focal segments

In this paper, we investigate a lens axicon, which actually is a lens with spherical aberration, illuminated by a polychromatic Gaussian beam for producing an extended axial line image of a desired length and nearly uniform intensity. A numerical calculation is performed to investigate the dependence of the axial intensity distribution of the focal segment on the parameters of the incident polychromatic Gaussian beam. It is shown that, compared with monochromatic Gaussian beam illumination, the illumination of the polychromatic Gaussian beam may improve the uniformity of the distribution of the axial intensity, and this improvement in the uniformity of the axis intensity is strongly dependent on the spectral width of the incident Gaussian beam. Moreover, apodization with annular super-Gaussian amplitude distribution is employed to reduce the undesired oscillation of the axial intensity.     

Magnetic lenses performance with fields of the form B(Z)∝Z

Performance of magnetic lenses with fields of the form B(z)∝Zⁿ was studied. To compare the performance of different objective lenses the results are presented in W. Tretner's [Existenzbereiche rotations symmetrischer Elektronenlinsen, Optik 16 (1959) 155-184] form.     

Stark-shift of impurity fundamental state in a lens shaped quantum dot

We calculate the Stark effect and the polarisability of shallow-donor impurity located in the centre of lens shaped quantum dot by a variational method and in the effective-mass approximation. Our theoretical model assumes an infinite confinement to describe the barriers at the dot boundaries and the electric field is considered to be applied in the z-direction. The systematic theoretical investigation contains results with the quantum dot size and the strength of the external field. Our calculations reveal that the interval wherein the polarisability varies depends strongly on the dot size.     

LAMOST离群光谱J140242.45+092049.8特征分析

LAMOST巡天已获取超过100 000条星系光谱,为探索珍贵、稀有的天体从而完善现有科学理论提供了重要的数据条件。研究采用基于相关子空间的离群挖掘方法,从LAMOST DR3星系光谱数据中获得的离群数据挖掘结果中,针对呈现出多种稀有特征的光谱J140242.45+092049.8进行了深入分析。首先利用特征光谱线进行红移测量并交叉SDSS同源光谱提供的红移信息,测量并证认了该光谱的两套红移系统：吸收线系统z₁=0.020 95、发射线系统z₂=0.069 5。从整体上,通过交叉现有文献及SDSS图像特征,分析了该“吸收+发射”模式的双红移系统属于透镜星系的可能性,而红移间隔Δz=0.048远大于Keel指出的双星系具有物理关系的临界0.008,意味着该目标前景与背景星系之间只是视向重叠,即视向星系对,没有相互的物理作用;对于前景星系(吸收线系统),通过测量光谱中呈现的特殊的特征线强度,分析了属于E+A星系的可能性;对于背景星系(发射线系统)光谱中呈现的双峰特征,分析了该光谱来自双峰发射线星系的可能性;此外,初步分析了该光谱中背景星系发射线强度关系异常的原因。     

Numerical calculation of the use of a concave–convex lens for shaping axisymmetric laser beams

Based on transformation matrices in meridian plane and sagittal plane, a geometrical lens design method is presented with the aim of obtaining an improved spot. A concave–convex convergent lens (CCCL) is employed as a shaping lens to focus a group of oblique laser beams from a CO₂ laser with axially symmetrical fold combination (ASFC) resonator. The cases including interference, noninterference, different wavelength, and misalignment have been analyzed. Through theoretical analysis and numerical calculation, a smaller beam radius in a specific reference plane and a smaller far-field divergence angle can be obtained.     

50°视场角投影式头盔光学系统设计及逆反射屏研究

设计了一款适于医疗培训用投影式头盔物镜系统，出瞳直径8mm，视场50°，能够满足对角0．9英寸微显示器对超高分辨SXGA模式的显示要求．其结构紧凑，口径10mm，长度12mm，重量仅有5g．本物镜系统场曲仅0．35D，畸变仅0．64％．为考察本投影式头盔系统的成像特性，研究了不同“逆反射材料”的特性．实验得到高强级逆反射材料在±40°视场范围内反射光强无明显变化，适合做为投影屏幕材料．定量分析了逆反射屏放置位置对成像的影响．     

用于等离子体诊断的30keV锂束源

本文描述用于等离子体诊断的30keV锂束源的结构,调试及实验结果。对锂辉石和β-锂霞石的发射性能进行了对比。在能量为30.5keV时,引出离子流为376μA。     

Affinity chromatographic purification of lentil lectin using immobilized yeast cells

A model system for evaluating macroporous supports containing immobilized whole cells in affinity Chromatographic applications is described. Whole cells were immobilized in a polyacrylamide network in a two-step polymerization process. The affinity system discussed consists of immobilized cells ofSaccharomyces cervisiae in the purification of lentil lectin fromLens culinaris.
