Hydroxyapatite (HAp) was modified by the action of various hydrophobic agents based on silicon-containing compounds. The influence of the type of applied agent on the thermodynamic and kinetic parameters of the cross-linking of poly(dimethyl siloxane)/HAp composites was investigated. All the modified HAp particles became hydrophobic and these samples were used to synthesize the polysiloxane/hydroxyapatite composites (PDMS/HAp). The possible modes of interaction between the hydroxyapatite and hydrophobing agents were discussed. The most probable interaction between hydroxyapatite and the applied hydrophobing agents is hydrogen bonding. PDMS/HAp composites were formed directly in the cell of the DSC and cross-linking was investigated in situ. It was determined that the introduction of hydroxyapatite into polysiloxane matrices changed the enthalpy of cross-linking, as well as the activation energy of cross-linking and reaction order, while the introduction of modified HAp led to thermodynamic and kinetic parameters more similar to those of the cross-linking of unfilled elastomer. 相似文献

以浸渍法制备了一系列添加CeO2的Pd-Ce/NaZSM-5负载型催化剂.以C0氧化为 模型反应,考察了反应温度、Ce含量、预还原、空速及水蒸气等对C0氧化性能的影 响,并利用XIlD和朋等手段对催化剂体相及表面结构进行了表征.结果表明:加入 CeO2作助剂可明显提高催化剂的活性,且催化转化率随着反应温度及Ce含量的增加 而增加;随着空速的增加而降低;催化剂对水蒸气不敏感,在水蒸气存在的条件下 反应可连续进行720h以上保持C0完全转化;H2预还原作用使催化剂活性有所提高. XRD测试结果表明,催化剂中Pd组分处于高分散状态,Ceob的引入促进了N物种在 NaZSM—5载体上的分散.表面XPS分析证实催化剂表面Pd物种处于较高的氧化状态 ,且CeO2与Pd物种间存在协同作用.Pd的高分散及其与CeO2的相互作用是催化剂具 有高活性的关键. 相似文献

A set of seven bituminous coal chars has been characterised by IR spectroscopy (FTIR), thermogravimetry (TG) and elemental analysis. FTIR study provided suitable information to establish differences between coal samples according to their chemical compositions. The reactivity of these samples was also studied and correlated with the coal parameters of mean vitrinite reflectance, fuel ratio and H/C ratio. The data suggest that reactivity as determined can be correlated with the mean vitrinite reflectance, fuel ratio and H/C ratio (0.90). The heat transfer mechanisms in inorganic hollow micro-spheres filled polymer composites are analyzed in the present paper. This heat transfer includes mainly three mechanisms: (1) thermal conduction between solid and gas; (2) thermal radiation between the hollow micro-sphere surfaces; and (3) natural thermal convection of the gas in the micro-hollow spheres. A theoretical model of heat transfer in polymer/inorganic hollow micro-sphere composites is established based on the law of minimal thermal resistance and the equal law of the specific equivalent thermal conductivity, and a corresponding equation of effective thermal conductivity is derived. The effective thermal conductivity (keff) of hollow glass bead-filled polypropylene composites is estimated by using this equation, and is compared with the numerical simulations by means of a finite element method. The results show that the variation of the theoretical estimations of keff are similar to the numerical simulations at lower filler volume fraction (φf20%). Moreover, keff decreases linearly with increasing φf, and reduces somewhat with increase of filler size. 相似文献

用~(57)Fe穆斯堡尔谱研究了炭载型复合催化剂中铁化学形态随温度的变化,及各活性组分、助剂对铁化学形态的影响;并通过ESR谱考察了复合催化剂中不同活性组分对铁在载体炭表面电子特性的影响。研究结果表明,复合催化剂中各活性组分、助剂和载体炭与铁之间存在着强相互作用。在350~650℃,载体炭可将铁从Fe_2O_3还原到Fe_3O_4、FeO、α-Fe和生成炭化铁。活性组分Cu和助剂K可改变催化剂中铁周围的电子密度,促进铁在载体炭上从高价态向低价态还原。同时还发现催化剂中Na和Cr对铁有很强的助分散作用。 相似文献
