The effect of thermal treatment on the structural incorporation of Cr2O3 in xCr2O3·(100 – x)SiO2 and 5R n xCr2O3·(95 – x)SiO2 (where x=0.01–1 mol.% and R=Li, Na and Ca) gel glasses was studied by optical absorption spectrophotometry, DTA-TG, XRD and electron microscopy.Samples heat treated at 60°C have green color due to the presence of Cr3+ in octahedral coordination. The optical transmission, and color (yellow, orange or ambar), of the samples heat treated between 200 and 700°C prove that Cr3+ (octahedrally coordinated) and Cr6+ (tetrahedrally coordinated) are both present. Segregation of Cr2O3 take place at temperatures above 800°C.In reducing conditions the gel glasses were green due to the presence of a high content of Cr3+ ions. Samples containing Li or Na show crystalline phases at temperatures below 850°C.  相似文献

In additive manufacturing, polymer composites are used for setting tailored properties. Short glass fibers can be used as fillers for polyamide 12 for enhancing stiffness or tensile strength as well as for reducing shrinkage. In this paper, the effects of short glass fibers on polyamide 12 concerning powder properties, process behavior and part properties in laser beam melting of polymers (SLS) are investigated. It could be shown that by increasing the short glass fiber content powder properties as well as part properties are immensely affected. By adding glass fibers, powder properties, like flowability and diffuse reflection decrease. The isothermal crystallization changes resulting in a narrower processing window. Concerning mechanical properties, short glass fibers allow for a higher stiffness until a critical limit of filler concentration within this study is reached, after which the tensile strength decreases. The elongation of break decreases by rising the filler content.  相似文献

Cu-Fe-S-based compounds gain the interest from thermoelectric community because all the consisting elements, Cu, Fe, and S, are non-toxic and earth-abundant. Comparing with CuFeS2 and Cu5FeS4, the investigation on Cu9Fe9S16 is very rare. In this work, a series of Cu9–xFe9+xS16 samples were fabricated by means of melting-annealing process. Their phase composition, microstructure, electrical and thermal transport properties were systematically investigated. X-ray measurement confirms that all samples are phase pure. Transmission electron microscopy characterization indicates that the fabricated Cu9Fe9S16 has a natural nanostructure. Cu9Fe9S16 shows semiconducting-like electrical transport behavior and intrinsically low lattice thermal conductivity. Beyond the numerous boundaries between nanosized grains, the existence of low-frequency optical phonons is also responsible for the intrinsically low lattice thermal conductivity. Doping Fe at the Cu-sites in Cu9Fe9S16 significantly alters the electrical transport properties by introducing extra carriers. A peak dimensionless figure of merit zT value of 0.21 is obtained at 800 K for pure Cu9Fe9S16, which is comparable with that for CuFeS2.  相似文献

 Functionalization of polymers by grafting monomeric species on to the backbone of molecular chains with the use of γ-radiation has been used extensively. In this work methacrylic acid was grafted onto a commercial grade of polycaproamide (Nylon 6) by preirradiating the polymer granules to 15 kGy at a rate of 1.0 kGy per hour and subsequently immersing these in a 10% aqueous solution of methacrylic acid in the presence of small quantities of FeSO4 as homopolymerization inhibitor. The polymer was subsequently neutralized by mixing it with zinc acetylacetonate in a laboratory scale melt mixing device. The acid-grafting polymer modification resulted in an increase in glass transition temperature, while the addition of zinc acetylacetonate gave rise to two transitions: The lower transition corresponds to a miscible mixture of free polyamide and acid-grafted polymer, both plasticized with undecomposed zinc compound, while the upper transition corresponds to the zinc salt of the acid grafted polyamide. Through rheological measurements it was shown that both the acid-grafted polymer and the derived zinc salt have a branched structure, possibly containing also some crosslinked domains. Temperature-modulated calorimetry (TMC) allows the experimental evaluation of the kinetic parameters of the glass transition from quasi-isothermal experiments. In this paper, model calculations based on experimental data are presented for the total and reversing apparent heat capacities on heating and cooling through the glass transition region as a function of heating rate and modulation frequency for the modulated differential scanning calorimeter (MDSC). Amorphous poly(ethylene terephthalate) (PET) is used as the example polymer and a simple first-order kinetics is fitted to the data. The total heat flow carries the hysteresis information (enthalpy relaxation, thermal history) and indications of changes in modulation frequency due to the glass transition. The reversing heat flow permits the assessment of the first and higher harmonics of the apparent heat capacities. The computations are carried out by numerical integrations with up to 5000 steps. Comparisons of the calculations with experiments are possible. Summary A sensitive LC method for the detection of amino acids and oligopeptides with pre-column fluorescence derivatization has been developed. Glycine, glycylglycine, triglycine, glutathione, glutamic acid, and cysteine were separated on a reversed-phase C18 column with methanol-water-triethylamine eluent, derivatization and chromatographic conditions were optimized. The six derivatives were eluted in 20 min with good reproducibility. The relative standard derviations (n=6) at an analytical concentration of 2×10−6 M are <5%. Detection limits (signal-to-noise ratio=3) for the six derivatives are 23–68 fmol.  相似文献

本文用荧光熄灭法研究了十溴羟基苯基荧光酮(DBH-PF)-溴化十六烷基三甲铵(CTMAB)-Mo(Ⅵ)体系的测定方法及条件。在0.002~0.008mol/L的H_3PO_4介质中,在CTMAB存在下,钼(Ⅵ)与试剂形成1:2的桔红色络合物,其最大激发波长为470nm和502nm,最大发射波长为520nm。钼在0.03~0.50μg/25ml范围内具有线性关系,检出限为0.03μg/25ml。本法灵敏度高,选择性好,用于检测合金钢中的微量钼,结果满意。  相似文献

A new alkaloid, anhydrolycaconitine (C36H46N2O9), was isolated from roots ofAconitum septentrionale K. Based on the results of1H and13C NMR and IR spectroscopy and mass spectrometry of the alkaloid and the product of its alkaline hydrolysis and on the data of X-ray diffraction analysis of the hydrolysis product, the structure of 1α, 6β, 14α, 16β-tetramethoxy-7-oxo-18-succinylanthranoyloxy-17-(7→8)abeo-aconane was assigned to anhydrolycaconitine.
