 在研究二维快速傅里叶变换法进行干涉测试基本原理的基础上,提出一种基于二维快速傅里叶变换的长度测量法.以量块长度的测量为对象,被测量块置于泰曼-格林干涉仪测试光路中,参考光波分别与待测长度的量块表面和辅助平面反射的测试光波形成干涉条纹,条纹由图像采集系统采集.利用编制的算法处理软件,通过处理干涉条纹图中量块边缘识别、区域延拓、滤波、波面统一,获得了量块全场表面的空间长度分布,实现了对量块长度的自动化测量.结果表明:该测量法不仅具有较高的测量准确度,而且具有全场测试和非接触测量等优点.  相似文献

In this paper, two families of phase-shifting algorithms with π/2 phase steps are studied. In family I, three new algorithms are derived by using the averaging technique based on the Surrel six-sample algorithm with phase shifts of π/2. Family II includes four well-known algorithms derived by the averaging technique based on the conventional four-sample algorithm with π/2 phase steps. A polynomial model of phase-shift errors used to describe general expressions for calculation of the correct object phase via the Fourier spectra analysing method as a function of the harmonic order in the fringe signal is presented. The error-compensating properties of the algorithms in families I and II are investigated by the Fourier spectra analysing method. It is found that the averaging technique, when used in any of the algorithm with π/2 phase steps, can improve the phase-shifting algorithm property: it is insensitive to phase-shift error when the fringe signal contains the first harmonic, but it can't be used to enhance the phase-shifting algorithm properties when the fringe signal contains higher order harmonics (n2). P–V (peak–valley) phase errors are calculated by the computer simulation and tables and plots are presented, from which the algorithms in families I and II are compared. It is shown that the algorithms in family I are more insensitive to phase-shift errors when the fringe signal contains the second harmonic and the algorithms in family II are more insensitive to phase-shift errors when the fringe signal is a sinusoidal waveform.  相似文献

An interferometric method for measuring the focal length of power-distributed lenses is described. The test lens is illuminated by a regular pitch interferometric pattern produced by a reflective diffraction grating interferometer. In order to measure the focal length, a CCD camera digitizes the image of the pattern magnified by the lens, and fast Fourier transformed to reconstruct the phase modulo 2π along each row. The change in spatial frequency is determined by unwrapping the phase along each row of the digitized imaged pattern. The technique is used for measuring the focal length distribution inside the progression corridor of both positive and negative progressive lenses.  相似文献

The random noise of the laser speckle field which develops at the focusing plane of an imaging system, is, by now, efficiently used in several interferometric techniques as an information carrier of the macroscopic wavefront distortion induced by the surface displacement field of the object under investigation. The actual noise in this kind of techniques is represented by the speckle decorrelation at the image plane — i.e. the destruction of the carrier — which may be caused by the modification of the texture surface (e.g. by yielding under a severe stress state), but it is inherently produced by the same displacement field under measurement. In the paper the phenomenon of laser speckle decorrelation is numerically simulated and experimentally investigated with the aim of estimating its sensitivity to local deformation and assessing a possible field of application. Satisfactory results in the field of NDT of multilayer fiber-reinforced composites were obtained by reducing the diaphragm of the lens to increase the sensitivity of the imaging system to speckle decorrelation induced by local deformation; unfortunately this simple approach requires a considerable amount of laser power for illuminating the object. Different aperture shapes were therefore numerically simulated which provided improved efficiency and sensitivity and whereby a semi-quantitative analysis of the displacement field could be experimented.  相似文献

Laser irradiation has been previously investigated for achieving uniform heating of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) fibres in the hot-drawing stage of the production process, so as to obtain better fibre mechanical properties. The optical properties and dye uptake of PET fibres also depend on the polymer chain orientation and crystallinity within the fibre structure. This paper reports an investigation of a concept whereby laser irradiation and interferometry could be used to modify and trace a small change in the optical properties of a PET monofilament fibre, but the corresponding change in the dye uptake would not be detected visually. A copper vapour laser (550-580 nm wavelengths) was used to expose consecutive 4 mm lengths along a running length of monofilament to 39.8 W cm−2, at a pulse rate of 9.89 kHz in order to modify, in a controlled way, the polymer crystallinity and orientation. A 3D finite element simulation, based on uncoupled heat-transfer analysis, indicated that rapid heating and cooling could be obtained with the laser to give the small changes required. Irradiated and untreated samples were analysed by interferometry and a 0.16% change was detected in the birefringence profiles, corresponding to a small reduction in the degree of orientation and crystallinity of the irradiated samples. Density measurements and wide-angle X-ray scattering (WAXS) analysis confirmed the change in crystallinity. Tests conducted for dye adsorption and tensile strength showed a small increase in the former and only a very small decrease in the latter. It was concluded that these changes in property provide the opportunity for a laser-irradiated PET monofilament fibre to be used as a subtle tracer element in brand labels for textile garments as an anti-counterfeit measure.  相似文献

In situ calibration of piezoelectric transducers in a phase stepping, Michelson type, speckle-shearing interferometer can be affected by mirror wobbling introduced by the transducers. When this happens, a modulation of the curves employed for calibration can be readily detected in imaging systems with large apertures. A calibration method that takes into account the modulation of these curves is, therefore, essential to insure the required regularity of the phase steps. A computer model of speckle-shearing interferometry is used to deal with piezoelectric non-linearities and mirror wobbling in the interferometer, and to show how the calibration curves are affected when both phenomena are present. Computer simulated and experimental results validate the calibration technique advanced here.  相似文献

The use of a grating in the form of modulation of birefringence in a BSO crystal in a novel Lau interferometer set-up is proposed. The system behaves as a conventional Lau interferometer implemented by using two amplitude gratings. Moreover, it permits control of the visibility and provides a contrast inversion of the interferometric fringes by rotating a polarizer. Two alternative experimental arrangements with similar performance are presented. A theoretical approach is outlined and the predicted behavior is confirmed by results obtained under different experimental conditions.  相似文献

This paper deals with the technique for the refractive index measurements based on the interferometry of a rotated parallel plate (IRPP). The device consists of the Michelson interferometer, the sample rotation system and the optoelectronic registration system. A refractive index of parallel plates is determined by their rotation through measuring simultaneously a shift of interference fringes. Although the IRPP technique is known from long ago [Shumate MS. Appl Opt 1966;5:327] several considerable improvements have been done in order to improve the accuracy of the method. The measuring process is completely automated. The method has been tested on the model crystals of the lithium niobate giving the magnitudes for ordinary and extraordinary refractive indices as n0=2.2865±0.0007 and ne=2.2034±0.0007. A considerable increase of accuracy is reached in our case by an automation of the measuring procedure, development of a new software as well as implementing the interferometric method for a precise determination of a sample zero position. The automated refractometer is offered for use in research laboratories and industry.  相似文献
