The rheology of granular materials near an interface is investigated through proton magnetic resonance imaging. A new cylinder shear apparatus has been inserted in the magnetic resonance imaging device, which allows the control of the radial confining pressure exerted by the outer wall on the grains and the measurement of the torque on the inner shearing cylinder. A multi-layer velocimetry sequence has been developed for the simultaneous measurement of velocity profiles in different sample zones, while the measurement of the solid fraction profile is based on static imaging of the sample. This study describes the influence of the roughness of the shearing interface and of the transverse confining walls on the granular interface rheology.  相似文献

The present work attempts to study the mechanical properties and toughness behavior of a typical acrylic melamine clearcoat modified by a polyester‐amide hyperbranched polymer (HBP). Formulations were such that 0, 5, 10, 25 and 50% (molar percent) of total acrylic hydroxyl groups were stoichiometrically substituted by those of HBP. Bulk and surface of the clearcoats were studied by various mechanical techniques including hardness, tensile, dynamic mechanical thermal analysis (DMTA), nano‐indentation and scratch tests. In addition a scanning electron microscope (SEM) was utilized to observe the morphology of the fractured films. The bulk mechanical properties showed that a low loading (5 molar %) of HBP was sufficient to considerably increase the bulk hardness, cross‐linking density and toughness. DMTA and SEM results proved the occurrence of a single‐phase blend and that the shear deformation was the main toughening mechanism of HBP modified clearcoats. In general, it was revealed that the HBP not only could act as an excellent compatible toughening agent, but also maintained the clarity of the clearcoat and increased its scratch resistance. Isotherms for the adsorption of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, sodium POE (4) nonyl phenol sulfate, and POE (25) nonyl phenol, on the hydrophobic crystalline herbicides atrazine and cyanazine were determined. Anionic surfactants were measured at 5°, 25°, and 50° C; the nonionic surfactant at 25° C only. Low degrees of surface coverage were observed; in only one case (atra-zine/NaDBS) was monolayer coverage approached. On the other hand, adsorption was accompanied by a significant increase in negative zeta potential. Although DLVO calculations suggest that this adsorption should lead to stable aggregates, these are of such size that gravitational effects overpower the DLVO terms.  相似文献

本文结合与聚合物加工过程密切相关的界面扩散问题,从动力学和热力学两方面综述了与聚合物界面互扩散相关的基础理论.结合在聚合物界面扩散方面的研究进展,系统介绍了聚合物熔体界面扩散的常用研究方法.对其中的流变学方法的原理及进展作了重点论述,该方法不仅可以有效表征聚合物熔体界面扩散的动力学过程,进一步从分子动力学角度发展并完善聚合物扩散理论,而且对于聚合物加工成型过程的界面结构设计和性能优化起到关键的指导作用.本文最后提出了聚合物熔体界面扩散研究中存在的问题并对其前景进行了展望.  相似文献

利用悬挂滴方法研究了Gemini季铵盐表面活性剂(C12-Ph-C12和C12-8-C12)和阿拉伯树胶的界面张力和界面扩张流变性质, 考察了阿拉伯树胶对C12-Ph-C12和C12-8-C12溶液界面张力和界面扩张流变性质的影响. 研究结果表明, 1%(w)阿拉伯树胶的加入显著降低了C12-Ph-C12和C12-8-C12的界面张力, 但是界面扩张模量增加,这一变化主要是由于阿拉伯树胶分子与Gemini季铵盐表面活性剂分子通过静电相互作用形成复合物. 文中提出了不同结构Gemini季铵盐表面活性剂与阿拉伯树胶分子在界面排布的示意图.  相似文献

采用“虚源法”分析计算了浅海波导环境中接收点处点源总振速方向与水平面夹角,侧重讨论确定性界面反射对总振速方向的影响。研究结果表明:总振速方向和接收点与声源的水平距离、两者深度,海底、海面特性以及声速剖面等有关。在等声速均匀浅海波导中,由于确定性界面反射的影响,当直达声掠射角为1°~50°时,合成总振速方向偏离直达声方向达1.5°~10.5°,声速剖面呈负梯度时,偏离程度更甚.  相似文献

电催化二氧化碳还原反应(E-CO2RR)可在温和条件下将CO2转化成高附加值燃料或化学品,近年来受到广泛关注,其在实际反应中涉及到气体扩散和多电子转移等复杂过程,构筑高效、稳定的催化电极是其发展的核心之一。然而,传统涂敷电极制备时,需要将催化剂与粘结剂混合涂覆于集流体表面,此过程会造成活性位点包埋和传质过程受限,致使催化剂活性位利用率下降,同时在反应过程中电极表面容易粉化,造成稳定性下降,难以重复利用。因此,如何调控电极反应界面,提升催化剂活性位的利用率仍面临挑战。将催化剂原位生长于集流体上得到的一体化电极可直接应用于电催化反应,不仅有利于提升活性位利用率以及电荷传输能力,还能有效调控三相界面处的微观反应环境(如pH、反应物及反应中间体的浓度等),从而实现电催化性能强化。本文综述了一体化电极用于E-CO2RR的最新进展,分析了结构和表界面调控对E-CO2RR性能的影响规律,并对该领域仍然存在的挑战和未来一体化E-CO2RR电极的发展进行了评述与展望。  相似文献

Polymer electrolytes have attracted great interest for next-generation lithium-based batteries on account of safety and high energy density. In this review, we assess recent progress on the design of poly(ethylene oxide)(PEO)-based solid polymer electrolytes in high voltage lithium batteries and identify possible side reactions between PEO-based electrolytes and existing cathodes. We provide an overview of the ways to enhance high voltage resistance of PEO-based electrolytes. Those include components blend, molecular design and interface modification. With these efforts, we want to present new insights into rational design of PEO-based electrolytes to develop solid-state lithium batteries for advanced performance.  相似文献

Double emulsions have been extensively used in scientific researches and industrial applications due to their attractive unique feature of multiple phases. However, constructing droplets with such a complex structure is not a simple task for all time. The simultaneous existence of two contradictory interfaces makes it hard to prepare stable double emulsions in principle and in practice. Over the past century, tremendous efforts have been devoted by myriads of scientists to make progresses in both theory and preparation of double emulsions. In this review, the current understanding of double emulsions is systematically revealed. In addition to emphasizing the corresponding pioneer and landmark works as many as possible, the state-of-the-art achievements will also be discussed. By regulating the oil-water interface with smartly designed interface-active agents in combination with varying the phase volume fractions, the basic theory framework based on the phase inversion from simple emulsions to double emulsions is also summarized. Technical preparation strategies of emulsification are introduced to show the building process of the two contradictory interfaces in one system. Furthermore, some specific biomedical applications of double emulsions are also discussed, which is expected to stimulate further innovation and utilization of double emulsions.  相似文献

本研究探讨Micro-CT参数对骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折(OVCF)患者术后复发的预测价值。选取OVCF患者127例,根据术后6个月骨折复发情况分为复发组(n=41)与未复发组(n=86)。患者均接受Micro-CT检查,对比两组Micro-CT参数,即骨体积分数(BV/TV)、骨小梁厚度(Tb.Th)、骨小梁间隙(Tb.Sp)、结构模型指数(SMI),以及骨密度(BMD)、骨矿含量(BMC),分析各参数与BMD、BMC及术后复发相关性,并评价各参数对术后复发的预测价值。结果显示,复发组骨体积分数(BV/TV)、骨小梁厚度(Tb.Th)低于未复发组,骨小梁间隙(Tb.Sp)、结构模型指数(SMI)高于未复发组(P<0.05);BV/TV、Tb.Th与骨密度(BMD)、骨矿含量(BMC)呈正相关,Tb.Sp、SMI与BMD、BMC呈负相关(P<0.05);将年龄、BMD、BMC等其他因素控制后,BV/TV、Tb.Sp、Tb.Th、SMI与OVCF术后骨折复发显著相关(P<0.05);BV/TV、Tb.Sp、Tb.Th、SMI联合预测OVCF术后骨折复发的曲线下面积(AUC)最大,为0.888(P<0.05)。提示Micro-CT参数在OVCF患者中呈异常表达,采用Micro-CT检查可为临床预测OVCF术后骨折复发提供科学指导。  相似文献
