Reclaiming of ground rubber tire (GRT) by a novel reclaiming agent   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
The present paper describes the mechanical reclaiming of ground rubber tire (GRT) by tetra methyl thiuram disulfide (TMTD), a multi-functional reclaiming agent. The versatility of the proposed agent is that it acts as a reclaiming agent during reclaiming and as a curing agent during revulcanization of the reclaimed sample. Reclaiming of GRT was carried out on an open two roll mixing mill at various time intervals and different concentrations of the reclaiming agent (TMTD). The degree of reclaiming was evaluated by measurement of the gel content, inherent viscosity of sol rubber, Mooney viscosity of the reclaimed rubber, crosslink density, swelling ratio and molecular weight between two crosslink bonds as a function of milling time. Also, the influence of the gel content on crosslink density at various time intervals on the open two roll mixing mill was determined. A unique correlation between gel fraction and crosslink density obtained at various time intervals and concentrations of reclaiming agent indicated that an optimization of the concentration of TMTD and milling time has a positive influence on improving the efficiency of reclaiming. The reclaiming conditions have been optimized in view of the mechanical properties of the revulcanized GRT and the aging resistance properties of the revulcanized reclaim. The influence of the concentration of sulfur on the mechanical properties in the revulcanized reclaim was also studied. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) studies further indicate the coherency and homogeneity in the revulcanized reclaim rubber when reclamation is carried out by optimum concentration of TMTD after maximum time of reclaiming.  相似文献

Formation of supramolecular ternary complexes within a functionalized hydrogel are shown for the first time to lead to large macroscopic motions with biologically important effectors such as aminoacids and peptides. 针对当前重建方法不能精确展现输电线路实际情况的问题,提出基于无人机智能视觉的输电线路全息全景重建方法。通过分析输电线路全息全景重建原理,采用无人机智能视觉技术对输电线路进行拍照,对输电线路全息全景图像进行采集和特征提取等预处理,跟踪图像特征,引入立体匹配算法,实现输电线路全息全景的重构。实验结果表明,所提方法输电线路重建精度高,视觉效果与实际相符,更具实用性及可行性。  相似文献

In this paper, we consider a non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA) system assisted by intelligent reflecting surface (IRS). As an emerging technology that has received widespread attention, IRS can reconfigure the wireless channel environment by adjusting the relationship between the incident angle and the exit angle, thereby improving system performance. Our goal is to use the flexible assistance of IRS to achieve the maximum energy efficiency of the NOMA system. Our design objects are the beam vector design of the base station and the phase matrix design of the IRS. The original problem is highly non-convex. We consider using the block coordinate descent method to design the phase matrix and beam vector separately. Simulation results show that our proposed scheme has better performance than traditional OMA and systems without IRS assistance.  相似文献

LuGre轮胎模型是一种动态轮胎摩擦力模型,该模型能够精确描述轮胎摩擦环节的动态特性,但由其高度非线性使得参数辨识非常困难.针对LuGre轮胎模型,提出一种基于遗传算法的模型参数两步辨识方法.首先由PD控制辨识出静态参数;然后由PID控制辨识出动态参数.在每一步辨识中,均采用遗传算法作为优化工具,从而避免了采用拟和辨识方法中误差较大,试验条件难以控制的缺点.该算法仅仅使用轮胎转速数据,而转速传感器是汽车防滑刹车控制系统(ABS)的基本组成部分,因此该算法可以与ABS结合工作,低成本的实现LuGre轮胎模型参数辨识.  相似文献

Credit risk analysis is an active research area in financial risk management and credit scoring is one of the key analytical techniques in credit risk evaluation. In this study, a novel intelligent-agent-based fuzzy group decision making (GDM) model is proposed as an effective multicriteria decision analysis (MCDA) tool for credit risk evaluation. In this proposed model, some artificial intelligent techniques, which are used as intelligent agents, are first used to analyze and evaluate the risk levels of credit applicants over a set of pre-defined criteria. Then these evaluation results, generated by different intelligent agents, are fuzzified into some fuzzy opinions on credit risk level of applicants. Finally, these fuzzification opinions are aggregated into a group consensus and meantime the fuzzy aggregated consensus is defuzzified into a crisp aggregated value to support final decision for decision-makers of credit-granting institutions. For illustration and verification purposes, a simple numerical example and three real-world credit application approval datasets are presented.  相似文献

Most of the current lunar rover vehicle wheels are inconvenient for changing broken wheels and have poor shock absorbing in driving, so they cannot be used to carry people on the moon. To meet the demands for manned lunar transportation, a new wheel possessing a woven metal wire mesh tire and using hub-rim combination slide mechanism is designed in this article. The characteristics of the new wheel is analyzed by comparing with the same-size conventional rover wheels after demonstrating the validity of FEM simulation. The new wheel possesses lighter structure and superior shock absorbing. It also provides stronger traction because the deformation of the designed wheel increases the contact area between the tire and lunar terrain. In order to establish an on-line soil parameter estimation algorithm for low cohesion soil, the stress distribution along a driven deformable wheel on off-road terrain is simplified. The basic mechanics equations of the interaction between the wheel and the lunar soil can be used for analytical analysis. Simulation results show that the soil estimation algorithm can accurately and efficiently identify key soil parameters for loose sand.  相似文献

首先采用Stber方法制备了一系列亚微米级单分散二氧化硅小球,而后通过垂直沉降自组装方法制备了颜色鲜艳的二氧化硅三维有序结构胶体晶体模板,最后再采用模板聚合法在220 nm二氧化硅小球自组装的阵列间隙中共聚甲基丙烯酸和乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯,经氢氟酸刻蚀二氧化硅模板后得到多孔有序的反蛋白石光子晶体.当pH值从5升至8时,反蛋白石凝胶光子晶体的反射峰波长从514 nm移动至590 nm,颜色变化显著,从蓝绿色变成红色,突变点为pH=6.5,而且pH响应在100 s左右即可达到平衡.对交联剂用量的研究结果表明,随着交联剂乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯用量从4%增加到16%,光子晶体响应pH时的红移量减小.  相似文献
