The Landau-Lifshitz-Gilbert equation is analyzed in the case of a configuration involving easy plane isotropy under the influence of a sinusoidally oscillating magnetic field and a demagnetizing field. Through the use of numerical techniques, chaotic behavior is found and analyzed. By reducing the system to a discrete map (numerically), bifurcation diagrams for the system are computed. The system is found to exhibit a period doubling cascade route to chaos, and it obeys certain convergence rules for chaotic transitions outlined by Feigenbaum. A connection is drawn between the route to chaos and the geometry of the system, and comparisons are made with similar systems. Within the chaotic regime, windows of arbitrarily large period are suspected to exist, and explicitly illustrated and discussed for a period three window. 相似文献

Using the method of the parameter expansion up to the third order, explicitly investigates surface tension effect on harmonics at weakly nonlinear stage in Rayleigh-Taylor instability (RTI) for arbitrary Atwood numbers and compares the results with those of classical RTI within the framework of the third-order weakly nonlinear theory. It is found that surface tension strongly reduces the linear growth rate of time, resulting in mild growth of the amplitude of the fundamental mode, and changes amplitudes of the second and third harmonics, as is expressed as a tension factor coupling in amplitudes of the harmonics. On the one hand, surface tension can either decrease or increase the space amplitude; on the other hand, surface tension can also change their phases for some conditions which are explicitly determined. 相似文献

In this article, the fundamental physics of multi-exciton states in semiconductor nano-crystals is reviewed focusing on the mesoscopic enhancement of the excitonic radiative decay rate and the excitonic optical nonlinearity and the mechanism of their saturation with increase of the nanocrystal size. In the case of the radiative decay rate the thermal excitation of excited exciton states having small oscillator strength within the homogeneous linewidth of the exciton ground state is essential in determining the saturation behavior. The weakly correlated exciton pair states are found to cause a cancellation effect in the third-order nonlinear optical susceptibility at the exciton resonance, providing the first consistent understanding of the experimentally observed saturation of the mesoscopic enhancement of the excitonic optical nonlinearity. The presence of the weakly correlated exciton pair states is confirmed convincingly from the good correspondence between theory and experiments on the induced absorption spectra from the exciton state in CuCl nanocrystals. Furthermore, ultrafast relaxation processes of biexcitons are discussed in conjunction with the observed very fast rise of the biexciton gain in nanocrystals. In prospect of future progress in research, the theoretical formulation to calculate the triexciton states as one of the multi-exciton states beyond the biexciton is presented for the first time including the electron-hole exchange interaction. 相似文献

替代数据法作为检验时间序列非线性和混沌的统计方法获得了广泛的应用.由于原替代数据法的零假设为线性高斯过程,可能把线性非高斯过程,特别是非最小相位过程误判为非线性.为了解决这一问题,提出并详细推导了基于功率谱等价的非最小相位序列求逆方法;结合基于高阶累积量的非最小相位自回归滑动平均模型辨识方法,提出了检验序列是否为线性非高斯过程的替代数据生成新算法.仿真算例表明,上述方法成功地克服了原替代数据法的不足.

We investigate the enhanced Kerr nonlinearities in four-level atomic vapors driven by a coupling, probe and microwave fields. Under the optical one-photon and two-photon resonant conditions, the linear and nonlinear responses of the weak probe field can be modified by the cross talk among optical and microwave transitions. Cinnamomum camphora leaf essential oil (CEO) was extracted using enzymatic-ultrasound pretreatment followed by microwave assisted extraction (EUP-MAE) method and simultaneously studied as a mycelial growth inhibitor against five important pathogens which cause potato dry rot. The optimum EUP-MAE conditions with a real CEO yield of 19.23 ± 0.12 mg/g were obtained through Plackett–Burman design and Box–Behnken design as follows: 3 % of enzyme dosage, 2 h of pretreatment time, 5 of pH, 210 W of ultrasound power, 50 °C pretreatment temperature, 16 mL/g of water to solid ratio, 30 min of microwave time and 500 W of microwave power. Compared to the reference methods, EUP-MAE possessed a highest CEO yield than these of ultrasound-microwave assisted extraction (U-MAE) and traditional hydrodistillation (HD). Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC–MS) analysis demonstrated that eucalyptol, camphor, and α-terpineol were the three main constituents of CEO. Results from in vitro antifungal activity assay revealed that the mycelial growths of all the five tested Fusarium solani, Fusarium culmorum, Fusarium trichothecioides, Fusarium sporotrioides, and Fusarium avenaceum were apparently affected by CEO. These findings not only provide a potential paradigm for the separation of plant essential oil, but also guarantee a promising utilization of the CEO for potato protection to control the Fusarium spp. 相似文献
