The chemical composition and potential bioactivities of essential oil from Quercus mongolica bark (EOQMB) were researched for value-added utilization processing by-product. The results of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC–MS) analysis showed that 30 components accounting for 98.42% were identified in EOQMB, with pentadecanoic acid the most abundant compound accounting for 34.90%, which was further confirmed by the Fourier transform infrared observation. EOQMB exerts antioxidant activities, and the IC50 values for scavenging DPPH radical, ABTS radical, and hydroxyl radical were 8.48, 0.77, and 3.54 mg/mL, respectively. The effects of EOQMB on prolonging activated partial thromboplastin time and thrombin time and on decreasing fibrinogen are similar to those of heparin, and the promising anticoagulant activities of EOQMB could be largely contributed by pentadecanoic acid. Herein, the present study uncovered that the waste Q. mongolica bark can serve as a new potential material in pharmaceutical products. 相似文献

Germanium doping in silica can be used as a method for nonlinearity enhancement.Properties of the enhanced nonlinearity in photonic crystal fiber(PCF)with a GeO2-doped core are investigated theoretically by using all-vector finite element method.Numerical result shows that the nonlinear coefficient of PCF is greatly enhanced with increasing doping concentration,furthermore,optimal radius of the doped region should be considered for the desired operating wavelength. 相似文献

针对光纤陀螺温度稳定性低、受环境温度影响参数变化,导致使用精度不高的问题,提出了一种光纤陀螺静态温度综合误差建模补偿方法。综合考虑温度、光纤陀螺标度因数非线性以及零偏漂移的影响,建立了以时间、温度和输入角速率为参量的光纤陀螺静态温度混合模型;采用分类拟合方法确定模型阶次,辨识模型参数;基于温度速率实验,提出迭代补偿算法。实验结果表明,经过综合误差补偿后的光纤陀螺消除了温度和标度因数非线性对其性能的影响,使它在全温度和全速率下的测量精度得到了极大提高,从而证明了该方法的有效性。 相似文献

We propose an arbitrary controlled-unitary(CU) gate and a bidirectional transfer scheme of quantum information(BTQI) for unknown photons.The proposed CU gate utilizes quantum non-demolition photon-number-resolving measurement based on the weak cross-Kerr nonlinearities(XKNLs) and two quantum bus beams;the proposed CU gate consists of consecutive operations of a controlled-path gate and a gathering-path gate.It is almost deterministic and is feasible with current technology when a strong amplitude of the coherent state and weak XKNLs are employed.Compared with the existing optical multi-qubit or controlled gates,which utilize XKNLs and homodyne detectors,the proposed CU gate can increase experimental realization feasibility and enhance robustness against decoherence.According to the CU gate,we present a BTQI scheme in which the two unknown states of photons between two parties(Alice and Bob) are mutually swapped by transferring only a single photon.Consequently,by using the proposed CU gate,it is possible to experimentally implement the BTQI scheme with a certain probability of success. 相似文献

In Fourier transform profilometry (FTP), we must restrain spectrum overlapping caused by the nonlinearity of the charge coupled device (CCD) and increase the measurement accuracy of the object shape. Firstly, the causes of producing higher-order spectrum components and inducing spectrum overlapping are analysed theoretically, and a simple physical explanation and analytical deduction are given. Secondly, aiming to suppress spectrum overlapping and improve measurement accuracy, the influence of spatial carrier frequency of projection grating on them is analysed. A method of increasing the spatial carrier frequency of projection grating to restrain or reduce the spectrum overlapping significantly is proposed. We then analyze the mechanism of how the spectrum overlapping is reduced. Finally, the simulation results and experimental measurements verify the correction of the proposed theory and method. 相似文献
