In the present study, a micellar electrokinetic chromatographic method was used to determine the retention factors of hydrophilic monomeric and homodimeric forms of glutathione analogues. Ionic‐liquid‐based surfactant, 1‐tetradecyl‐3‐methylimidazolium chloride, as well as cetyltrimethylammonium bromide and phosphate buffer (pH 7.4) were employed in the experiments. Since the studied peptides possess a negative charge under physiological conditions, it is expected that the peptides interact with the oppositely charged 1‐tetradecyl‐3‐methylimidazolium chloride and cetyltrimethylammonium bromide micelles via hydrophobically assisted electrostatic forces. The dependence of the retention factor on the micellar concentration of 1‐tetradecyl‐3‐methylimidazolium chloride and cetyltrimethylammonium bromide is nonlinear and the obtained curves converge to a limiting value. The retention factor values of GSH analogues were in the range of 0.36–2.22 for glutathione analogues and –1.21 to 0.37 for glutathione when 1‐tetradecyl‐3‐methylimidazolium chloride was used. When cetyltrimethylammonium bromide was employed, the retention factor values were in the range of 0.27–2.17 for glutathione analogues and –1.22 to 0.06 for glutathione. If sodium dodecyl sulfate was used, the retention factor values of glutathione analogues with carnosine moiety were in the range of –1.54 to 0.38. 相似文献

研发和使用缓控释肥能有效解决普通肥料利用率低以及由于化肥使用过量而引起的环境问题。聚合物包膜型缓控释肥是缓控释肥中的一种,影响其缓释性能的因素如环境因素、包膜厚度、加工工艺等,前人已研究较多。聚合物结构对于缓释性能的影响也很重要,而这方面研究较少。本文主要讨论了聚合物结晶性、分子亲疏水性、分子链柔顺性、交联等结构因素对缓释性能的影响。深入研究聚合物结构对缓释性能的影响有助于缓控释材料的创新;能为聚合物包膜材料的设计、聚合物缓控释肥的研发及生产提供一定的理论依据。 相似文献

以P123(聚环氧乙烷-聚环氧丙烷-聚环氧乙烷三嵌段共聚物)为模板剂,Ce(NO_3)_3为反应原料,通过考察加热方式、加热温度、原料配比等因素,合成了结构性能较好、表面羟基含量较高的介孔CeO_2材料。利用XRD,N_2吸附-脱附,TEM,Raman,FT-IR等技术对合成样品的结构性能进行了表征,结果表明,当P123与Ce(NO_3)_3物质的量之比为1∶10,在110℃水热下合成的CeO_2结构性能最好。以酸性橙7(AO7)为探针分子,对合成介孔CeO_2的光催化性能进行评价。光催化结果证明,由于表面羟基含量较高、介孔及氧缺位的形成,所合成结构性能较好的CeO_2,利用可见光可彻底催化降解溶液中的AO7。 相似文献

以2004-2014年数据为样本,以农机总动力为因变量,以农机购置补贴、农机价格、农机作业服务价格、农户人均纯收入、农产品价格、农业劳动力数量和农作物播种总面积为自变量构建了我国农机需求影响因素的回归方程,向后逐步回归结果表明:(1)除农作物播种总面积、农机作业服务价格、农产品价格之外,其余变量对农机总动力的影响均统计上显著;(2)农机购置补贴、农机价格指数、农户人均纯收入及农业劳动力四个变量对农机需求的弹性系数分别为0.027、-0.004、0.457、0.474。最后根据研究结果提出加大与落实农机购置补贴、规范农机价格、培育新型经营主体、加速土地规范流转等政策建议。 相似文献

Psoraleae Fructus is one of the most popular traditional Chinese medicines. Coumarins, flavonoids, and meroterpenes are the main contributors to the biological activity of Psoraleae Fructus. In this study, a new method for the quality control of Psoraleae Fructus was developed, through the quantitative analysis of multicomponents by single marker with diode array detector. Thirteen components, including psoralenoside, isopsoralenoside, psoralen, isopsoralen, psoralidin, neobavaisoflavone, bavachin, corylin, isobavachalcone, corylifol A, bavachinin, bavachalcone, and bakuchiol were rapidly separated and identified within 12 min by the newly developed method. The feasibility and reliability of this method were corroborated. The method was also compared to the external standard method and detection by corona charged aerosol detector. The results of percent difference (%) and cos (θ) have shown that there were no significant differences observed between the quantitative analysis of multicomponents by single marker and external standard method analyses; psoralen and isopsoralen were undetectable with the corona charged aerosol detector due to their but the sensitivity for all the compounds except bakuchiol detected by corona charged aerosol detector are higher than those obtained by diode array detector. In addition, the newly method developed was applied to the quality evaluation of Chinese patent medicines containing Psoraleae Fructus. 相似文献

A directly‐coupled‐column ultra‐fast liquid chromatography coupled with diode array detection method for the determination of 12 allergenic disperse dyes in river water at sub‐ppb levels has been developed and successfully validated. The analytical method is based on the use of two different reversed‐phased columns connected through a two‐position switching valve. A baseline separation was achieved by proper selection of stationary phases, mobile phases, and the use of a gradient elution in both dimensions. Furthermore, an easy‐to‐handle magnetic solid‐phase extraction procedure was developed for the preconcentration of 12 allergenic disperse dyes from river water. An enrichment factor of 100 times was obtained. The results showed excellent performance in terms of trueness (76.8–99.0%), precision (intraday: 2.2–8.0%, interday: 3.3–8.2%), and sensitivity (limits of determination, 0.027–1.46 μg/L). Twenty real samples collected from the outfalls in the Yaojiang, Yongjiang and Fenghuajiang estuary were analyzed, and three of the studied compounds were found in one collected sample (12.6 μg/L for disperse blue 7, 11.6 μg/L for disperse blue 106, and 0.22 μg/L for disperse blue 3). 相似文献

We demonstrate the ability to determine stress intensity factors in orthotropic materials directly from measured temperatures
away from the crack and using far-field expressions for the stresses. This is advantageous, recognizing that recorded thermoelastic
data can be very unreliable near the tip of a crack. In addition to singular terms that govern in the immediate vicinity of
the crack tip, the present series expressions for the stresses contain higher-order finite terms. Little measured input information
