Powdery mildew is one of the most serious diseases, which has a significant impact on the production of winter wheat. As an effective alternative to traditional sampling methods, remote sensing can be a useful tool in disease detection. This study examines the potential of a moderate resolution multispectral satellite image in disease monitoring at regional scale. At the suburban area around Beijing, a large size ground survey sample (n = 90) and the corresponding HJ-CCD image were acquired at the grain filling stage of winter wheat. A number of spectral features were found to be sensitive to powdery mildew through an independent t-test. Based on these spectral features, classification models were established using both spectral information divergence (SID) and spectral angle mapper (SAM), respectively. The results showed that the overall accuracies of disease identification and severity estimation were moderate. The estimation of normal and seriously infected samples yielded higher accuracies than slightly infected samples. The single phase HJ-CCD can only be used for locating the infected areas of powdery mildew, whereas is unable to discriminate the severity levels of disease. The presence of several stressors and disturbances other than disease is a possible reason of the unsatisfactory performance of disease monitoring models. Therefore, the integration of multi-phase onboard data and some relevant ancillary data is necessary to improve the accuracy and reliability of disease monitoring at regional scale.  相似文献

原麦汁浓度是啤酒生产过程中的一项重要指标。溶液的折射率是其浓度的函数 ,全反射的临界角与其浓度之间有一一对应关系。利用线阵CCD做为高精度探测器件 ,检测全反射临界角的变化 ,可测量溶液的浓度。临界角的变化与电源的波动及光源的强度变化等因素无关 ,并且溶液中的固体颗粒、小气泡等不影响检测精度。研制了一种在线检测原麦汁浓度的测试仪器 ,介绍了仪器的光学结构及数据处理方法。现场测量精度为± 0 1(以浓度表示)  相似文献

The use of dataloggers in food engineering is discussed in two examples. The first example describes the measurement of temperature and humidity in a bulk tank car during transport and unloading. In the case of wheat flour the relative humidity in the air raises from about 80% r.h. to values near 100% r.h. at the air compressors for pneumatical unloading start working. The second example shows the use of the datalogger in education on heat transfer. The device was fixed in an ice cream sample which was placed in a store at –25°C. The measured hardeningtime agrees well to theoretical heat transfer calculation.This revised version was published online in November 2005 with corrections to the Cover Date.  相似文献

The present study was aimed to investigate the variation of stable isotopic ratios of carbon, nitrogen, hydrogen, and oxygen in wheat kernel along with different processed fractions from three geographical origins across 5 years using isotope ratio mass spectrometry (IRMS). Multiway ANOVA revealed significant differences among region, harvest year, processing, and their interactions for all isotopes. The region contributed the major variability in the δ13C ‰, δ2H ‰, δ15N ‰, and δ18O‰ values of wheat. Variation of δ13C ‰, δ15N ‰, and δ18O ‰ between wheat whole kernel and its products (break, reduction, noodles, and cooked noodles) were ?0.7‰, and no significant difference was observed, suggesting the reliability of these isotope fingerprints in geographical traceability of wheat‐processed fractions and foods. A significant influence of wheat processing was observed for δ2H values. By applying linear discriminant analysis (LDA) to the whole dataset, the generated model correctly classified over 91% of the samples according to the geographical origin. The application of these parameters will assist in the development of an analytical control procedure that can be utilized to control the mislabeling regarding geographical origin of wheat kernel and its products.  相似文献

An analytical method for determining seleno‐methionine, methyl‐seleno‐cysteine, and seleno‐cystine in wheat bran was developed and validated. Four different extraction procedures were evaluated to simultaneously extract endogenous free and conjugated seleno‐amino acids in wheat bran in order to select the best extraction protocol in terms of seleno amino acid quantitation. The extracted samples were subjected to a clean‐up by a reversed phase/strong cation exchange solid‐phase extraction and analyzed by chiral hydrophilic interaction liquid chromatography‐tandem mass spectrometry. The optimized extraction protocol was employed to validate the methodology. Process efficiency ranged from 58 to 112% and trueness from 73 to 98%. Limit of detection and limit of quantification were lower than 1 ng/g. Four wheat bran samples were analyzed for both total Se and single seleno‐amino acids determination. The results showed that Se‐ seleno‐methyl‐l selenocysteine was the major seleno‐amino acid in wheat bran while seleno‐methionine and seleno‐cysteine were both minor species.  相似文献

Surface and interfacial properties of water-soluble wheat proteins were investigated and compared with six reference proteins (bovine serum albumin, ovalbumin, β-lactoglobulin, trypsin, cytochrom C and β-amylase). Albumins extracted from wheat flour were separated by the free solution isoelectric focusing. The surface activity at the air/water, dodecane/water interfaces and dilatational rheological behaviour of the adsorbed layers was determined by pendant drop technique. Considerably high surface activity of wheat proteins was found at both interfaces exceeding the corresponding values of most of the reference proteins. Exceptionally, low dilatational moduli (typically  < 10 mN/m) were obtained for wheat fractions in the continuous and the stepwise compression experiments with no age effect (1–20 min) and almost no relaxation. Surface/interfacial activity and rheological properties observed imply that water-soluble wheat proteins are generally characterized by strong hydrophobicity and more flexible molecular structure than the reference proteins.  相似文献

Allelopathic materials inside a tree can produce positive or negative change in the survival, growth, reproduction and behaviour of other organisms if they escape into the environment. To assess these effects, this work was carried out to evaluate the allelopathic impact of Eucalyptus erythrocorys L. on seed germination and seedling growth of two weeds: Sinapis arvensis L. and Phalaris canariensis L.; on one cultivated crop: Triticum durum L. Aqueous; and on ethanolic leaf extracts of E. erythrocorys L. The study was effected using four concentrations (10, 20, 25 and 30 μL/mL) while distilled water was used as a control. The results showed that the E. erythrocorys L. crude extracts had an inhibitory effect on seed germination and seedling growth of both studied weeds and wheat. The inhibition rate was increased by the increase in extract concentration. Only ethanolic extracts of E. erythrocorys L. induced a significant inhibition of seed germination of durum wheat. The effect of E. erythrocorys L. crude extracts was more severe on weeds than on durum wheat. These results indicate that the seedling growth, especially radicle elongation, was the more sensitive indicator to evaluate the effects of extracts than was the seed germination.  相似文献

A series of Zr(SO4)2/SiO2 solid acid catalysts with different Zr(SO4)2 loadings were prepared by water-soluble-impregnation method at room temperature. Then, the prepared catalysts were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy and energy-dispersive X-ray spectrum, X-ray diffraction, adsorption/desorption of N2, and temperature-programmed desorption of NH3. The results showed that the active component Zr(SO4)2 was successfully adhered to the mesoporous SiO2, and the acid amount of Zr(SO4)2/SiO2 increased with the increasing of the Zr(SO4)2 loadings. Finally, the wheat stalk was used as raw material and depolymerized over Zr(SO4)2/SiO2 to produce ethyl levulinate (EL). The reaction mixture was separated and purified by filtration and vacuum distillation. The kinetic characteristics and the reaction pathway were also studied. A comparative study showed that 20 wt.% Zr(SO4)2/SiO2 exhibited higher catalytic activity. When reaction temperature, time, catalyst dosage and Zr(SO4)2 loadings were 190 °C, 50 min, 20 wt.% and 30 wt.%, the EL yield reached a maximum of 17.14%. The relative content of EL exceeded 90% after three steps of distillation.  相似文献
