Solvent trapping reconcentrates volatile components after injection or on-line transfer of large volumes. When an early vapor exit is used, typically after a 5–10 m × 0.53 mm i.d. uncoated precolumn, the solvent trapping process differs from that described previously. The visual experiments and the conclusions drawn therefrom, as described in a previous paper, are supplemented with chromatographic results. They show that even hexane can be quantitatively analyzed in 250 μl of a pentane solution. Injection of a volume of 250 μl by vaporizer/precolumn solvent splitting was used in the analysis of gasoline in drinking water. Conditions for the transfer of a 1000 μl volume can easily be adjusted through detection of the front end of the flooded zone by a thermocouple mounted on the outer wall of the precolumn.  相似文献

A facile method to control the contracting rate of the thermal expansible bars for pulling crystal is first suggested. The thermal expansible bars, set in a modified Dewar flask whose vacuum degree is controlled, are heated to designed temperature and then switch off the power to let it cool down at a desired rate, which depends largely on the changeable vacuum degree. This new approach is expected to completely eliminate the effects, which possibly reduces the smooth extent of thermal expansion, caused by the minor temperature fluctuations during crystal growth process and to realize the utmost smooth and slow pulling rate. It is expected to install this apparatus in optical floating zone furnace, instead of traditional motor, to grow peritectic crystal, such as crystal Bi‐2223, since for the peritectic reaction, in principle, the extremely slow growing rate is considerably essential.  相似文献

航空发动机中的后轴颈锻件一般采用水浸超声纵波直入射方法检测内部缺陷。由于型面结构的问题,在锻件的直筒和锥形段连接区域存在检测盲区。该文针对某型号发动机中的后轴颈锻件,开展了水浸超声检测工艺研究,提出利用小角度纵波覆盖盲区的思路。通过对含有人工缺陷的模拟样件的检测实验,比较了水浸纵波直入射和小角度纵波斜入射两种检测方法对后轴颈连接区域的覆盖能力。结果表明,该文提出的小角度纵波方法,可以有效检测出水浸纵波直入射检测方法无法发现的人工缺陷,消除由结构引起的检测盲区,保障零件的服役安全。  相似文献

Coastally trapped rotational interfacial waves are studied theoretically by using a Lagrangian formulation of fluid motion in a rotating ocean. The waves propagate along the interface between two immiscible inviscid incompressible fluid layers of finite depths and different densities, and are trapped at a straight wall due to the Coriolis force. For layers of finite depth, solutions are sought as series expansions after a small parameter. Comparison is made with the irrotational interfacial Kelvin wave. Both types of waves are identical to first order, having zero vorticity. The second order solution yields a relation between the vorticity and the velocity shear in the wave motion. Requiring that the mean motion in both layers is irrotational, then follows the well-known Stokes drift for interfacial Kelvin waves. On the other hand, if the mean forward drift is identically zero, we obtain the second order vorticity in the Gerstner-type wave. The solutions in both layers for the Gerstner-type interfacial wave are given analytically to second order. It is shown that small density differences and thin upper layers both act to yield a shape of the material interfacial with broader crests and sharper troughs. These effects also tend to make the particle trajectories at the interface in both layers become distorted ellipses which are flatter on the upper side. It is concluded that the effect of air excludes the possibility of observing the exact Gerstner wave in deep water.  相似文献

针对铁路道床有砟-无砟过渡段的结构特点,采用离散元-有限元耦合模型分析散体道砟和无砟道床间过渡段的动力特性。散体道砟道床和无砟道床分别采用离散元方法 DEM和有限元方法 FEM模拟,而在过渡段将道砟颗粒嵌入无砟道床以增加道砟颗粒与无砟道床间的咬合力,并在离散元和有限元耦合区域实现了力学参数的传递。采用以上DEM-FEM耦合方法对有砟-无砟道床及其过渡段在列车荷载作用下的沉降过程进行了数值分析。计算结果表明,离散元方法中道砟颗粒间的力链呈现非对称梯形分布,其与有限元方法中的应力分布趋势一致;采用嵌入式道砟颗粒的方法可以增加有砟-无砟过渡段道砟间的咬合力,有效约束道砟颗粒的位移,减少有砟-无砟道床间的沉降差异。本文计算模型可以合理地分析有砟道床的力链分布以及无砟道床的应力分布,确定列车荷载下道床有砟-无砟过渡段的动力学行为。  相似文献

浮区法因具有无坩埚接触污染的生长优点而成为生长高完整性和高均匀性单晶材料的重要技术.但熔体中存在的毛细对流会给浮区法晶体生长带来极大挑战,这是由于对流的不稳定会导致晶体微观瑕疵的产生和宏观条纹等缺陷的形成.为了提高浮区法生长单晶材料的品质,研究浮区法晶体生长中毛细对流特性及如何控制其不稳定性显得尤为重要.本文采用数值模拟的方法对半浮区液桥内SixGe1-x体系中存在的热质毛细对流展开研究并施加旋转磁场对其进行控制.结果表明:纯溶质毛细对流表现为二维轴对称模式,温度场主要由热扩散作用决定,而浓度场则由对流和溶质扩散共同支配;纯热毛细对流呈现三维稳态非轴对称流动,浓度分布与熔体内热毛细对流的流向密切相关,等温线在对流较大的区域发生弯曲;耦合溶质与热毛细对流则为三维周期性旋转振荡流.施加旋转磁场后,熔体周向速度沿径向向外增大,熔体内浓度场和流场均呈现二维轴对称分布.  相似文献

An experimental study is conducted on the corona characteristics under lightning impulses. The charge-voltage characteristics, i. e. the Q-U curves, are measured in a corona cage. The impulse waveshapes are varied to investigate their influence on the Q-U curves. Meanwhile, a corona model is proposed to compute the Q-U curves. The ionized zone is simplified as a cylindrosymmetric geometry and a one-dimensional subdivision is made in the radial direction. The Q-U curves can be given by performing an efficient computational procedure. The computed results are compared with the measured ones to check the validity of the model.  相似文献

Magnesium ammonium phosphate (MAP) crystallization could be utilized for the recovery of phosphorus from wastewater. However, the effectiveness of the recovery is largely determined by the crystallization process, which is very hard to be directly observed. As a result, a specific ultrasonic device was designed to investigate the crystallization characteristics of MAP under various ultrasonic conditions. The results demonstrated that the metastable zone width (MZW) narrowed along with the rising of the ultrasonic power. Similarly, for the 6 mM MAP solution, with the ultrasonic power gradually enhanced from 0 W to 400 W, the induction time was shortened from 340 s to 38 s. Meanwhile, the crystallization rate was accelerated till the power reached 350 W, and then remained a constant value. It can be observed from the scanning electron microscopy (SEM), the MAP crystal became bigger in size as well as the crystal size distribution (CSD) became broad and uneven, with the increase of ultrasonic power. The results indicate that the crystallization process enhanced by power ultrasound could be used as an effective method to eliminate and recover the phosphorus from wastewater.  相似文献

Bingham(宾汉)模型情况下,多采用通用公式进行圆管层流压降的解析计算,即将Bingham模型本构方程代入粘性流体圆管层流流动通用公式进行计算,仅能得到压降的解析解.新方法结合Bingham流体本构方程与运动方程,建立有关力学平衡方程,并运用代数方程的根式解理论对圆管层流流动时的非线性方程进行求解,可直接求得Bingham流体圆管层流压降及速度流核区半径的解析解,进一步可求得圆管层流速度解析解;Bingham流体圆管层流速度的直接影响因素为流量、塑性粘度和屈服值,研究发现速度流核宽度与屈服值成正比,与流量及塑性粘度成反比,且流核的宽度越大,流核区的速度越小.  相似文献

对汶川地震断裂带深溪沟出露的基岩错动面两侧岩脉中的石英矿物进行了拉曼谱峰测定,并根据所测石英的464 cm-1拉曼谱峰向高波数的偏移量估算了断裂带中的压应力分布。测试结果表明,错动面附近岩脉中石英的464 cm-1拉曼谱峰向高波数偏移量为3.29 cm-1,相应的压应力值为368.63 MPa,明显低于错动面两侧应力积累,这可能是由于错动面的多次活动导致了应力不断得到释放。断裂南东盘(下盘)远离错动面,岩脉中石英的464 cm-1拉曼谱峰向高波数偏移量具有增加的趋势,相应的应力积累也逐渐增强,距错动面21 m处的石英样品的464 cm-1拉曼谱峰向高波数偏移4.40 cm-1,相应压应力可达到494.77 MPa。剖面北西盘(上盘)在距错动面10 m处,样品464 cm-1拉曼谱峰的偏移量达到最大值,相应的应力积累为519.87 MPa,其后远离错动面应力积累开始减弱,在北西盘17 m处,应力积累骤然下降至400.37 MPa。在西北盘距错动面27 m处,岩脉石英的464 cm-1拉曼谱峰向高波数偏移量下降至3.21 cm-1,应力已经减弱到359.59 MPa,这可能是由于该处位于断裂带的边缘,远离错动面,受到了较小的断层活动的影响。因此,汶川地震断裂带内的应力虽然得到部分释放,但剩余的应力分布并不均匀,而且在局部还存在较高的应力积累,这反应了断裂带中岩石的力学性质在空间上具有不均匀性。  相似文献
