Bingham(宾汉)模型情况下,多采用通用公式进行圆管层流压降的解析计算,即将Bingham模型本构方程代入粘性流体圆管层流流动通用公式进行计算,仅能得到压降的解析解.新方法结合Bingham流体本构方程与运动方程,建立有关力学平衡方程,并运用代数方程的根式解理论对圆管层流流动时的非线性方程进行求解,可直接求得Bingham流体圆管层流压降及速度流核区半径的解析解,进一步可求得圆管层流速度解析解;Bingham流体圆管层流速度的直接影响因素为流量、塑性粘度和屈服值,研究发现速度流核宽度与屈服值成正比,与流量及塑性粘度成反比,且流核的宽度越大,流核区的速度越小. 相似文献

对HDPE平板状注塑件的冷却过程进行了数值模拟 .基于小分子结晶性物质的冷却模型 ,建立了固相、液相及固液相界面的控制方程 ,方程中引入热焓E和参数T 后 ,将带耦合条件的热传导方程转变为非线性抛物型方程 ,按控制容积法将其离散后 ,用数学软件Matlab获得了PE的三维温度场 ,这为探讨带相转变的热传导问题提供了一种有效的数值方法 .通过对制件芯层温度变化的模拟值与实验值的比较 ,比较了不同相变温度下理论结果的准确性 ,结果表明 ,在引入一定过冷度后 ,将相变温度定义在低于平衡熔点以下时 ,该方法的模拟值具有更好的准确性 .同时 ,模型分析了不同工艺条件对制件芯层冷却过程的影响 ,通过相变平台出现的先后以及终止时间的不同 ,说明充模温度主要影响熔体阶段的冷却以及相变出现的先后 ,而模具温度主要影响固体阶段的冷却以及相变平台终止的先后 . 相似文献

In this paper we prove first the existence and uniqueness results for the weak solution, to the
stationary equations for Bingham fluid in a three dimensional bounded domain
with Fourier and Tresca boundary condition; then we study the asymptotic
analysis when one dimension of the fluid domain tends to zero. The strong
convergence of the velocity is proved, and a specific Reynolds limit equation

针对基于磁流变液阻尼器的半主动控制系统中存在的时滞问题, 采用了一种将可控的时滞变量引入半主动控制切换条件的控制策略, 研究了考虑时滞的天棚阻尼控制切换条件对半主动阻尼减振系统的影响, 分析了含有分数阶Bingham模型的线性刚度系统在基础激励下的振动特性. 利用平均法得到了系统在含时滞半主动控制策略下主共振响应的近似解析解, 根据Lyapunov理论分析了系统的稳定性. 通过数值解验证了近似解析解的准确性, 二者具有较好的一致性. 利用近似解析解分析了固定激励频率下时滞对系统幅频响应特性的影响, 以及主共振峰值响应和共振频率随时滞变化的特性规律. 结果表明, 含时滞的半主动控制系统存在一个小时滞区间, 使得系统的振幅在主共振峰对应的频率附近低于不考虑时滞时系统的振幅, 且存在最优时滞使得系统的振幅大幅度降低; 而大时滞的引入会加剧系统的振动, 导致系统的颤振. 确定了基于分数阶Bingham模型的线性刚度系统在天棚阻尼半主动控制下的时滞选取原则, 为振动系统半主动阻尼控制中的时滞选取提供了参考. 相似文献

This paper presents an approach to computing the shear flow curve from torque–rotational velocity data in a Couette rheometer. The approximation techniques in shear rate calculation are generally dictated by the radius ratio between coaxial cylinders and the rheological behaviour of fluid tested. Here, the approach consists in analysing the sheared material as a Bingham fluid and computing an average shear rate when the fluid in the cylindrical gap is partially and fully sheared. We focus in particular on the applicability of the Bingham approximation in shear rate calculation. First, the approach is assessed by examining synthetic data generated with Newtonian, non-Newtonian and yield stress materials with known properties, varying the gap radius ratio. The results, which are compared with commonly used techniques in shear rate calculation, prove the relevance of the proposed approach. Finally, its efficiency is examined by applying it to process Couette data of yield stress fluids taken from published works. 相似文献

In the present study we propose a new version of the lattice-Boltzmann (LB) method for the simulation of flow of yield-stress liquids. Unlike traditional LB methods, collisions are treated implicitly, i.e., the collision term is chosen in such a way that the stress and strain rate tensors satisfy the constitutive equation after the collision. This approach requires the solution of a (one-dimensional) non-linear algebraic equation at each point and at each time step. In the practically important cases of a Bingham liquid this equation can be solved analytically. We calculated the flow of Bingham fluid through a channel and periodic mesh of cylinders. 相似文献

Twist-storing polymers respond with elastic energy penalty to coherent or random twisting along the local chain axis away
from its equilibrium, which can be straight (as in “ribbons”) or helical (as in DNA and other biopolymers). Here we study
the equilibrium conformation of such polymers, focusing on the thermodynamic balance between twist and writhe, resulting from
the competition between the random coil entropy and the potential energy stored in superhelical portions of the polymer chain.
Two macroscopic variables characterise such a chain, the end-to-end distance R and the link number Lk, which is a topological invariant of a given polymer with clamped ends. We find that with increasing link number Lk, the chain accommodates its excess twist in growing plectonemes, unless forced out of this state by stretching its end-to-end
distance R. We calculate the force-extension relation, which exhibits crossovers between different deformation regimes.

It has been shown over the last few years that the dynamics close to the glass transition is strongly heterogeneous, both
by measuring the diffusion coefficient of tagged particles or by NMR studies. Recent experiments have also demonstrated that
the glass transition temperature of thin polymer films can be shifted as compared to the same polymer in the bulk. We propose
here first a thermodynamical model for van der Waals liquids, which accounts for experimental results regarding the bulk modulus
of polymer melts and the evolution of the density with temperature. This model allows us to describe the density fluctuations
in such van der Waals liquids. Then, by considering the thermally induced density fluctuations in the bulk, we propose that
the 3D glass transition is controlled by the percolation of small domains of slow dynamics, which allows to explain the heterogeneous
dynamics close to T
g. We show then that these domains percolate at a lower temperature in the quasi-2D case of thin suspended polymer films and
we calculate the corresponding glass transition temperature reduction, in quantitative agreement with experimental results
of Jones and co-workers. In the case of strongly adsorbed films, we show that the strong adsorption amounts to enhance the
slow domains percolation. This effect leads to 1) a broadening of the glass transition and 2) an increase of T
g in quantitative agreement with experimental results. For both strongly and weakly adsorbed films, the shift in T
g is given by a power law, the exponent being the inverse of that of the correlation length of 3D percolation.

总结了稀土有机螯合物结构与发光性能的关系:配体最低三重态能级与稀土离子激发态能级的匹配是中心稀土离子能否发光的主要因素;螯合物结构的平面性和刚性是中心离子发光效率高低的重要因素;适宜的第二配体的加入一般导致螯合物分子刚性和稳定性增高,因而有利于能量的传递,致使中心离子发光效率增高,但也不能忽视第二配体加入所引起光能的吸收和能量传递过程的竞争;配体的耐热,耐辐射性是配合物能否作为材料的必要因素,自行设计,合成了5类25种新的有机配体及其相应的二元,三元稀土螯合物,研究了这些螯合物的配位性质,发光性能,发光与结构关系及发光机制。提出并发展了稀土离子发光和电子振动光谱作为配合物和生物分子结构探针的两种新的方法。将稀土-β-二酮的发光螯合物与树脂制成荧光塑料;利用铕和铽螯合物的发光和免疫反应,检测了体液中生物活性物质的含量,证实以稀土离子替代放射性同位素作为标记物,有希望替代放射免疫分析方法,成为常规的临床检验方法,利用Tb^3 荧光检测了植物中生长激素的含量。 相似文献
