N-Substituted Corroles: A Novel Class of Chiral Ligands

Although known for almost 35 years , N-substituted corroles have only now been recognized as being chiral. Several examples of these species were prepared in a facile two-step synthesis and separated into their enantiomers by HPLC. The zinc(II ) complex of the corrole shown schematically was also synthesized.     

Stereocontrolled Synthesis of (−)-5,11-Dideoxytetrodotoxin

New derivatives of an intriguing marine natural product are now accessible. The first asymmetric synthesis of the simple tetrodotoxin analogue, 5,11-dideoxytetrodotoxin ( 3 ), was achieved. Hydroxylation at position C8 of the key intermediate 1 relied on the neighboring trichloroacetamide group, and stereoselective elaboration of the vinyl group gave α-hydroxylactone 2 , which was transformed into the title compound through a new guanidylation method.     

Total Synthesis of (+)-Lactacystin

A double stereodifferentiating crotylation between aldehyde 1 and silane (S)- 2 to afford homoallylic alcohol 3 is the key diastereoselective step (anti:syn >30:1) in an efficient asymmetric synthesis of (+)-lactacystin. This compound is a metabolite isolated from Streptomyces sp. OM-6519 that exhibits significant neurotrophic activity. An additional important step in the synthesis is a catalytic asymmetric aminohydroxylation used as the key step in the synthesis of the (2R,3S)-hydroxyleucine synthon.     

光学活性C3合成子的不对称合成及应用

叙述了光学活性甘油醇及其衍生物等手性Ｃ３合成的合成方法,以及这些手性化合物在不对称有机合成中的应用,参考文献２４篇。     

不同金属负载对Cr/Al2O3-TiO2催化剂结构及氧化NO性能的影响

采用溶胶-凝胶法和浸渍法制备Cr/Al_2O_3-TiO_2催化剂,在考察不同Cr负载量的基础上,研究不同金属负载与焙烧温度对Cr/Al_2O_3-TiO_2催化剂结构与性能影响。程序升温氧化(TPO)结果表明,当Cr负载量为10%(w/w)时具有较好的催化活性;不同金属负载Cr/Al_2O_3-TiO_2时,负载Co及在焙烧温度为550℃时催化剂具有较好的活性。通过程序升温还原(H_2-TPR)表征发现,Co的负载使催化剂的低温氧化还原能力逐渐提高,表明Co-Cr具有较好的协同催化作用。X射线光电子能谱(XPS)表征表明,Co增加了Cr~(6+)和表面吸附氧(O_β)含量,随着焙烧温度的升高(450～550℃),晶格氧不断向催化剂表面流动,表面化学吸附氧O_β比例逐渐增加,导致催化活性不断升高,说明Cr~(6+)和O_β是催化氧化NO的重要活性物种。     

(1S, 2S)-DPEN修饰的负载型钌-铑双金属催化剂催化苯乙酮及其衍生物的不对称加氢

制备了以三苯基膦(PPh3)作为助剂的Ru-Rh/γ-Al2O3 催化剂, 在氢氧化钾的异丙醇溶液中, 用(1S, 2S)-DPEN [(1S, 2S)-1,2-diphenylethane-1,2-diamine]作手性修饰剂对苯乙酮及其衍生物进行不对称催化加氢, 此催化剂表现出较高的催化活性和良好的对映选择性. 优化反应条件, 苯乙酮、乙基苯基酮和异丙基苯基酮的转化率分别达到92.5%, 95.9%, 100%, 生成(R)-构型产物的ee值分别达到79.6%、81.2%和81.4%.     

Enantioselective synthesis of 10-allylanthrones via iridium-catalyzed allylic substitution reaction

A highly enantioselective allylic substitution reaction of anthrones with aromatic or aliphatic allyl carbonates was realized by using iridium catalyst prepared from [Ir(COD)Cl]₂ and BHPphos. Substituted 10-allylanthrones were obtained in excellent yields and with excellent enantioselectivity and regioselectivity (up to 98% yield, 99% ee) under mild conditions.     

TiO2负载Cu-Mn复合氧化物催化燃烧正己醛

通过调控Cu负载量及Cu/Mn原子比,探究其对TiO₂负载Cu-Mn复合氧化物(Cu_xMn_y/TiO₂)催化材料中活性组分间相互作用的影响,结果表明,铜负载量为15% (w,质量分数)和Cu/Mn原子比为1 : 1时有利于类铜锰尖晶石相Cu_1.5Mn_1.5O₄的形成,随着Cu负载量的增加促使氧物种从晶格氧向表面吸附氧转移。复合催化材料中铜负载量的变化及Cu/Mn原子比对活性组分和催化活性间的相互作用影响显著。结果发现Cu₁₅Mn₁₅/TiO₂在225 ℃时使正己醛转化率达到90% (T₉₀),材料良好的性能归因于其具有较高的Cu²⁺与O_ads含量,并可与Mn²⁺实现双还原氧化过程。结果表明,Cu₁₅Mn₁₅/TiO₂复合材料中的类铜锰尖晶石活性组分可完成redox循环,以保持催化材料较高的稳定性。     

Mechanical and thermal properties of Acacia leucophloea fiber/epoxy composites: Influence of fiber loading and alkali treatment

In this work, the influence of fiber content and alkali treatment on the mechanical and thermal properties of Acacia leucophloea fiber-reinforced epoxy composites was studied. Ten composite samples were fabricated by varying fiber content (5, 10, 15, 20, and 25 wt%); both untreated and treated fiber were soaked in a 5% NaOH solution for 45 min by using hand-layup method. The composite reinforced with 20 wt% treated fiber content exhibited better mechanical properties and thermal properties. Fourier transform infrared analysis, morphological analysis by atomic force microscope, and scanning electron microscope of composites were also performed.
