Numerical results for the density and current correlation functions in dense hard-sphere fluids are obtained from a kinetic equation which is the extension of the linearized Enskog equation to finite wavelengths in order to demonstrate the convergence of the method of solution. The spherical-model limitn of then-vector model in a random field, with either a statistically independent distribution or with long-range correlated random fields, is studied to demonstrate the correctness of the replica method in which then and replica limits limits are interchanged, provided the replica and thermodynamic limits are taken in the right order, in the case of long-range correlated random fields. The propagation of phonons in one-dimensional quasicrystals is investigated. We use the projection method which has been recently proposed to generate almost periodic tilings of the line. We define a natural Laplace operator on these structures, which models phonon (and also tight-binding electron) propagation. The selfsimilarity properties of the spectrum are discussed, as well as some characteristic features of the eigenstates, which are neither extended nor localized. New expressions for the elastic moduli of a classical system are derived. They involve only the two-point correlation function and the derivative of the onepoint correlation function, both only on the boundary of the system. I discuss in detail the result that the Bell’s inequalities derived in the context of local hidden variable theories for discrete
quantized observables can be satisfied only if a fundamental conservation law is violated on the average. This result shows
that such theories are physically nonviable, and makes the demarcating criteria of the Bell’s inequalities redundant. I show
that a unique correlation function can be derived from the validity of the conservation law alone and this coincides with
the quantum mechanical correlation function. Thus, any theory with a different correlation function, like any local hidden
variable theory, is incompatible with the fundamental conservation laws and space-time symmetries. The results are discussed
in the context of two-particle singlet and triplet states, GHZ states, and two-particle double slit interferometry. Some observations

The Coulomb effect in high energy antiproton-nucleus elastic and inelastic
scattering from 12C and
16O is studied in the framework of Glauber multiple
scattering theory for five kinetic energies ranged from 0.23 to 1.83 GeV. A microscopic shell-model nuclear wave functions, Woods-Saxon single-particle wave functions, and experimental
pN amplitudes are used in the calculations. The results show that
the Coulomb effect is of paramount importance for filling up the dips of differential cross sections. We claim that the present result for inelastic scattering of
antiproton-12C is sufficiently reliable to be a guide for measurements in the very
near future. We also believe that antiproton nucleus elastic and inelastic scattering
may produce new information on both the nuclear structure and the antinucleon-nucleon interaction, in particular the
