电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定中药方剂煎煮液中的微量元素

本文采用HNO3－H2O2对中药方剂煎煮液进行处理，拟定了电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法同时测定试样中12个微量元素的方法，选择了仪器的最佳工作条件，考察了基本效应的影响。在选定条件下，12个微量元素的检出限为0．10－5．0ng/g，相对标准偏差为0.10%-9.5%(n=10),加标回收率为85％－103％。该方法简单、快速，已用于大量样品的检测，分析结果满意。

A FUNDAMENTAL SOLUTION FOR THE LAPLACE OPERATOR ON THE QUATERNIONIC HEISENBERG GROUP

In this paper, the author studies the Laplace operator on the quaternionic Heisenberg group, construct a fundamental solution for it and use this solution to prove the Lp-boundedness and the weak (1-1) boundedness of certain singular convolution operators on the quaternionic Heisenberg group.     

Integral Inequalities and Global Solutions of Semilinear Evolution Equations

A criterion for the nonexplosion of solutions to semilinear evolution equations on Banach spaces is proved. The result is obtained by applying a modification of the Bihari type inequality to the case of a weakly singular nonlinear integral inequality.

Finite Element Solution of Conical Diffraction Problems

This paper is devoted to the numerical study of diffraction by periodic structures of plane waves under oblique incidence. For this situation Maxwell's equations can be reduced to a system of two Helmholtz equations in R ² coupled via quasiperiodic transmission conditions on the piecewise smooth interfaces between different materials. The numerical analysis is based on a strongly elliptic variational formulation of the differential problem in a bounded periodic cell involving nonlocal boundary operators. We obtain existence and uniqueness results for discrete solutions and provide the corresponding error analysis.

Monte Carlo study of interfacial silicon suboxide layers and oxidation kinetics

A simple simulation scheme that simultaneously describes the growth kinetics of SiO₂ films at the nanometer scale and the SiO_x/Si interface dynamics (its extent, and spatial/temporal evolution) is presented. The simulation successfully applies to experimental data in the region above and below 10 nm, reproduces the Deal and Grove linear-parabolic law and the oxide growth rate enhancement in the very thin film regime (the so-called anomalous region). According to the simulation, the oxidation is governed mainly by two processes: (a) the formation of a transition suboxide layer and (b) its subsequent drift towards the silicon bulk. We found that it is the superposition of these two processes that produces the crossover from the anomalous oxidation region behavior to the linear-parabolic law.     

A stability of the steady flow of compressible viscous fluid with respect to initial disturbance (v∞ ≠ 0)

We consider a compressible viscous fluid with the velocity at infinity equal to a strictly non‐zero constant vector in ?³. Under the assumptions on the smallness of the external force and velocity at infinity, Novotny–Padula (Math. Ann. 1997; 308 :439– 489) proved the existence and uniqueness of steady flow in the class of functions possessing some pointwise decay. In this paper, we study stability of the steady flow with respect to the initial disturbance. We proved that if H³‐norm of the initial disturbance is small enough, then the solution to the non‐stationary problem exists uniquely and globally in time, which satisfies a uniform estimate on prescribed velocity at infinity and converges to the steady flow in L_q‐norm for any number q? 2. 用于白光LED的高亮度蓝白色荧光粉Ca2SiO3Cl2：Eu2+的发光性质

采用固相法在较低温度下合成了Eu²⁺激活的Ca₂SiO₃Cl₂高亮度蓝白色发光材料,并对其发光性质进行了研究。其发射光谱由两个谱带组成,峰值分别位于420,498nm处,归结为Ca₂SiO₃Cl₂晶体中占据两种不同Ca²⁺格位的Eu²⁺离子的5d→4f跃迁发射。改变Eu²⁺浓度,可以使样品的发光在蓝白色和绿白色之间变化。当Eu²⁺浓度为0.005mol^-1时,样品呈现很亮的蓝白色发光。两个发射峰的激发光谱均分布在250~410nm的波长范围内,峰值分别位于333,369nm处。Ca₂SiO₃Cl₂:Eu²⁺可被InGaN管芯产生的近紫外辐射有效激发,是一种性能良好的白光LED用单一基质蓝白色荧光粉。
