急性力竭运动对大鼠下丘脑氨基酸神经递质的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
用激光诱导荧光检测的高效毛细管电泳结合微透析技术测定急性力竭运动前后的大鼠下丘脑区细胞外液中的氨基酸神经递质的含量. 实验结果表明, 急性力竭运动后大鼠下丘脑区的细胞外液中的6种氨基酸(精氨酸、甘氨酸、赖氨酸、谷氨酸、丙氨酸、γ-氨基丁酸)有统计意义的增加, 这一结果显示了下丘脑区的氨基酸在应激过程中很可能起着重要的作用.   相似文献

The liquid-phase partial oxidation of propane in the presence of the Fen+/H2O2 Fenton system at 70℃ and 1.4 atm on silica supported Nafion catalysts has been investigated. The reaction proceeds via a radical reaction path the efficiency of which is improved by silica-supported Nafion catalysts. Because of the direct relationship between reaction rate and concentration of sulphonic acid sites of Nafion catalysts, it is inferred that the active phase enahnces the kinetics of propane conversion by promoting the rate of active radicals generation.  相似文献

The catalytic properties of several supported metal catalysts on different carriers were studied in the partial oxidation of methane (POM) to syngas. In our experiment, supported noble metal catalysts exhibited better performance than the other supported transition metal catalysts. The catalyst performances were significantly influenced by the d-electron configuration of the active metal components and the dispersion of active metal components on the support. A catalyst with a moderate number of unpaired electrons in the d-orbital of the active metal support without obvious acidity or redox activity (e.g. MgO) was suitable for POM performance. The Rh/SiO2 catalyst was the best in the POM reaction, among those investigated. Reaction conditions apparently also affected the POM performance of the catalyst. The conversion of methane and the selectivity for CO increased with the reaction temperature, and a high CH4/O2 ratio was not beneficial for POM performance.  相似文献

测试了二元和多元溶剂组分的1,3-二氧戊环基LiCF3SO3电解液的粘度、离子电导率和单质硫的溶解度. 研究结果表明, 由较强的给电子能力溶剂组成的低粘度电解液较容易提高单质硫的氧化还原反应活性和可逆性能, 有利于提高单质硫在2.10 V附近的低放电平台电位和放电比容量. DOL-DME LiCF3SO3电解液能够较好地改善单质硫电极的表面钝化层结构, 促进电活性物质离子扩散和降低界面电荷传递阻抗, 从而表现出很好的放电倍率特性. 在室温下充放电流密度分别为0.1和0.2 mA/cm2时, 单质硫的首次放电比容量为792 mA·h/g, 第29次放电比容量达到412 mA·h/g.  相似文献

One of the main goals for developing the C1 chemical industry is the direct conversion of methane and carbon dioxide to useful products. To realize this goal, researches on new catalytic systems are being globally focused. The exploration has been evolved from traditional heterogeneous catalysis into homogeneous catalysis. Coordinate complexes, biochemical and bionics, and photo- and electrochemical catalysis have been extensively studied in recent years. Tests in laboratories have verified for the direct conversion of CH4 to CH3OH that single-pass converstion of CH4 can reach over 70% in both Hg(II) salt and Pt(II) complex systems. The main problem of these systems is the obstacles involving reaction kinetics, so they must be solved before moving to pilot tests. Other catalytic systems discussed in the present article include explorations in the early stage. 比较了磺基水杨酸和无水甲醇沉淀人血清中蛋白质的效果,优化了国产732型阳离子交换树脂进行固相萃取净化的条件和Dionex-600离子色谱分析系统的梯度淋洗条件。用该离子色谱仪检测了谷氨酰胺等14种氨基酸,结果表明,峰面积-浓度的校正曲线的相关系数为0.9900~0.9995,检出限为0.02~0.59mg/L;峰面积的相对标准偏差为1.9%~10.4%;回收率为80.6%~114.8%。  相似文献

利用全实加关联的方法计算类锂体系(Z=11~20) 1s23p-1s2nd(4≤n≤9)的跃迁能, 将相对论效应(电子动能的相对论修正,Darwin项,电子电子接触项以及轨道轨道相互作用)和质量极化效应作为微扰,计算了它们对体系能量的修正.计算得到的结果,与现有的实验数据比较,结果符合得很好.依据量子亏损理论,确定Rydberg系列1s2nd的量子数亏损,由此实现对任意激发态(n≥10)能量的理论预言.  相似文献

由于锂铅合金因具有高增殖比、低活泼性和可能作为冷却剂的特点,被认为是最有潜力的能源堆包层氚增殖材料。在理论模型描述熔融锂铅合金氚释放行为的基础上,开展了中子辐照后Li17Pb83合金的离线氚释放实验。结果表明: 释放氚的化学形式99%以上为难溶于水的成分(HT或T2); 氚滞留时间随载气中氢分压的增加而减小,氢分压达到1000 Pa后变为常数,且与实体积无关;氚释放速率对温度的依赖性符合Arrhenius定律。以此为基础得到的氚在熔融锂铅中的动力学参数结果,虽与文献值有差异,但同样证明了在633—973 K的范围内, 氚从液态锂铅到气相的整个释放过程中起决定作用的是氚在合金内的扩散和气\|液界面的多相反应重组。Lithium\|lead alloy is considered to be one of the most prominent tritium breeding materials for the fusion reactor blanket because of its high breeding ratio, and low reactivity and possible use as coolant. An out\|of\|pile experiment of tritium release from Li17Pb83 alloy was performed after neutron irradiation on the base of mathematical model to describe tritium release behavior from an eutectic lithium\|lead alloy. The results suggest that the dominant chemical form of the released tritium (>99%) was the water\| insoluble component (HT or T2). Tritium residence time decreased with increasing H2pressure in carrier gas up to 1000 Pa, and above this concentration limit it became constant and not influenced by the plenum volume. The temperature dependence of the tritium release rate can be described by an Arrhenius law. Consequently, the present results on the kinetic parameters of tritium in molten Li17Pb83alloy are considered to be different from the values in literature, but it is the same that the overall release process is governed by the diffusion of tritium atoms in the Li17Pb83and by the heterogeneous reaction at the gas\|eutectic interface of the tritium atom recombination at temperatures from 633 to 973 K.  相似文献
