一种新型的电容式角度位移测量仪

本文设计了一种新型的可以测量角度以及位移的变极板正对面积式的差动电容测量仪。其中电容部分是由四块内极板以及一块外极板按照一定的方式安装形成的。当测量仪进行角度位移测量时，待测物体带动外极板旋转平移，外极板与四块内极板所形成电容的电容值发生变化；之后利用差动电容测量电路对这一变化进行测量，进而得出测量电路输出与电容值变化的关系，从而得到角度和位移的变化量，实现角度和位移的测量。     

钕玻璃的温敏特性及光纤温度传感器

本文从理论上通过对钕玻璃中Nd～(3+)离子光吸收特性的分析,阐明了其光吸收对温度依从性的原因.在实验中,试制了几种不同类型的钕玻璃光纤温度传感探头.对Nd～(3+)离子光吸收的温度特性进行了验证,其结果和理论分析相一致,实验表明钕玻璃是一种性能良好的光纤温敏传感材料.     

Focusing Properties of Fractal Zone Plates with Variable Lacunarity：Experimental Studies Based on Liquid Crystal on Silicon

The focusing properties of fractal zone plates （FZPs） with different structure parameters are studied experimentally. The axial irradiance of FZPs is deduced at n=4. The experimental results are in good agreement with the theoretical prediction. A method to fabricate FZPs with variable structure parameters is mentioned, and the liquid-crystal-on-silicon device is used to implement this experiment. The experimental results indicate that the focal depth of lower order FZPs is larger than that of higher order FZPs.     

Complete Band-Gap in Two-Dimensional Quasiperiod Photonic Crystals with Hollow Cylinders

The transmission properties of quasiperiodic photonic crystals (QPCs) based on the random square-triangle tiling system are investigated by the multiple scattering method. The hollow cylinders are introduced in our calculation. It is found that QPCs with hollow cylinders also possess a complete band gap common to s- and p-polarized waves when the inner radius of hollow cylinders is larger than a certain value. The QPCs possessing the complete band gap can be applied to the fields of light emitting, wave-guides, optical filters, high-Q resonators and antennas.

新的压电薄膜——Ta2O5

据报道,日本Yasuhiko Nakagawa和Yasuo Gomi用磁控反应直流二极管溅射法将Ta_2O_5,沉积在石英基片上,得到了单晶薄膜,并且首次观察到了这种薄膜的压电现象.用叉指换能器在Ta_2O_5薄膜上成功地激发了声表面波.在Ta_2O_5/熔石英基片上,当薄膜厚度h在hk(=2πh/λ)=1.0时,其机电耦合系数k~2=0.5％,它可与熔石英基片上ZnO薄膜的机电耦合系数相比拟. 利用Ta_2O_5单晶的X射线衍射数据,推断出Ta_2O_5     

晶体衍射的非完整赝Kossel线利用

在发散束X射线晶体衍射中,大量出现的非完整赝Kossel线通常是无用的。利用双元素辐射方法可从这些不完整的线条获取晶面间距、晶面倾角、底片位移等信息,从而能从一次实验的衍射花样上同时完成衍射指标化、单晶定向和点阵常数的精密测定。 关键词：
