激光间接驱动聚变柱菜腔靶内壁光斑参数计算

用几何光学计算了柱形腔壁上的激光光斑参数，包括光斑的位置、形状、大小以及光斑内的光强分布，同时还计算了在激光注入孔的光斑参数，这对分析靶丸的初始辐射均匀性、确定腔壁上的辐照强度大小民能否将激光有效地注入腔内都是非常重要的。     

介质中的核子–孩子碰撞截面及其对原子核反应总截面的影响

给出了一个在较大能量范围内描述介质中核子-核子碰撞截面的计算公式,并结合微观修正的Glauber模型,研究了介质效应对原子核反应总截面的影响.     

A comparative study of electroluminescence from Ge／SiO2 and Si／SiO2 films

Ge/SiO_2 and Si/SiO_2 films were deposited using the two-target alternation magnetron sputtering technique. The Au/Ge/SiO_2/p-Si and Au/Si/SiO_2/p-Si structures were fabricated and their electroluminescence (EL) characteristics were comparatively studied. Both Au/Ge/SiO_2/p-Si and Au/Si/SiO_2/p-Si structures have rectifying property. All the EL spectra from the two types of the structure have peak positions around 650－660 nm. The EL mechanisms of the structures are discussed.     

He—NH3碰撞跃迁的R矩阵传播方法计算

用Ｒ矩阵传播方法解耦合态方程，计算了Ｈｅ－ＮＨ３碰撞过程的转动跃迁截面和速率常数，与其它作者及实验的结果进行了比较，结果好于其他作者。因此，可为天体物理等研究领域提供更为准确的基础理论数据。

 介绍采用多次电镀Ni图形转移工艺将激光干涉法获得的耦合在光刻胶表面的起伏图形进行复制以获得Ni基图形转移模板, 并进一步将表面起伏图形复制到聚苯乙烯薄膜的表面, 以获得具有表面起伏图形的平面调制靶。为提高图形转移的精度、研究电镀图形转移工艺和聚苯乙烯薄膜图形复制工艺对表面起伏图形转移精度的影响, 以扫描电子显微镜对整个图形转移流程进行监控, 比较光刻胶表面图形, 一次、二次电镀转移图形和转移到聚苯乙烯上图形的形貌。     

质子与He+,Li++高能碰撞过程中电子俘获截面的理论计算

用OBK近似和CDW近似计算了H⁺+He⁺和H⁺+Li⁺⁺碰撞过程中电子俘获到激发态的分截面与俘获到基态分截面的比值，结果发现用OBK近似给出的比值和用CDW方法所给出的相应比值在高能区符合得很好．由此提出了一种用于计算高能H⁺与任一类氢离子碰撞的电子俘获总截面及任一激发态分截面的方法 关键词：     

用反应窗理论研究离子与原子碰撞的态选择微分截面

基于描述低能离子与原子碰撞的分子库仑过垒模型,详细阐述了与入射离子速度相关的反应窗理论,并对影响势垒变化的平均径向速度做了修正.根据该理论,计算了C5 -He和He2 -He碰撞体系单电子俘获过程的态选择微分截面,并分别与Kamber等人和Mergel等人的实验结果进行了比较.     

Ionization Balance in Non-Local-Thermodynamic-Equilibrium Plasmas

A collisional-radiative model is developed for population calculations of plasmas in non-local thermodynamic equilibrium. The rate equations in detailed configuration accounting are solved to obtain ion populations. The configuration averaged rate coefficients are used in the rate equations. The cross sections are calculated based on the first perturbation theory. Wavefunctions required in cross section calculations are obtained by the Hartree-Fock-Slater self-consistent-field model. This kinetic model is applied to low- and medium-Z as well as high-Zplasmas. The results are compared with those of other theoretical models and experiments. The comparisons show that the present results of the mean charge statetheoretical ones, while for high-Z elements, the presentthe experimental ones.for low- and medium-Z elements agree well with other theoretical ones, while for high-Z elements, the present mean ionization stages are about two stages lower than the experimental ones.
