Performance of the Self—Q—Switched Cr,Yb：YAG Laser

We report on the spectral properties of Cr,Yb:YAG crystal co-doped with 0.025 at.% Cr and 10 at.% Yb are reported.Using a continuous wave Ti:sapphire laser as a pumping source,we have demonstrated the self-Q-switched Cr,Yb:YAG laser at room temperature.We obtained an average output power as much as 75mW at 1.03μm with a pulse width (FWHM)as short as 0.4μs.The laser experiment demonstrated that the Cr,Yb:YAG crystal exactly combines the Cr^4 saturable absorber and Yb^3 gain medium.The Cr,Yb:YAG crystal can be a most promising self-Q-switched laser crystal for compact and efficient solid-state lasers.     

Influence of Atomic Motion on a Microlaser in an Optical Standing—Wave Cavity

We study the microlaser in an optical standing-wave cavity injected with two-level atoms.The results have shown the obvious influence of atomic centre-of-mass motion on the microlaser,such as the photon distribution,the linewidth and the frequency shift.It was found that when the momentum of atoms is comparable to that of photons,the influence of atomic motion is dominated and the number of photons in the microlaser can be greatly enhanced,owing to part of the atomic kinetic energy being transferred to the resonator.This work provides a comparison of the related studies on the atomic motion under special assumptions.     

Linear Cavity Erbium—Doped Fibre Laser with Tunable Wavelength Range of 112nm

We report on a linear cavity erbium-doped fibre laser with a large tuning range of 1509-1621nm.We obtain a 1dB flat tuning range of 1538-1613 nm and a 3dB tuning range of 1516-1621 nm.The threshold at 1580 nm is 6.1mW,the slope efficiency is 0.193 and the output power is 18.2mW,when 100mW pump power at 1480nm is provided.High signal-to-noise ratios of better than 60 dB are achieved within all the tuning ranges.     

大容量高密度体全息数据存储

基于晶体体全息存储机理 ,采用半导体泵浦固体激光器取代氩离子激光器作为系统光源 ,设计并构建了小型体全息存储器 ,实现了 15 0 0幅等衍射效率高分辨率全息图的记录和复现 ,其存储容量大于 1 1Gbit ,存储密度大于1 4Gbit/cm3 。     

基于同步辐射加速器的康普顿背散射γ射线源(Ⅰ)产生MeV量级γ光子的数值计算

提出在筹建的上海同步辐射装置上建造一条MeV量级γ射线束及应用站,采用μm波长的红外(或远红外)激光与储存环中3.5GeV电子束进行康普顿背散射,从而获得能区为1—25MeV的康普顿背散射γ光子束,该光子束具有高强度、高极化度(线和圆极化)、准单色、方向性好的优点,可以广泛地应用于核物理和核天体物理基础研究及相关的应用研究领域.介绍了康普顿背散射的基本原理,并结合储存环参数给出了光子束性能的数值计算结果.     

全固化单频激光器的控温系统

文章介绍了一种全固化单频激光器的控温系统，该系统利用PID控制原理，针对我们的控制对象，对其参数和整个系统进行了优化设计，并采取一系列抗干扰措施，保证了系统的控制精度和控制速度，用单片机对其多路温度信号的测量和显示进行了程序化控制，有效解决了热敏电阻的非线性问题，简化了系统的硬件结构，该系统体积小，运行可靠，控制精度达0．005℃（4h）。     

天光一号预放大器中的放大自发辐射效应

 在三维放大自发辐射（ASE）的模拟计算中，计入了侧壁反射效应以及KrF自发辐射的谱线形状（高斯型、洛伦兹型及平顶型）的影响，并对空间网点的影响进行了考察。经过综合分析，给出了ASE对预放大器放大特性影响的上、下限范围。当计入平顶型频谱分布，壁反射系数为 0 .2时，与不计入ASE的情形对比，天光一号预放大器的提取效率下降为35%。     

940nm波长高功率线阵二极管激光器封装研究

 对940nm波长高功率线阵二极管激光器的封装结构进行了重新设计，并在此基础上开展了芯片的封装实验。封装出的线阵二极管激光器，在连续工作时输出激光功率达40W，在准连续工作时（占空比0.5%），输出峰值功率可达100W。     

高峰值功率固体飞秒激光振荡器技术的进展

总结了目前几种可产生兆瓦级（10^6W)峰值功率的飞秒（10^-15s)掺钛蓝宝石激光器的发展状况，分析了这类激光器相应的腔结构，讨论了相关的特点以及在实验上的应用前景。     

小间隙异面电极结构的光导开关

介绍了应用于介质壁加速器的小间隙异面电极结构的光导开关。所用光导开关为异面结构的砷化镓（GaAs）光导开关,电极间隙5 mm,偏置电压为15~22 kV脉冲高压,工作在非线性（高增益）模式,由半导体激光器产生的脉冲激光触发。脉冲激光的中心波长为905 nm,脉冲宽度（FWHM）约20 ns,前沿约3.1 ns,抖动小于200 ps,峰值功率约90 W。实验结果表明:光导开关的偏置电压较低时,开关寿命较长,导通性能较差;偏置电压较高、驱动脉冲激光功率较大时,开关导通性能较好,寿命较短。
