Method to identify time delay of chaotic semiconductor laser with optical feedback

We propose a power spectrum analysis method to directly identify the time delay of a chaotic semiconductorlaser with optical feedback. By measuring the radio frequency (RF) power spectrum of the chaotic laserand performing an inverse Fourier transform, we can easily unveil all the time delay signatures, regardless ofwhether the chaotic output is induced by single or multiple feedback. This method successfully retrieves thetwo time delay signatures from the power spectrum of a semiconductor laser with double-cavity feedback.     

砷化镓光阴极直流高压注入器研究进展

主要介绍自由电子激光相干强太赫兹源（FEL-THz）装置上的砷化镓光阴极直流高压注入器的研究进展,并讨论其驱动未来高重复频率短波长自由电子激光器的差距。通过综合砷化镓阴极寿命的三大影响因素,提出了其工作寿命的定性物理模型;通过该模型对阴极和注入器进行优化,在直流高压电子枪上得到了5 mA, 32 min的连续稳定输出;测量了电子束在4.8 mA下归一化发射度约为4.0 mmmrad,阴极热发射度约为0.6 mmmrad,电子束本征横向能量约为92 meV,250 keV电子束在距离阴极90.6 cm处纵向均方根长度约为11.5 ps。这一束流状态已经基本满足FEL-THz需求。     

Measurement of 129Xe frequency shift due to Cs–129Xe collisions

Enhancement factor K0, which characterizes NMR and EPR frequency shifts for Cs-129Xe, is measured for the first time. The enhancement factor r-o was measured to be （702±41） at 80 ℃ and （653±20） at 90 ℃, using the NMR frequency shift, detected by atomic magnetometer at a low magnetic field of 100 nT. This result is useful for predicting the EPR frequency shifts for Cs and the NMR frequency shifts for 129Xe in spin-exchange cells.

木文介绍用脉冲回波重合法精密测量超声声速的仪器.超声脉冲发射、接收、以及显示部分组装成整机,使操作方便,性能稳定可靠.主控信号使用特制的步进为0.1Hz、频率稳定度为10~(-9)/s的PZS-1型频率综合仪,更提高了测量精度.     

双波长外腔共振和频中Boyd-Kleinman因子优化的理论研究

双波长外腔共振是提高和频转换效率的有效手段,然而基于Boyd-Kleinman(BK)理论,和频效率除了受基频光功率密度影响外,主要受BK因子限制。本文通过分析BK因子随腔结构参数的变化关系,给出基于外腔频率转换过程中BK因子优化的一般方案,从而为搭建相关实验提供必要的理论基础。     

Equal-amplitude optical comb generation using multi-frequency phase modulation in optical fibers

<正>We theoretically analyze and experimentally demonstrate a method of generating equal-amplitude optical comb exploiting multi-frequency phase modulation.The theoretical analysis shows that 4n-1 equal-amplitude spectral lines can be obtained when the modulation signal comprises n frequency components including the fundamental frequency and the odd harmonic frequencies,and 2n+1 equal-amplitude spectral lines can be obtained when the modulation signal comprises n frequency components including the fundamental frequency and the even harmonic frequencies.Then,we numerically simulate the spectra of 5,7,9,and 11 equal-amplitude spectral lines,respectively,which are also obtained in experiments with frequency separation of 30 MHz and flatness of better than 0.3 dB.     

在一个方向上采用电扫描的声显微术

声显微术是工业无损检测和超声医疗中常用的技术。超声的频率较高时(如远高于100MHz),机械扫描的超声显微装置可以得到很高的分辨率,这可以弥补扫描过程中,需要几秒扫描时间这个缺点。超声频率较低时(如远低于100MHz),则需要一种简单、有效的方法以减少扫描时间,尤其是超声显微术用在流水线生产上对廉价产品进行快速,频繁的检测时。在一个方向上用电扫描的显微术使这种需要成为可能。     

脉冲激光引信用PFM和PWM式LD驱动电路的研究

 在激光引信的通讯系统中，针对引信用脉冲式半导体激光器驱动电路的脉冲宽度、频率、功率可调的需要，根据LD驱动电路的工作原理，建立了LD驱动电路的一般模型。然后用电子多频振荡器提供驱动信号，用双MOS驱动器来驱动半导体激光器，通过大量的实验、仿真、分析、比较，设计出了方便可调的大功率LD的驱动电路，该电路的脉冲频率和脉冲宽度可方便调整。并且该驱动电路的频率调节范围大（10Hz~20kHz）；脉冲宽度可以从几ns到几百ns进行调节，大大提高了激光引信通讯系统的性能与可靠性。
