催化光度法测定痕量Mn(Ⅱ)的研究——Mn(Ⅱ)-铍试剂Ⅲ-H_2O_2体系

研究了0.10mol·L~(-1)氨水介质中,Mn(Ⅱ)催化H_2O_2氧化铍试剂Ⅲ退色的反应,选择了最佳反应条件下。方法的检出限为2.0×10~(-10)g·ml~(-1),线性范围为0.4～20.0ng·ml~(-1)。本法简单灵敏、选择性较好,可直接测定茶叶中Mn(Ⅱ)含量。     

Structure of Palladium( Ⅱ ) Complex with 2-Hydroxy-propane 1, 3-diamine-N,N,N'''' N'''',-tetraacetic Acid

The reaction of PdCl2 in water with 2-hydroxypropane-1, 3-diaminetetraacetic acid (HPDTA) gave the complex Pd (C11H16N2O9)·1. 5H2O, which was characterized by elemental analysis, IR, NMR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The spectroscopic and X-ray diffraction data show that Pd ( Ⅱ ) is coordinated by two nitrogen atoms and two car-boxylic oxygen atoms. The complex crystallizes in monoclinic space group Pc with a = 1. 1240(2), b=1. 1183(2), c=1. 2597(3) nm, β=96. 33(2)°V=1. 5737(6) nm3, Z = 4, R= 0.038. The structure contains two crystallographically independent molecules which have slightly different orientations and are connected by hydrogen bonds.     

A Cu(Ⅱ) Complex with IM-MeImz-к2 N,O Mode in [Cu(IM-MeImz)2]·(SCN)2: Synthesis, Crystal Structure and Magnetic Properties

A new copper(Ⅱ) compound with imino nitroxide radicals [Cu(IM-MeImz)2]·(SCN)2 (IM-meImz =2-(5-methylimidazol-4-yl)-4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-2-imidazoline-1-oxyl) has been synthesized and characterized structurally and magnetically. It crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 9.3604(7), b = 10.3012(7), c = 16.6684(12) (A), β = 105.0290(10)°, V = 1552.25(19)(A)3, C24H34CuN10O2S2, Mr = 622.27, Z = 2, Dc = 1.331 g/cm3, μ(MoKα) = 0.876 mm-1, F(000) =650, the final R = 0.0374 and wR = 0.1079. X-ray analysis demonstrates that the IM-MeImz ligand is coordinated to the copper(Ⅱ) ion as an unusual didentate chelate with a κ2 N(MeImz),O(IM) mode in the complex. The square-planar coordination sites at Cu(Ⅱ) are occupied by two O and two N atoms from the imino nitroxide radicals. The complex molecules are connected as a onedimensional polymer structure by intermolecular interactions. Magnetic measurements show that there are intramolecular antiferromagnetic interactions between the Cu(Ⅱ) ion and radicals.     

抗活化血小板单克隆抗体与尿激酶杂合分子的纤溶作用

用双功能团试剂将尿激酶(UK)B链和抗人活化血小板α-颗粒膜蛋白GMP-140单克隆抗体(SZ-51)的Fab片段共价偶联。偶联的杂合分子UK-SZ-51保留了原抗体的结合专一性,它在体外的溶栓效率较尿激酶提高约5倍,其溶栓作用对血浆中纤维蛋白原的含量无影响。     

硫杂蒽酮类稀土配合物的合成、表征及与DNA的作用(I)

合成了新的O-(硫杂蒽酮-[2]-基)-氧乙酸及其稀土配合物. 通过元素分析, IR, ¹H NMR, UV, DTA-TG和¹³C NMR谱对其结构进行了表征. 研究表明: 配体羧羰基脱质子后与金属离子配位, 2位氧原子也与金属离子配位, 配合物中含有一定量的配位水, 配合物为非电解质类型. 同时, 研究了O-(硫杂蒽酮-[2]-基)-氧乙酸稀土配合物对质粒DNA的切割作用. 结果表明: 铕的配合物对DNA的切割较明显, 且当配合物浓度增加时, 质粒DNA的超螺旋构型逐渐减少, 而缺刻、开环型构型逐渐增多. 在相同条件下, Eu(III)离子对质粒pBR322DNA几乎没有切割作用; 配体O-(硫杂蒽酮-[2]-基)-氧乙酸对质粒pBR322DNA也有切割作用, 但配合物EuL₃对质粒pBR322DNA的切割作用明显强于配体, 表明稀土离子Eu(III)与配体生成配合物后有较好的协同切割作用.     

CF3C(O)F水合作用的热力学和动力学理论研究

由于氟氟烃（CFCs）对大气臭氧层有破坏作用，人们拟以另外的化合物来代替它，CF3CX2H（X＝H，CI，F）可能是一类合适的取代物．但人们对它及其反应产物对大气的影响还不清楚.CFaC（0）F是CFaCX。H大气光氧化过程的终产物之一[1－3］，其在大气中的后继反应行为将直接关系到CF2     

(R)-1，1′-联萘手性单元通过溶胶凝胶法合成杂化硅干凝胶(英)

Precursor molecule (R)-6,6′-bis(triethoxysilylethen-2-yl)-2,2′-di(methoxyethoxymethyloxy)-1,1′-binaphthyl (R-2) was synthesized by Pd-catalyzed Heck reaction of (R)-6,6′-dibromo-2,2′-di(methoxyethoxymethyloxy)-1,1′-binaphthyl (R-1) intermediate with vinyltriethoxysilane. The hydrolysis and polycondensation of the precursor R-2 produced the corresponding xerogel. Both precursor and xerogel were analysed by NMR, FTIR, UV, CD spectra, fluorescent spectroscopy, polarimetry and elemental analysis. The precursor and xerogel can emit strong blue fluorescence and are expected to have a potential application in the separation of chiral molecules as fluorescent sensor. The precursor exhibits strong Cotton effect in its circular dichroism (CD) spectrum indicating a highly rigid structure.     

钪-乳酸-2-(5-溴-2-吡啶偶氮)-5-二乙氨基苯酚-Triton-X-100体系的显色反应及应用研究

在pH8.1～8.8,有 Triton X-100存在下,Sc(Ⅱ)与乳酸(L)及 5-Br-PADAP(R)形成胶束混配络合物。该络合物最大吸收波长为565nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为6.08×10～4L·mol～(-1)·cm(-1)。络合物组成为Sc:L:R=1:1:2。由于乳酸的存在,显色体系灵敏度和选择性都得到提高。本法用PMBP萃取分离干扰组分后,可测定钨矿及其浸出渣中微量钪,相对标准偏差为1.7％～2.7％。     

次级键与晶体中锑(III)螯合物配位多面体研究

考虑立体活性孤对电子附近次级键配位原子的贡献, 对文献报道的三十个氨基多羧酸锑(III)螯合物的晶体结构中配位多面体描述进行了全面的修正. 配位多面体的几何构型指定采用了单位球内截多面体的两面角判据及其相关的ANVPDA程序. 所有配位多面体几何构型的修正均得到了键价计算的有力支持.
